She said she had my order on her phone ,but MCDonalds had no record of it. She explained how I could get a refund. No sense in ridiculing McDonalds food. It is what it is--nitrates, cholesterol, high amounts of salt and all. But this location was terrific. My mobile order went through just fine (the McD's app has always been a hot mess). I ate inside, where the place was spotless and a nice experience. Everything worked: the refillable soda machine, condiments out of us to get to instead of hiding them behind the counter like so many places do, and the guy who helped me was super nice--even considerate. If I could give this location a negative 5 stars I would. I have issues a lot but never complain but today was the last straw. I paid extra for orange juice but get orange colored water. I am driving home and realized so take it back to the store to refund and replace. The guy who said he was a manager tried to exchange without refunding the difference. I also brought in my recent and hashbrown to get the hashbrown replaced since it will be 30 minutes old or older by time I got it and get it home. Dude refuses to replace it, tell me his name or the owners name. I did tell him to f himself after such poor service. read more

Myself and family ate inside yesterday, not the first time, as this is our local mcds, and everything went great. Workers were friendly and helpful. They gave a dude walking around sweeping and doing light cleaning Food was normal McDonald's food so that is a plus for the kiddos. The current staff is a welcomed group that makes this McDonald's a good one to stop and eat at. Yes the drive thru is busy at peak times like most of the locations. When I went back to the location the little short female Hispanic manager pretty much called me a liar to my face and said I didn't order what I said I did. Very unprofessional....They took my original food "Big Breakfast" that was already cold....and just added to it without replacing it with fresh.... I live 10 min away.... Worst McDonald's I've been to. Self serve kiosk is a pain in the ass to figure out. None of the staff communicates with customers and even then they only speak mexican. I have ate here numerous times. This was the best McDonald's in the world! I actually met the owners when they first opened up and complemented them on how great it was. They used to make items look like the menu. Today this is place is disgusting. Fruit flies all over the place. Weird color ketchup blasted all over the self service area / out of both pumps. Manger replaced one and did not even clean it up. Every booth was dirty. Wish I brought my hand sanitizer actually. Told counter person when I was leaving that there was odd or rotten ketchup all over the soda area and he just looked at me like "OK" or "who cares". I was here on Sunday October 8th at approximately 5:30 . I promise this will be the last time. Owner - you and your wife we very nice. You need to get back and straighten this place out. read more

Rude management and stale food. We ordered a happy meal, the fries were literally cold and the bun was stale on the burger. The burger was cold too. We asked for a refund and manager demanded we give the entire happy meal back, ok fine, done and done. But seriously are they supposed to take used food through the window?? I've been to this location half a dozen times and probably never again. The drive through is horribly slow. If there are more than 1 or 2 cars in line, forget it unless you have a lot of free time on your hands. This morning there was only a single car in each lane so I decided to chance it and pulled into the outside lane. My food was fine (though it took probably 3 times longer to get it than it should have), but no condiments were included (or offered or even asked about). I had the "audacity" to ask for salt and ketchup and the nasty little teenage girl at the window literally said to me, "That's not my job." Sorry, sunshine, that is EXACTLY your job.
