We talked through the strange transition, and Dani truly listened. She acknowledged my confusion, validated it, and then kindly and expertly guided us into the next part of our evening. From that point on, the experience was so smooth you'd think Dani and the kitchen were reading our minds. Our glasses were never empty, and the food arrived hot, fresh, and full of incredible flavor. We made short work of it. Chatting with Dani throughout the night, we discovered she's a 20-year veteran of the service industry, and it absolutely showed.
