Over the past 1-2 years, the lobby is NEVER open...the drive-thru is always down to one lane and it takes 30+ min to get thru the Drive -thru. this mcdonald's sucks!! you would think that they would try to be open as much as possible since so many people stop here after a long day of skiing. It's quite the opposite. Right off I90 very convenient pit stop. Due to covid the dining room was closed. Drive thru only at this location. The staff were nice enough to let use the restroom when I asked at the door. Just want to say this off the bat, I'm either extremely unlucky or this McDonalds is extremely lazy. For over 20 I've tried to get ice cream from this damn place and was only answered by "the ice cream machine is broken". Maybe this is just me, but I haven't bothered to get ice cream at all in 2022 at my local McDonald's. I normally come here after work so I can eat and then sleep. Worst experience I've every had at a McDonald's... If it was possible to give a a negative rating I would. I'll start by saying that the McDonald's app/pick-up always fails, which requires you to go inside for assistance. Inside, you'll be met by long lines and rude staff. Over the weekend, the app had an issue with my order again... With that said, I followed the apps instructions and went inside to the counter. While waiting in line for help, the staff was telling customers that they needed to use the kiosk instead. Other customers needed help using the kiosk and the staff refused to help them. When I explained that there was an issue with my order, they first told me to use the kiosk, then told me they couldn't help me and I'd need to wait for a manager/supervisor. The manager/supervisor said that they were busy and that they couldn't help me. When the manager/supervisor finally came over, she said "What's your problem?". I then tried to explain the issue, but she refused to listen and kept interrupting me. She then proceeded to answer the phone while I was trying to provide additional details. I ended up just walking out because the experience was so bad and the supervisor was so rude. The final straw was when I decided to go through the drive-thru to place another order and they were out of happy meals lol... This location is always out of something, extremely slow, will forget items in your order, always has an issue with the app and operates and random hours. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I've been to this McDonald's a few times. If you're here any time between 11 and 3, expect a long wait. The location is a popular one. It's right off I90 and is a last stop of sorts for people headed East over the pass. Although the service can be slow, I will say that my order has never been wrong. DISGUSTING MCDONALDS! NEVER come here unless you want to get food poisoning. The chicken inside my chicken sandwich was rotting BLACK. This the most horrifying thing I have ever seen. I had one bite and could taste that something wasn't right. I looked at my sandwich and could obviously tell that the chicken inside was not edible (as you can see in the pictures provided). I called to let them know about the incident and the lady was obnoxious and rude. All she said was that she could give me a new sandwich, AS IF I'D EAT FOOD FROM THERE AGAIN. They spent a whole lot of money renovating this location when they should have just used all that money to hire people that actually care about their job. Most of the people who work the drive thru are rude and lacking in very basic communication skills. I once asked for apples and the lady on the headset was like "apple WHAT?!" SERIOUSLY?! Obviously apple SLICES. You don't serve apple coffee or apple cheeseburgers, do you?! Idiot. I've been to this location on many occasions. Sometimes mommy doesn't feel like cooking dinner and my kids like chicken nuggets so whatever. ‍ the location is convenient but I will NEVER return. Last night, we went to the movies and picked up McDonalds on the way home. When we got home, we opened my daughters happy meal to discover her chicken nugget box was full of tartar sauce and God knows what else. How does that even accidentally happen?! The man who finally answered was allegedly the manager on duty and had just gotten in. His name was Aaron or Eric or something like that. I calmly explained what happened and asked how that could even happen. He said "uh well I don't really know.. I just got here.. so um when do you want to come back to get another meal? Or uh like how we fix this for you?" Really?! That guy is the manager?! What sort of response is that!? No apology. No promise of looking into the situation and reprimanding whoever thought that was okay to do. I don't care if your shift just started. Couldn't get order correct at the drive thru then order was wrong at the window and when I went to fix it and walk in they demanded I bring the food back so I had to walk back to my car and grab it. Extremely RUDE staff! I was accused of trying to get a free sandwich because I complained that my Quarter Pounder with cheese didn't have ANY cheese! This was after they gave my my order but minus the two Frozen Hawiian Punch drinks that I paid for. After I returned to my car and began eating the burger, I noticed that something was not right, There was no cheese on it! I went back inside and complained that it was one of the worst burgers I've had and was immediately accused of trying to get a freebie,, without any prior discussion of how to resolve the issue. This is the worse McDonald's I've ever visited. Long lines around 7pm on a weekend night. Server was unable to scan code and also unfamiliar with how to enter code for coupon manually. After a long wait a manager was called who successfully was able to read the code. Order was wrong and the food was cold, likely had been sitting for quite awhile. Go to the nearby Taco Time or Burger King if in North Bend. read more

Awful, no, just no. Shorted my change, food was cold, burger wasn't assembled, refused to warm or assemble the meal and refused to refund cash paid. This entire experience was while working with the manager Betty. I was forced to leave the restaurant empty handed. I promptly drove around back and cut into the drive-thru. The first window refused to help me. I produced my cash receipt at the second window and demanded a refund. Betty initially refused to refund my money. After a short stalemate, she gave me a pile of quarters as change and shorted me a dollar. If you're desperate enough to eat here and require a legitimate refund, be sure to ask for Betty. read more

If I could give this location less than 1 star, I would . Every weekend same story , they have a long line and it's moving like molasses. You would think that they would come up with a strategy to get the line moving. It's no surprise that it's busy on the weekend . Yet they still can't figure out how to get it moving quick enough . Sucks!!!! Supposed to be open at 6. We sat until 10 minutes after. Went and knocked and was RUDELY informed that they were not opening until 6:30. Are you not capable of putting out a sign??? At least 15 people were waiting and/ or gave up. I get that you are having staffing issue but communicating your hour changes even with a large, handwritten SIGN would go a long way towards alleviating these negative comments.
