I've ordered here many times. We typically use the app. and go pick it up. The food was ready on time, had everything we ordered, and tasted great. One of my greatest annoyances is the app gives me points, but it's typically been impossible to redeem any points. I'll try to add chips and queso and it doesn't allow it. This time it worked- which was great. If you haven't been here in a while- you should try the queso- it's great. I feel like this location has gotten better. They have had some struggles here and there- but I think most of the problems have been related to the app. I don't think it has limited how many orders it takes at a time- so if too many people order, they can get backed up. read more

I order from here via DoorDash relatively frequently as it is closest to my house. I consistently feel that they skimp to an egregious degree on the amount of meat they serve on their bowls. prices have gone up and service has gone down. we were thrilled when it opened on center ridge in North Ridgeville but it hasn't taken long for it to turn into a dump. got charged their new higher price yesterday for a burrito bowl and received about a dollars worth of food in my bowl. the only sooner the shut this place down the better. no one cares but they want to charge more. I try not to give negative reviews, unless deserved. This restaurant is one of the most appalling environments that I have witnessed. No place to dine-in, because it's a complete and utter nasty mess. Staff uses the largest tables as their own personal break room, leaving their garbage and empty or full cups scattered about the restaurant. All of the showcases organic lemonades were completely empty. It wasn't just the lemonade though; it was the rices, black beans, all meats except chicken, and all of the extras and toppings were depleted. The employees just are not doing their jobs. Everything, I mean everything, on the line was a mess and limited, so they were reducing portion sizes to accommodate their lack of leadership and coordination in keeping their stations fully stocked and maintaining even the minimal iota of cleanliness. It was so disgusting and assuredly unhealthy. Restrooms and outside seating - also deplorable. Bird poop covering the patio, as if nothing had been cleaned in months. I vowed to my wife and children that we will never return to this location, ever, because this wasn't a "one off day". This was a third trip here, and this restaurant is clearly being neglected. Unfortunately this is the closest Chipotle to me and I've been coming here for well over a year now and only a few times was it actually an enjoyable experience. I don't like to post reviews unless they're in a positive manner, but wow this Chipotle location needs new management and a handful of new employees that know what quality work ethic and customer service is. I haven't eaten Chipotle in a while because of this whole pandemic, so tonight I was feeling a little risky and thought it sounded good and was looking forward to it. So I ordered on the app for pickup. I made the mistake of not looking in the bag to realize they did not put my bottled beverage in (at this point I was already home). When eating the food my bowl was watered down (my assumption is that these employees don't know how to drain the food when scooping it out of the liquid filled container). I had asked for guac and got a whole piece of half an avocado. And I guess they're really rationing the corn because I hardly had any. Like I stated earlier, I hardly ever post bad reviews but this Chipotle location is unfortunate joke. Nothing but bad experience's and horrible customer service. Everytime I go to this Chipotle I always wonder why I keep hoping they will get it together when they never do. There is ALWAYS something wrong. My son and I ordered recently and the food was completely inedible. The rice was SO SALTY and it was overcooked beyond belief. The rice itself was the consistency of mashed potatoes, literally. And the bowls themselves were overloaded with the rice, clearly a sign that they were trying to get rid of it when the proper thing to do would have been to throw it away. This was the last straw for me, I wont be giving them any more chances. I heard there is a new chipotle going in North Ridgeville and I hope that is true, other wise I will keep driving to Avon or North Olmsted or even Elyria. read more

I'd say it's about average for a chipotle. It's so close to me that I rarely go to any of the other locations. While it's usually a little slow because it's understaffed, the few people working at least try to be fast. I've had some quality issues with my food from this place, but nothing horrible. Usually crunchy rice or completely incinerated fajita veggies. I just have to say that I used to live in Berea and would go to the Middleburg Hts. location. That was BY FAR the worst chipotle that I have ever been to. Plenty of people working, but they couldn't care less about how long you waited. I actually wrote to the corporate chipotle office with a complaint, and got a thorough reply and a free burrito. Went back a month later and it was even worse. We all know what chipotle is. And this is what happens when you're a chain that's expanding at an alarming rate. I would guess the employees are not trained or paid well, since there is almost always a different crew of people when I go. It beats Taco Bell, but if you want real Mexican food, go to Neuovo Acupulco in N Olmsted. Damn good authentic Mexican food. read more

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I travel for work and typically go to Chipotle so have been to many. This one is close to home and consistently disappoints. Will drive further to the one by Midway Mall in Elyria rather than go here again. My guacamole was not - it was only avocado, nothing else. Chips had no salt or the usual touch of lime flavor. When I called to let them know, not asking for anything just wanting to be helpful, they got defensive and said they always add peppers, onions, etc. I said, not in what I have, she said not possible, maybe I got serving with only a little. I know their guacamole, I'm addicted. What I got is pure avocado. She said no it wan't. So I asked if she was calling me a liar, I don't want anything, just to help. She then said thanks and we completed our call. I will not go to this Chipotle again. In the past they have made errors on faxed in orders, been very slow, been out of chips or other ingredients (not referring to the carnitas shortage a bit ago) and have some not so friendly staff. Just stay away and if you need good food in this area, try the Panera next store. UPDATE: Gave them another try tonight. This time rice undercooked, chips stale, guacamole brown.
