This place will have problems if they don't get better service. How do you not have anyone at either of your pickup windows after taking someone's drive-thru order. Seriously I pulled around and there was just no one there. I waited and pulled to the second window (figuring maybe that's what I was supposed to do) and there was no one there. Minutes went by before a woman came by the window, didn't acknowledge us or anything, and just filled a drink and walked away. A couple more minutes go by and she finally opens the window. Her whole attitude was "I could not poss care less." Ridiculous. The one on 303 has better service. They rarely get the order right but at least there's something resembling customer service. read more

There was 5 cars in the drive throw and they told everyone they aren't doing anymore orders over 10 dollars at 630pm on a Sunday. I went here tonight. I got home and was eating my burger and it wasn't even cooked at all. I called and spoke to a Manager and she told me "sometimes the grill doesn't cook it all the way through"!!! Seriously lady!! It was the human cooking it that didn't cook it. I'm a simple guy, I like alittle extra sauce on my fish filets. Well pictured is my exact order. Literally a dog good do a better job assembling a sandwich. I couldn't even get eat the food because it was doused by tarter sauce, and the sandwich was soggy. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a McDonald's restaurant. I will never visit this location again and I'll will spread word and photos about this location to friends, family and coworkers. To add to all of this, the customer service was terrible. Quite possibly the worst McDonald's ever. It's very disheartening as this location used to be one of the best. Clearly management has changed and they are very understaffed and desperate for anyone with common sense and a little work integrity to work at this location. Every tome I go through the drive through, does not matter what time of day- it's always a 15-20 minute process. This location as lost me as a customer. This is the worst McDonald's EVER. My daughter ordered online and called when she got there. They said 5 min. 20 minutes later she goes in and the food is just sitting on the counter... gets home and no fries... goes back to the store and the manager takes no responsibility and throws her workers who obviously were short handed under the bus... terrible!!!!! As a kid I used to go to this place with my uncle constantly but I stoped going here because they didn't fully cook the food and today I went there and the fries were a mixture of well done fries and not even cooked soggy fries which tasted nasty and the mcChicken wasn't fully cooked and half the lettuce wasn't even on the burger, some of the lettuce was also brown which is disgusting and Mayo was everywhere, I work at a different McDonald's but since they were packed I went to this one and it's just sad how suck service went down him so fast, I wouldn't go there because if the sandwich's r right the the drinks r disgusting and last time I went they screwed up my milkshake and the only way that can be screwed up is if they don't clean the machine or if they have expired shake mix so honestly I wouldn't go there unless ur supper hungry but even then ur going to regret it because ull be having stomach aces and feeling like u have stomach flu, if u want food go to one either down the road even they have a line they will try there best to make ur food right or go to a different McDonald's read more

All the McD's in Hawaii still serve delicious "fried" pies such as Taro. When will McD's bring back deep fried pies? They didn't stop for health reasons, fact was because oil cost more money and clean up takes a little more time. The baked pies are like cardboard and no flavor. Sept 12, 19. North Royalton Ohio on 82 near State. 5 hamburgers, 1 small fry, 2 fish. Had to wait because the fish was not ready (at 1110am). You can tell when you are going to get bad service or food here They do not give you a receipt to prevent you from filing your complaint on McDs site. Waited 10 minutes the the person bring the bag out did not know which of the 5 cars waiting for food to go to. I checked the food right away. The fries where cold and hard (threw them away at a nearby park), the hamburgers were cold (not warm COLD) at least the fish was warm. Understaffed and tonally mismanaged and supervised. read more

This location more often than got gets my order wrong every time or is out of mocha frappes. Today I ordered a mocha frappe and an egg and cheese only mcmuffin and first they asked me to pull forward to wait and after 11 minutes they came out and said "sorry but we're out of the frappe" so I just asked for a refund for it. Then they returned with my money and sandwich.....when I opened the sandwich it was completely wrong! It was a mcmuffin with a giant piece of ham. So I returned and said this isn't what I ordered, and the manager said well this is what mcmuffins come with. I replied that I asked for egg and cheese only and that I just wanted my money back. This McDonald's is definitely one of the best I have been to. The food is correct (most of the time) and everyone who works there is kind and polite. Each time I roll through the drive through my food is nice, hot and fresh. I typically come right after work and I'm so satisfied that this restaurant gets me right. This McDonalds is sad. Went through the drive thru on Saturday. When I paid using my credit card, the attendant handed me the card back saying something was wrong with their card reader. He stated it had been happening all day. He told the manager while I was still at the window, the manager could have cared less. He said he did not want to clean the card reader again. So, I pulled away and went to Burger King. In past visits the service is slow and the chance of getting the drive thru order right is 50/50. Good bye North Royalton McDonalds. read more
