If I could give -stars it would be -10!!! Lady in back Was very curt, annoyed, yelled up,, " need to pay?" I came in w cash, so i said, yes. She came just said $8. I said, but I didn't order yet. she disregarded me, asked the gentleman behind me if he had that order. then she just glared at me after he paid. I said just a no1 w an oj. "We ran out of oj." *glare*. I would think at breakfast, she may have lead w i apologize, but we have no oj this morning. Really, im wondering, how do u run out before 09:00? Since I don't order their coffee and ther is a constantly flipping menu, i asked what kind of coffees. "HOT, iced, and mccafe" was my answer. I was kind of wondering about different mccafes, but just asked for iced w cream. I paid and waited. A nice gentleman came up from back and called my number, I was like whoops. I don't know, checked my recipt, was like yup, that's me. We both laughed, he said to have a nice day. This young man was the ONLY positive thing about this experience. I'm a paramedic, so I tend to grab my food and run. When I bit into my sandwich I immediately spit it out as it was a sausage sandwich.....a no1 has ham. 2/3 of my order NOT what I wanted. I honestly don't know why I went into this store to AGAIN punish myself. It is by far the WORST McDonald's I have been to, and they never fail to disappoint. If you haven't just look online at the reviews of this store. I actually mentioned their dismal reviews last night. My (different) partner this morning pulled in, so I decided to try, one more time. Tried to order threw the app 9am for food. And denied. At 8:30am there was no problem. Can't order food, you lose business.

Service at this location about 5pm yesterday was very slow. About 3-5 minutes to take each order in the drive thru (that seems like where the delay was). No napkins in bag. Asked for some ketchup for an order of fries and was handed 10. OK thanks. The fries were slightly warm at best. On the positive side my crispy chicken sandwich was quite good. Saw a young couple with an infant get out of their car, walk up to door, and walk right back to their car. I'm assuming the lobby was again (still) closed. There are a lot of burger joints in the area - this certainly is not my favorite. read more

There must be a lack of training because there were many employees behind the counter yet no one was in a rush to do anything and several just stood there. I ordered a hamburger pattie, no bun & a frozen coke. The order taker confirmed I did not want a bun. When I got my order at the window, they gave me a hamburger and I indicated that I ordered just a pattie. The employee literally opened the packaging, removed the patties from the bun, wrapped it in a napkin & tossed it back in the bag and gave it to me. In addition, I was told the frozen coke machine was not working so I asked for a refund, while I was waiting for the refund, the employee "fixed" my hamburger pattie order, as outlined above. There is nothing positive to say. It's dirty. There's trash and crumbs everywhere. You have to order through the kiosk. If you can't navigate it you're out of luck. Pretty busy location. All the staffs are behind the counter. Would be nice if the staffs check on the seating area. Dirty tables and floor. Also the soda machine area.... messy! Need to refill straws, lids and napkins. There is kids playground area. Crowded and dirty. Stopped here for a quick meal before an appointment. My order took over 10 minutes to come out and there were only 3 other people waiting. While I was waiting, I noticed how many flies were swarming the place. Ew. When my food was finally ready, I wasn't given my beverage cup, and when I asked for it, she told me to grab it myself. So I just picked the biggest cup! The ketchup dispensers were all out, so I had to go back up to the counter and ask for ketchup. I come here once in a while for lunch during the weekdays. This place has been pretty consistent with fast service. Dine-in: You can order through the machines or if you really want to, by a person. There's always someone there to wipe down the machine so it's clean. During lunch they're pretty good about keeping the tables cleared off when a customer leaves. Drive-thru: Even with a line, they're super fast here during lunch. read more

Looks-wise, this is a very nice McDonald's. I've been here a few times, usually before or after a 12 Oaks mall trip, and the service is usually good. They renovated it a few years ago, I think, and there's a lot of wood paneling. I also like that it has really nice booths and although the store isn't very big, there are separator columns and whatnot throughout that make it seem bigger. read more

I always go thru drive-thru and order Double cheeseburger combo meals. The combos are delicious and full of fat, MMM Yummy!. I received the correct amount of items and the correct amount of change every time. Average wait time during mid-afternoon is 2 minutes (Average). I would recommend this location to anyone. I expected this operator own establishment to be set to a higher standard than corporate. The first thing you see is garbage stacked up to the tray shelf and dusty salty floors that have been tracked all over the restaurant. Good luck getting a acknowledgement from the cashier, she stood there as a stiff, didn't budge from her spot, I don't think she even blinked! Literally from the time I ordered to getting my food, not a single verbiage from the employees. Then you have to hear kids crying and screaming because there's not a door divider, only a 20ft wall with 2 entryway, between the play place and the dining area. As you are eating, there's debris all over the floor, pop area completely demolished by any condiment left in that store. Overall the food was great, but the appearance and customer service skills completely dissatisfying. They had more than enough crew members working from what I saw and with it being after their lunch peak (Slow shift) it clearly showed that the manager wasn't running that place. read more

This location recently installed order kiosks and will not let any of their customers order at the register. This would be fine, as it allows to circumvent having to interact with these miserable people, but even with having a computer take your order, they still can't get it right.
