Worst.service.ever. Associates are rude and mouthy. Management is completely ill equipped to hire quality associates, train associates on how to properly service customers or how to handle service complaints in a speedy and professional manner. In the drive thru today, when I was told they were cleaning the shake machine during the lunch rush, and asked why, I was told "that's not my problem" by the punk taking orders. I went into the restaurant to talk to the manager who could not even make eye contact and was completely unhelpful. I went back to my car to look up corporate's phone number and they called the police on me for loitering. The officer was very kind and was actually laughing about how ridiculous the situation was and kindly asked that I move into the mall parking lot. About 2 months ago when I was there the girl in the drive thru gave me my order and said " quarter pounder meal?" And I asked " without onions?" And she responded "I don't know, I didn't make it". Again, so rude. The manager refused to give me contact info for their owner and stated they handle everything in house and to call the GM in the morning. They handle it in house so that the poor owners don't have a clue about how horrible the service is here. Worst customer service experience! Used the app to order my food 10 minutes before arriving at the location. Upon arrival, checked in. App states food would be delivered within 5 minutes. After waiting over 15 minutes, I called the store to check on my order and cancel. The young lady that answered stated rudely, "We're working as fast as we can!" Then hung up on me. I exited my vehicle to ask for a manager. A man was exiting the location with my food at that time. I asked for a manager and he stated rudely, "I am the manager. Don't come talking sideways to me!" I asked for his name and he refused to give me his name. I requested a refund and he said, "You ordered online so how can I give you a refund!" Them walked off. I left the food on the curb. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to (which is saying something). I ordered breakfast for myself, my mother and my sister who were all in the car with me. After paying for the order I got to the window to pick up the food and was short on several items. I asked the employee about it and she said I must have told the first employee the wrong order. I asked if I could correct the mistake and pay her for the extra items and she said I'd have to get back in line again to order the missing items. There were cars behind me at that point and we were late for an appointment. After explaining this the employee said she wouldn't take the money or correct the mistake. I asked for a manager and she said she was a manager and closed the window on me. After getting her attention and she realized I would not be leaving she came back to the window. I asked her what her name was as I planned on trying to call and make a complaint regarding her dismissive behavior and how she had no cares to correct the stores mistake. She would not tell me her name and closed the window again on me. I attempted to call the stores owner several times and filled out a survey online and received no call back or email back. I only ask that people acknowledge the mistake they made and tell me they will try to do better in the future but apparently apathy is abounding at this crappy McDonald's. read more

Ordered a 18$ meal from Mcdonald's they forgot half the items that I ordered on the menu, they Forgot a 10 piece chicken nuggets so I went back and told them and got my 10 piece then I open it and it's missing 2 nuggets from the box, the straws for my drinks were not there and only half a happy meal, no chocolate milk and apple slices in the meal. Just got the nastiest McDonald's I've ever had. Thursday evening, 8:30 pm. I opened the wrapper of my double cheese burger, and the grease had covered the entire outside bun. Just covered. (On top of that, they didn't give me napkins!) i used my own glove compartment napkins, and gave it a try anyway. One bite and i knew I couldn't eat it. It tasted rancid. Just absolutely sickening. Like grease gone bad. I went inside and asked for a refund. The manager didn't ask why. She must have known. The staff of females was all just standing around doing nothing. THIS PLACE SUCKS! I know that it's a McDonald's but this was probably one of the worst ones I have ever been to. We arrived at 7 a.m. (they allegedly opened at 6 a.m.) and TRIED to use the drive-thru. Nobody came on the speaker to take our order after sitting there for a few minutes. We pulled up to the window and the employee (who was a foreigner - W/F, 50's, medium build and brown hair) had to unlock the window. It was clear that we were the first customers of the day. All she said in her broken English was, "You make order?" When we told her that we hadn't. She asked us what we wanted. There were four of us in the vehicle. I gave her the first order and she walked away without saying anything. I tried to get her to come back to the window to take the rest of the order, but she just ignored us. We then just drove off and went someplace else. There were no other employees visible. The dining room was vacant and there were no vehicles parked in the lot. I think the employee(s) was sitting in the kitchen smoking weed or something. This place is an embarrassment to the world renowned McDonald's name. read more

This McDonalds location is by far one of the worst I have ever been too. Every time I go there is a different issue. A few weeks ago, I came around 10:50 pm, now granted they did close at 11:00 pm but I just wanted a fountain drink so I didn't think it would be an issue. After waiting in the drive thru for 6 minutes, someone finally said something over the intercom "sorry we're closed". I could not believe it in that time, they could've given me my drink and been done with it. I decided this morning that it would be a good idea to give them another try. This location is equidistant between house and my job so I decided to stop before work and get some breakfast. There were two cars in front of me and after 15 minutes, neither car had moved. I decided it wasn't worth it and barely made it in time for work. I do not recommend going here. There's another fast food place down the road that has much better food and service. read more

I feel like a fool after reading yelp reviews of this McDonald's restaurant. However I always promised to give my review honestly and here are my impressions. First of all,McDonald's put a lot of money Into a new remodel of many of their restaurants. As we entered, a worker was washing the front doors and he said to my wife and I that he would be glad to help us order if we needed help. I thought this was a strange offer but ok. Inside the restaurant was totally different. You could no longer order at the counter but we were directed to four kiosks to place our orders. After a little help from the afore mentioned worker,my wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches from the dollar menu. We also ordered two senior cokes. We elected to pay at the counter and received a table number for our order to be delivered. After several minutes our order arrived and was hot and delicious. I was shocked! If they can repeat this service when it is really busy,they get our vote. Lunch cost 7 dollars and was very filling. Give their "new " McDonald's a chance,as you might be surprised! read more

I know, I know...why review a McDonald's? Well, I like this location. All McDonald's are the same to me, which of course, is part of the business model, so it never matters to me which one I go to. Love the play place it is the biggest I've encountered but its absolutely filthy. I don't consider myself a germ freak but this place needs a power wash. High chairs are disgusting. I have given this place 3 tries now to redeem themselves but unfortunately have to give the 1 star review. All three times I have had issues revolve around a late dinner via the drive thru...all three I visits I wasn't sure if the place was open or not because it took so long to get someone to recognize I was there. When I asked the first time if they were open the response was "Yes but don't tell your friends-we don't want to get busy." and then the last time I had to drive around twice, knocked on the windows of the drive thru as well as honked and still nothing. They finally came to the speaker and were nothing but rude through the interactions. Fast food my a**! Excuse my language please and thank you! Yes, I came here during the lunch hour rush, but that's no excuse for a fast food restaurant! I had planned on going through the drive thru, but the line of cars was out of the parking lot and into the mall drive. There were a couple of cars parked in the parking lot, so I thought I'd go in and get a to go. Would have been better off in the drive thru! I get in, not a long line, but I should have known better when I saw the large group of people waiting for their orders. First of all, their menu screens above the registers were pretty much blank, nothing was listed. Well, that's not good! So, I order my southwest grilled chicken salad and join the hoards of others waiting for their orders. The girl putting the in house orders together was not very good at multitasking. Instead of putting an order together that was already done, she did each order in their consecutive order. So there my salad sat, for 15 minutes of the 20 or more minutes I stood there while I waited for my number to come up in line. Ridiculous! Also, she was not very perceptive in noticing whether or not an order was a to go. Multiple times she put an order on a tray instead of a bag. More waiting........not pleased at all. Went there this morning it was hot(no air) and dirty. Floors,tables,walls need to be cleaned. I won't be back.

From a visual standpoint, the business passes the eye test; however, the service has been sub par. I patronize this business due to its convenience but the service is horrible. Rarely is my order correct initially and countless time I have arrived home to find an inaccurate order. Today was the tipping point. At 11:15 AM I ordered a McNugget combo( simple enough right?) After a 17 minute wait my order arrived. Meanwhile a young new employee was verbally berated by an impatient customer and the manager did nothing. The ASSISTANT manager did a good job of defusing the situation and myself and 2 other customers let the young man at bay. He remained professional Again there appear to be grave staffing issues. There were at least 20 cars in the drive through and 30 customers in the lobby.
