Literally every time I come to this McDonald's I PRE order and they still make me wait 15 to 20 minutes

Got my McGriddle and had this disgusting hair-like string covered in some green gunk on my sandwich. I already took 2 bites on the other side before I noticed this. The Mc Crispy I ordered looked and was over heated. Like it spent all day under the lamp. The bun was hard as a rock. You could feel it through the aluminum envelope that it's served in. This McDonald's is conveniently connected to a service station just off the interstate. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and checked on me at the table to see if my order was to my satisfaction. I enjoyed my fav fish filet sandwich with French fries and a Diet Coke. My order was very fresh and delicious. Location was awesome as we're on our way to Louisiana so just a quick stop and we're back on the road again. read more

After 10 minutes and nobody appeared with the order and several other people had gone through the drive through we went in to retrieve our order. Fries were still hot but grossly over salted. Ruined my indulgence- boo!!! Since they had been either made awhile ago or nuked when the order was placed 2 Quarter Pounders w cheese were no longer hot. When I had an issue, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager refused to help, and when I asked for her name to report the issue to the owners of the restaurant, who happen to be friends, she said, " I don't have to give you that." she proceeded to curse me out. Needless to say, I did report this to the owners, giving the date and time so they could at least figure out with certain day who is working at that time. A McDonald's integrated into a Chevron gas stop, pretty standard menu and one entrance that didn't work, not to blame since the gas station you have to walk through first. Stopped for a drink and the whole drink station had a big sweet tea spill on it (making it hazardous to put down the drink since you'd get the bottom wet and then drip all over). read more

Went through the drive-thru quick easy gets you home quicker menu is promptly posted. Today I was going to try their bacon big Mac meal. The drive-thru person was friendly. I am a fry guy as well so naturally got the large Myfood came out hot, and as fresh as McDonald's can be pulled off drive-thru experience was great. However when I get home to eat!! I open my big Mac box to find a perfectly placed burger in the box pretty excited to eat it however I lift the bun to find out that they forgot to put the "all beef patties" in my sandwich one of the key ingredients to any burger at McDonald's. ESPECIALLY YOUR SIGNATURE ONE!! So naturally not going to eat bread and lettuce and special sauce went back to this establishment to get a new one at this point I probably should have reconsidered and got my money back however went ahead and went with it. You can tell the staff inside were Definitely not a happy bunch, the manager who took my bag had a slight attitude when I showed her that I did not have the patties in my sandwich as if it was my fault. Asked her if I could also get new fries since by the time I got home to realize that my sandwich was not complete and by the time I would make it to the establishment back home to eat it they would be cold. She didn't like that suggestion however at the end of all this regardless how terrible they were at making my big Mac. I did get a new one along with fries that were probably not in there no longer than 10 minutes. so unfortunately the fact that I had to drive back, knowing that I will not be going to the establishment for quite some time due trust issues My new big Mac did have patties and all the ingredients to a big Mac. By far the worst fast food experience I have ever encountered and it takes a lot for me to complain. At first they seemed somewhat busy, however after 37 minutes of waiting and them only calling 3 orders ahead of us, the problem wasn't a busy issue but an employee issue. Numerous employees standing around, eating food on the line. The poor teen ahead of us ordered one ice cream and still at our 35 minute mark had yet to receive it. We finally checked in and 5 minutes later they come back with our food, except it was 1/3 of the order. I stopped here for a quick break and a meal for my son. The store is attached to the restaurant and peeve of all peeves - no changing table in either restroom. So I changed a blow-out diaper on the floor of the bathroom on a pile of paper towels. Not my favorite thing to do ever but what can you do? I spoke with the manager. She was polite and agreed that the space needed a changing table. She said I wasn't the first to ask for better for their customers. She was kind. The service here is spotty at best. I came through the drive-thru the attitudes were not what customer service should be. My wife has just gotten out of hospital, and has bruising on her arms from the IV at the hospital. The 'staff' not only were rude, they acted as if we were going to rob the place. We aren't going to this location again. Word of advice to the owners/managers of this location. Hire staff who don't send unspoken messages of disdain to your customers. Zero stars! This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been too. It is right down the street from my house and this is only the third time I've been. The first time it was in the morning and sat for 10 mins at the drive through waiting to order and had to leave because no one answered. This last time I went to the drive through to give them one more chance and they failed again. I pulled up to the right drive through and someone on the other end said "one moment please" and we sat for about 3 mins. Another car pulls up to the left lane and ordered right away. I ask the people what is going on? No answer. I ask again nothing. Finally I yell what is going on and all I get is one moment please. I go to Wendy's and as I'm pulling into their driveway I see a red truck pull up to the same window. When I am done ordering at Wendy's and pulling away to go home that truck is now backing out and pulling away, probably to go to Wendy's also. Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017. 8:30pm I come to this McDonald's often. My kids love the food (especially the McDoubles and the lg. sweet tea for $1), the app is wonderful, and we live right across the street, so it's convenient if I don't want to cook dinner after a long day at work, which Sunday just happened to be. I pulled up to the menu board (surprisingly, I was the only one in line) to place my order: a McDouble combo/sweet tea (large) 2 cheeseburger combo (no onions or pickles)/orange fanta (reg) 2 McDoubles Lg sweet tea 2 lg chocolate shakes (these were free thanks to the app! ) [My order before using the app was over $20, but after the app it was less than $15!- the app is amazing!] I pulled around to the 1st window to let the girl scan my app and pay. Everything is still going good at this point. Paid for my order and pulled up to the next window to get my order. This is where it starts to go downhill. The window opens and the young lady hands me my lg sweet tea. I take it out of habit, and because it is for me and I'm thirsty. Then she starts to hand me the next drink. This would not be a problem had I not been completely alone in my car! How can you justify giving someone 5 full drinks when they are by themself?! Normally at this point I would just ask for a cup-holder, and I did. That young lady looked at me with such disgust on her face! It was like she just could not believe I had questioned her methods! Come on people! Get it together! You are working at a fairly easy job, making at least $8/hr (there's a sign outside stating they are hiring and the starting pay is $8/hr). The least you could do is use your brain. If there's only one person in the car do not try to hand them 5 drinks without putting them in a cup-holder first. Okay, now for the real reason I am writing this bad review: I get my order and go home. I still had to go pick up my oldest kid, so we look through the food to try and divvy it out correctly. The 2 cheeseburgers had onions and pickles on them (they were not supposed to) and none of the McDoubles had the correct number of patties on them! Double means 2 in this situation! There was only 1 patty on each of my 3 McDoubles! I did not return the food (even though I wanted to) because I still had to pick my child up, and the 2 that were at home were hungry. This is not the first time this McDonalds has messed up my order, but it is the first (and last) time that I didn't return it. It's called quality control....... learn it, live it.
