Horrible is an understatement. After waiting in drive-thru line for 28 minutes, food was cold and we received horrible tasting stale fries. It sounded like staff was getting in trouble by their coworker or supervisor- could be heard from outside. Asked for straws and dipping sauce, received attitude and a sigh. Service, food, and over all environment is horrible. Wasted money, gas, and so much time. Please hire better staff or at least provide better training. McDonald's Drive-Thru Review down right Flat Line and I'm Not Feeling it! I just spent $40 at this location, and honestly, this is exactly why McDonald's is going downhill. The app never works when I need it, which makes ordering frustrating. When I asked the clerk about a shareable meal, she told me flat out "we don't do that here." This isn't the first time either this is the second time I've been denied something that's supposed to be available. On top of that, the drive-thru lines are ridiculously long. With the amount of traffic at this spot, you'd think they would've upgraded to two lanes by now, but nope. Instead, customers just sit and wait. How the hell do you not have Shakes and Ice Creams yet? It's been months since your machine went down.

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's in Southern California. The management sucks flat out nothing is ever in stock. The time that it takes to get your food is ridiculous. The wait of 30 minutes for a McChicken and fries and both of them come out cold. The amount of times I've ordered breakfast online and they will make you wait for 15 minutes at the speaker so then when they take your order and they realize you want breakfast they can't cancel your order, but they also can't fulfill your order so then they give you what they think is an equal amount. For example, the last time this happened, I ordered two Mc griddles with an up charge of cheese to both of them and I used my points to get a hash brown. I got one McChicken and a small fry. That was it. That was my substitution. The app sucks this isn't their fault, but I'm throwing it out there. You can't get refunds because they in the store put it as it was completed when it wasn't. The first thing you know about this McDonald's location is that it is on base! If you don't have base access, you will not be able to get to it. That being said, I've never had any issues with the food here. It's exactly what you would expect from a McDonald's. There is a play place, but it looks like it's closed off currently with some plastic fencing wrapped around the entire structure. The reason I'm giving this location a three-star instead of a four or five star, is because very oftentimes the service here is quite slow. It can be frustrating when you're on a time crunch that you decide to stop in at McDonald's to get a quick lunch and then to have that lunch take longer than you think that it should. In my experience this also doesn't matter if it's the drive-thru, or going into the dining room, very oftentimes the service here is quite slow. Absolutely terrible. Slow service and customer service subpar. Stopped here because the kids were screaming there head off. Only saw three cars in the drive thru so stopped in to grab some fries. Get the menu to place an order and waited for the attendant. The attendant didn't say anything after like 4-5 minutes. I say hello and he responds "oh, go ahead with your order". I usually don't complain but this location really just has a poor level of performance. They take forever in the drive thru (8-10min per car). It's already been 3 times that the food was served cold to me. They just can't seem to get the vanilla iced coffee right. This location always has cold fries. No matter what time of day. The food tastes old and some of the drinks are watered down. They serve a lot of people but that shouldn't take away freshness. Ultimately if you want a good McDonald's lol, you have to go out of the gate or to the one across from the air station but even that is a hit or miss. The drive thru can be extremely packed from 1130-1 so be mindful of that. My son is 5 and noticed the difference McDonald's , to my surprise he know has a specific we better not go here anymore. Extremely disappointed with their chicken nuggets. My husband asked for fries no salt and a 6 piece McNugget for me and my son. Thankfully, I looked down at his nugget after noticing he wasn't interested in it because there was a weird green substance which looked similar to mold. Horrible service. Lines in the drive thru and the wait was too long. We Left the drive through to Go inside. There was 1 other person in line. Staff were fooling around laughing and giggling by the drive thru including manager Dominic. I have footage as I was appalled by the behavior. People don't like waiting longer than they have to. Especially when we are hungry! My video shows the guy worker speaking with the MGR, then the manager laughs out loud, not sure why. Then you then see the guy come back to the register to tell the person ordering "we ran out of ice, I didn't know we ran out of ice". Like what type of foolery is this!
