I've been here several times both through the drive through and inside for dine in. The inside is clean and well managed. If you order inside you have the option of ordering at a kiosk or at the register. I usually do the kiosk since there is not always an employee waiting at the register, which makes sense because a majority of their business is drive though as there is usually a line of cars going the the drive through! My food has always been fresh and my order correct. Heads up: You do need a code to use the bathrooms and they are for customers only. Bonus: their ice cream machine works! Haha read more

I went there (McDonalds)order 8 McDoubles and 2 spicy McChicken with no mayo and a 13pk of cookies in the tote. Well I got home and only had 9 cookies. I buy the 13pk because I have 6 kids and I take the extra one. So I call the McDonalds someone picks up and then hangs up, then I call again, this time they push a number button and hold it down and hang up... so I call again they answer it just stays silent. The next two times I called no answered at all both times. I truly believe they knew we were calling about the cookies and playing games on the phones. I do reviews regularly and Im honest about it. If I could give zero stars I would. This is probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I haven't had a Big Mac in over 10 years but for some reason tonight I was feeling nostalgic about it. So I hopped in the car and drove to this location since it was closest to where I was staying. I ordered Combo #1 which is a BigMac with medium drink and fries. I also ordered a Oreo McFlurry and my total came to $14.02. This is so much more expensive than a burger meal from Braum's. I get my order and as I was driving home I decided to eat some of the fries. Oh my goodness. They were so salty. I had to grab the napkin and spit it out. So I waited to get home so I could wipe down the fries before eating them. I get home and proceeded to do that. I open my Big Mac and actually was admiring how it looked. The sesame bun was toasted and didn't look nasty. I think this was the reason why I haven't had a Big Mac in years. The last one I had was awful that I stayed for a long time. Anyway, it looked promising, so I took a bite. All I could taste was bread and lettuce. So I take another bite and this time I have the meat, lettuce, cheese, and a little bit of secret sauce. It still tasted off so I opened up my burger to inspect. The first patty is tiny l. It's so much smaller than the bun. But when I pulled off the middle bun, all I saw was lettuce, cheese, and sauce and no bun. They essentially sold me a 1 patty and 3 bun burger. What the hell McDonald's? I paid $14 for this crap. I was so pissed I threw away this shitty burger and fries in the garbage. Stay away from McDonald's. Or at least this location because they are just awful. Go to Braum's, S&B, and Garage Burger. So many people were in line. It was hard to get around since we drive a suburban and the parking lot was so crowded. The cashier window lady (who took our order) was nice, but clearly busy. Voicemail was full. No doubt due to complaints. Clearly this store has not been open that long, but I know that McDonald's trains its employees. But common sense would dictate, if life experience since the at of one doesn't, that milkshakes are not totally liquified. That would be why they make it out of ice cream? I think so. Look it up. Anyway. When I need a quick salad, McDonald's is a great value. For $5.96 I got a southwest salad. Grilled chicken, greens, tortilla chip strips, black beans, carrots, shredded cheese, a little salsa, and a somewhat spicy southwest dressing. Portion was perfect - not too big or small. Drive-thru. Being in the service industry myself, I said, "No worries, take your time.". Fifteen minutes later, 7 cars are lined up behind me and begin honking. I lean out my window and yell "THERES A PROMBLEM WITH THEIR SYSTEM" to these rude patrons, only to hear "what?" from the speaker. I say "hello?" And they say "pull to the 2nd window". I have given this location 3 chances. Rude employees, cold food, and the soda is either watered down or the soda is running low and it's mostly carbonated water. When ever I try to place an order the order taker seems like they hate their lives there. They talk over me and don't listen. I've had to correct my order when I drive up to pay. I'm pretty vocal so it's not hard to understand me. When I correct them it's like it's the end of the world. When it's time to grab my food at the next window it's always them not saying a word and basically tossing the bag of food at me. If you want to be dissatisfied and saddened by service this McDonald's is your stop. They are constantly out of products, and repeatedly rude if you ask about it. I had multiple Uber eats orders where they didn't have my item I ordered and instead of replacing it they just shorted me my food and laughed at me over the phone and called me stupid when I told them about it, then hanging up on me. They are rude over the voice speaker and have ignored me all together while I am ordering; only to scream at me if I'm not being quick enough for them or am not speaking loud enough. If you go inside it is hit or miss how you will be treated. Then before we drove off I asked for a few sauses... they tried to charge me for sause!!!! I need sause to make your terrible food taste decent! Plus, our fries weren't even salted.
