Very disappointed on my recent order of a Crispy Chicken sandwich. It was very dry with no mayo and difficult to eat. Tasted like it was microwaved instead of being made up fresh. Totally unexpected of the poor quality of how it was made compared to the billboard advertisement. I also had to wait for this order. Quality control of food being put out should be observed to avoid negative feedback from hard working patrons who are looking forward to a meal. We found this cute newer Mc Donald's as we were getting lost down Hwy 1 and had to retrace our steps. It actually turned out to be a good mistake. I loved the 1950's decor, complete with a juke box and ceiling lighting that looks like spinning records. A very pleasant, less traditional place for a Mc Donalds. Naturally, you can expect the same food, same service. If I had any complaints, the drive-thru is badly designed so during the busy times, the line of waiting cars blocks the only entry to the parking lot. No thanks to that design flaw, some idiot behind me, who felt he could not wait for me to get around that stupid line, floored it and sped around me, nearly wiping out my fender. Creep. read more

We all know what MC D's taste like, so I'll spare the details on the food. Like most adults I have dinned at the chain in a multitude of different states & countries. I have no shame in admitting I love their food, you always know what to expect. The service is where you see the difference. This location is always amazing. They have never gotten an order wrong. It's kept clean , they maintain a flow even when very busy. And I have yet had too pull ahead in the drive thru & wait for my food in the parking lot. I went through the drive-thru for my first time and just ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets. As I got to the cashier windows, I saw a couple of teenagers laughing and having a conversation. When I got my order and looked at the nuggets, the nuggets looked old. It seemed like they had re fried the nuggets because of the color and old taste. ALSO, one NUGGET HAD A BITE! Mcdonalds is every where now in days its fairly obvious why but i have been to a lot of fast food restaurants in my time. But believe me when I say McDonalds is the best place to get your fast food at.My friend has worked there for a long time and he claims that their floors are spotless. Unlike other fast food joints which are messy and have rats falling in the deep fryer and then being served to people but wait their bathrooms smell/look nice and not to mention their outstanding employees that know how to cheer you up. They always have us park and wait when I get sausage egg McMuffins which I don't mind, but then they give us a bag that has a sticker reading "double-checked for accuracy," while the contents are totally wrong. Went there for 3 sodas. After we ordered we got 2 of our sodas and was told that the orange soda was broken. So we chose a different flavor, but tried the two we had and they were both flat as water. We told them and they apologized and made us park around back to get new ones. After waiting 5 minutes for our 3 sodas, they gave us 3 more flat sodas. Quality Control is an issue with this specific branch. This is the closest McD's to my home, so I've been to this one many times over the years. My food is often incorrect or is a reminder that I should maybe visit the one in Wal-Mart. ...Ordering plain burger, or receiving over/ under salted and under cooked french fries happens all the time. I want to say they've also skimped on napkins and have even forgotten my straw through the drive-thru. With that said, I also find the QC pretty awful at other SM fast food chains. Maybe this has something to do with the current high school generation. I still will visit this McD's, but this decision is more a matter of a matter of convenience than anything. read more

Is it any wonder McD is losing customers. I go drive-thru and decided to try the new Bacon Clubhouse Chicken Burger. Girl take order and tells me to go to the first window, which I do. Nobody there for 5 min, I give up and go to second window and tell her nobody was at first window, she says I was suppose to go to second. I finally get my burger, drove about a mile, parked the car and start eating. It was the worst thing I've eaten in a long time. The lettuce had brown edges, tomato was hanging off one side and chicken on the other side. The bun was this weird almost doughy texture and tasteless. Chicken was cooked in bad oil and tasted bad. Nothing was cohesive. I'll go to In-and-Out next time where I know I'll get a decent burger! read more

I pretty much only come here for breakfast via the drive-thru. Really like their biscuits and they consistently prepare them well. Generally efficient service and the staff are friendly. I've never had my order goofed-up, which is nice. Lastly, the drive-thru line can be a little sporty, especially as it abuts the main entrance to the complex. read more
