Once again oxford mcdonalds has ruined our experience and order. Spent $50 on food there for a fun dinner/ delivery asked for sweet and sour with 3 separate meals so at least 3 packets and got 0. This place constantly lacks effort and can't do the simplest yet most important steps. Honestly im pissed I spent that much and couldnt simply read the order properly. They put ketchup in my child's nugget container. I get it- stuff happens. But today I found out they put MAYO in my friend's child's nugget box! Coincidence? I think not. This has to be one of the worse McDonald's I have ever been too. They seldom get the order right. If you use the app to order and pull into the parking spot and send the spot number you may wait 10-15 minutes to get your order if they even come out. Several times I had to walk in to get my order and still wait. When I got it it was still wrong. Your best bet is order through the app and do drive thru you had a higher chance to get most of the order but you will get it faster. Today we decided to try DoorDash from the same McDonald's true to their record half the order was missing. Thanks McDonald's for hold to the poor service and inconvenience to the customer. This is not acceptable service for the prices paid. I had a boss that would say if I pay for a gallon of milk I expect a full gallon of milk! I pay for a full meal I should get a full meal and not have to over see everything that is handed to me that is what your managers and and employees are paid to check for. McDonald's you need to visit this store and clean house. Maybe automation is what needs to happen let stop pay people the don't want to work!!! I would rate this a BIG ZERO but that is not an option. The McDonald's in Oxford, MA is terrible. The Manager is even worse. She does not even do anything but sit in the office on her phone and is even rude to the employees and customers like she is better than everyone else. She should not be in management the way she speaks to them I believe her name was Joanne. The supervisor was not any better. The people running this McDonald's should be fired. I watched them both talk down to the employees like they were a piece of trash. The employees are usually kids just starting out in their first jobs and they are told they are worthless "REALLY" that's a great way to introduce them in to the work place. If you want respect you should show them respect. I will never go to this McDonald's ever again or advise anyone because management treats the employees like they are a piece of crap. read more

I've never had a problem with this McD's, the day Manager is very nice. Food has always been served hot, but than I get everything plain. Warm apple pies are delicious especially when you're really hungry. Getting in and out on Sutton Ave during high traffic times can tend to be a bit daring. read more

This McDonalds recently reopened after a complete overhaul. From the outside, it looks like any other fast food joint, only new. You walk inside and it certainly looks more impressive then most fast food joints. Someone decided on an upscale look. The dining area is cut off from the rest of the Restaurant by a opaque glass partition. The tables and chairs look like they belong in a casual sit down place. The staff was friendly. I got a Mcflurry and they gave it to me half empty and i asked for it to be fixed and got an attitude and she snatched it out my hand, the manager atleast gave me my money back... The look is better, now that they remodeld. It is cleaner, but that's about it, They didn't improve the staff, which are usually chatting with each other instead of working, or just out and out rude. This McDonald's has an amazing woman in n drivethru during mid day alot. But mornings are awfull. Rude. Short. And wrong orders.

I often eat at this location for lunch or even just ice cream. The inside is always very clean. There is a funny statement that goes around about McDonald's ice cream machine is "down", that has never happened here. Thankfully they have never had to deny me something off of their menu like other locations. The drive through is very speedy all times of the day. read more

Terrible experience! If this newly remodeled McDonald's is the future, they'll be going down quickly. Where did the fast service go? Took 10 minutes to get 2 drinks at 4:00 pm on a Saturday. Couldn't get my large iced coffee and tea order right. 1 cash register, 5 people in line, no self-serve tea, no napkins. I get my coffee here every morning and drive thru is always very nice. Coffee exactly the same. Recently I've been going after school lets out. And there is this Spanish man that seems to be one of the managers. He is the polite McDonald's person I know. Always happy and accurate. At least this 2 key employees keep me coming back. Check your order before you leave the drive-thru! They left out a breakfast sandwich; and then, when I went back in to inform them, they quickly put together one, so I could be on my way. Nice; except for the fact: It was not what I had ordered and paid for. My mistake for not checking. The McDonald's in Oxford was recently rebuilt and reopened with much fanfare. After all the hoopla the sad fact is that this McDonald's is much worse than the old one. The service is extremely slow and the food is either cold or old or both. There are at least four registers and usually only one is open. read more

For the second time this week I have sat in the drive through for over 8 minutes waiting for my breakfast. The first time was actually over 10 minutes at 7:15am because they had no one's orders ready when they got to the window. I understand I have worked fast food they may try to make it to order in the morning to save on waste and costs but that long for fast food is rediculous. This morning I was the only one in the drive through for the first 3 minutes then the cars started to line up behind me. After sitting there at the wondow for over 3 minutes they finally inform me that they don't have the food I ordered in the store but they can make me kinda of the same thing but it's not and it would be right out...then sat there another 3 minutes waiting for the food. The signs at the drive through are not turned properly either so it shows that they only serve 9 meals for breakfast and thats it the rest is lunch or dinner. The staff definitely needs to be PROPERLY retrained and be aware of there wait times that doesn't look good. Well back to me after I got my my food and got back on the road to hopefully not be late for work now to open my food and it is not assembled correctly so once opened it went all over the floor ( just fell right apart) and no breakfast for me...but the birds at my work parking lot thank you! read more
