A newish, more modern location in a plaza of similar options, this McDonald's has more walk-in friendly hours than most locations in Moreno Valley or Riverside. The few times I found myself here benefitted from dining in or take-out. The kiosks to order are convenient and easy unless you are paying with cash. All three times, the food came out warm and well made overall, although the first visit saw a better execution of my breakfast go-to: Bacon egg and cheese bisquit. Except for some employee yelling at another guy in the back one day, it's pretty quiet inside, and clean.

The second worst customer service I've experienced at a McDonald's drive thru. I ordered and paid for two large coffees. I got two mediums -Girl(employee) at pickup window said they ran out of large coffee cups..I asked about being refunded difference, she didn't hesitate to snap with complete attitude and say she couldn't do anything about refunding difference since I paid with McDonald's app.. The coffee was great. Customer service, needs improvement.

    The sundae i bought.

We bought two chocolate sundaes and the portions were ridiculously small. $7.00 for nothing.

Not bad for a fast food place. It was pretty darn clean and fully stocked. Honestly, the best McDonald's I've been to in a long time. The drink fountains were full, the bathrooms were clean, and the tables were all cleaned off. My kids enjoyed the gaming screens, too, while we were waiting for our food. Once we received our food, I was quite impressed with the way it was packaged. They gave a handful of napkins (just the way I like it), separately bagged our sauces (so they didn't get all mixed in at the bottom of the bag), and the fries were filled to the max! The food was piping hot, especially the fries and nuggets....we all enjoyed our food! Not sure why all the horrible reviews, but if you are asking to be catered to, this isn't going to be the place. Most of the employees are working on the food/drive thru, so most people would prefer ordering either at the kiosk or on the mobile app. You're not going to get immediate help unless someone is at the counter. Other than that, I highly recommend this McDonald's for a quick stop, especially if your passing through town!

Zero stars!!! It's Veterans Day so I went to go get the free breakfast being offered at all McDonalds restaurants. I went through the drive through, the person taking orders couldn't hear me so I had to wait until I got to the window to order. Waited 10 minutes and there were only 2 other cars in the line. When I got to the window, they tried to give me someone else's order. I let them know that I was the customer that they couldn't hear. I asked them for the free veterans breakfast. They said they didn't know anything about it. He went and asked his supervisor and came back to the window and said, 'we don't give anything free to veterinarians'. I corrected him and then he called me a veterinarian yet again. I asked to speak to the manager. And she said, 'we weren't told anything' , sorry. I tried to show her the McDonalds website and she refused to look. I said, it's VETERANS day. Do you know what a veteran is? And then she called me a veterinarian. McDonald's. What a disgusting disappointment. I have proudly served my country since 1994. I have always received free breakfast from McDonald's on Veterans Day. Note to self: NEVER EAT AT MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN. If you don't have people working in your restaurants that do not know the difference between a VETERAN AND A VETERINARIAN, you will not receive business from me!

Been waiting over 20 minutes for my order yet the place is practically empty. Think this will be a quick stop on your drive? Think again.

My sisters-in-law got theirs with oat milk and loved them too, and my wife got the Lavender Haze matcha, which was somehow delicious even to me, and I normally hate matcha. But what really stood out was how they treated us. My sister-in-law accidentally forgot to order my MIL's black coffee, and when we went back up, Giovanni took care of us with a small Americano on the house. I also came back asking for a splash of half-and-half on the side and everyone was incredibly accommodating. Never once made us feel like we were being a nuisance, even with a steady line of customers. That's how you keep people coming back. Great drinks are important, but taking care of people is what builds loyal customers. Everbloom does both. Cannot recommend this place enough.

They also clearly show this on their website for batch orders. Half and half up charge is mostly a margin play. It's a commodity dairy product; costs almost nothing extra per serving and is typically free at self serve stations. My feedback that the up charge should be to a premium product was gently missed by the owner.

Lots of parking in a massive lot …read more.. Had our eye on this local coffee spot when we came into town for an event. In hind site it is waaaaaay more than coffee and I want to come back for a meal. Took my mom and my wife here after lunch for a coffee and dessert, they sat us in the "Harry Potter" table and that was a nice treat. My mom got some elaborate pistachio iced latte and it was a really nice treat, especially in the heat. I got the tuxedo cold brew and that was also a great afternoon treat drink in the heat. My wife went with traditional coffee and it came in a side pot and was also really good. I ordered the cinnamon twist to enjoy with the coffee and expected a simple twist. This came warm and sticky with wallops of whip cream and was really and amazing dessert. After sharing that we went with the suggestion of the waitress and got something that had peaches and strawberries and was heaven on a plate. Im not even sure what it was but by then realized that everything here was excellent. My only regret is we came after lunch and now wish would have came here for lunch too. Next time I want to try the meals. The staff all worked well together and ran the place well with great energy and very helpful. As I get a bit older adding "clean bathrooms" is getting more important and they take good care of those rooms too. If your in the area know they have EXCELLENT coffee and much MUCH more.

The eclectic mismatched cups were be beautiful as was the presentation...same thing with the food! We were in town for a girls weekend and the first day 3 of us went on a whim because it was close to our resort and looked really interesting. The whimsical eclectic decor was so cute and fun, the food was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive on a Friday morning. We loved it so much we decided to bring our whole group back on a Saturday morning. They told us to make a reservation and recommended the table near the front. So we reserved that. It was a bit disappointing that when we arrived the next day with the large group they didn't seem to be ready for us. They wanted to put us at a different table because they had pulled a section of table out to accommodate a solo diner. But they did eventually remedy that so we could sit at the original table. Now granted they had warned that it gets busy on a Saturday but it wasn't super busy when we arrived, so a little surprising that we were seated for about an hour before we got our order taken and no one came earlier to ask us about beverages first before coming to take out food order it took a long time to get our drinks and even longer to get our food...and also surprised that no one ever acknowledged the long wait times...but we were having fun catching up since we don't all see each other often, so easily able to pass the time and everyone agreed it was worth the wait. The menu is pretty extensive literally something for everyone from sweet to savory breakfast or combination of both. Some of the highlights were the breakfast burrito, linguica and eggs, anything that had the fresh flour tortillas, really. The berry Belgian waffle & biscuits and gravy were all raved about as well. Everyone also loved the take on the black beans, looked like refried but maybe with a bit of cotija cheese mixed in as almost a light purple color. We would all definitely come again and have already recommended to friends just not on a Saturday unless you go when they open or maybe with a smaller group.

They have a pretty creative menu with a lot of unique syrups and drink concoctions so it made it hard for me to choose. I asked the worker for her recommendations and she kindly explained the menu to me. I was sold when I heard about the cafe de olla being made in-house and fresh at that -- she pointed to the vat right behind her. So, I got the iced cafe de olla latte and it was the perfect sweetness with hints of spice that added flavor to the coffee. I would order this again and wanted to come back here the same day. There was no line when I went but they was a line forming when I was leaving. There's no seating area so it's more of a grab-and-go place.

The funny thing? While the retail was still shuttered, the cafés and entertainment spots were already buzzing. That contrast -- empty storefronts on one side, the smell of fresh coffee on the other -- gave the whole place a quiet but inviting vibe. I walked into Xanti's and ordered two drinks: a strong macchiato (because sometimes you just need that punch) and a hot lavender matcha for balance. Total was $11.25, which felt more than fair. I tried paying with a $100 bill, but the barista politely explained they couldn't take it. No stress, no attitude -- just professional and smooth. Service really stood out here. The barista, a friendly guy with calm energy, not only took the order but noticed I'd settled into my phone at the table. A couple of minutes later, he personally brought both drinks over. That simple gesture made the experience feel way more personal than you'd expect from a mall coffee stop. As for the drinks? The macchiato was bold, clean, and exactly the kind of kick I needed. The lavender matcha surprised me -- creamy, floral, not too sweet, just enough to feel like a treat. Together, they struck a perfect balance: one to wake me up, one to slow me down. So yeah, it's technically "just" a coffee spot in a mall, but don't let that fool you. Between the timing, the vibe, and the barista's extra touch, it was one of those experiences that sticks.
