It's a new location so the interior looks great. Everything is new and modern, and the sewage smell that was lingering when it first opened is finally gone so that's a plus! However, the service is still severely lacking. The employees are still very slow and seem unorganized. The past few times, the drink bar with the lids and ketchup has been messy and unstocked. Seems like management is slacking it on multiple levels. Tonight, we ordered a #2 (2 cheeseburgers), a 20-piece chicken nugget and a jalapeño double. We placed our order at 8:17. It's McDonalds, and it's brand new. What more to say? Come quickly, while everything is clean and shiny. The food, free WiFi and everything is as it should be. Misses: terrible site plan and parking lot; wind so aggressive it practically tears the doors off, sucking loose wrappers, napkins, and small children out the door (when opened) and off to Kansas. Hits: no gawdawful play land, instead touch-screen video consoles to amuse greasy small fingers. Walked in at 4pm, no customers on line but 4 workers behind the counter talking to each other. They looked at me and continued their talking, as if they hadn't seen me. Very bizarre. I waited patiently as they tended to whatever busy work was going on. Every now and then one would look at me and ignore me. After a few mins I pulled out my phone and started recording them since it was so odd and completely rude. How high are you dude?!? Come on, you clearly kept responding incorrectly then how a sober person would respond and you kept mumbling like you were drunk. I understand you work at McDonald's but there are plenty of people who need the money way more than you and will at least be in their right mind when just communicating with the customer. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in 40 years of travel in the U.S. and Canada. Management needs to pay attention to some problems at this location. Service is slow due to inefficient employees who are bumping into each other, messing up orders, losing orders, and not fulfilling orders properly. There are a lot of employees working, but it still takes too long to get served. Besides the poor service, the dining area was dirty. Table tops were sticky and littered with crumbs. Floors were filthy. The men's restroom was gross. It had not been cleaned properly in weeks, if that. Restrooms are a good indicator of how the rest of the operation. When toilets and sinks are dirty and there are no paper towels, watch out for the food. read more

How I wish I could give less than 1 star. I got to the drive thru and the line was pretty long but not too bad at first glance. After 30 minutes, the line did not move whatsoever. Almost 40 minutes after waiting in line, there was 3 other cars behind me, someone got out of the car and complained apparently they had been waiting an actual hour. They were prioritizing UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates but forgot to attend to the almost 10 cars in line, all of them waiting up to an hour more or less. Finally the line started moving slowly. After an hour of being in line for me, I finally got to the window and guess what? My food was completely cold, ordered 6 piece nuggets and only got a 4 piece, ordered 2 big macs and only got one. My fries were hard and only filled half way :(( They didn't even have Sprite so got sweet tea instead but it was only half way filled. Overall, a very upsetting experience. I am glad they opened a McDonald's at this location as it is easily accessible from the freeway. Their parking lot is fairly small and I definitely recommend parking in the general area outside the McDonald's parking lot to avoid having any issues with leaving the premises backing up your car into another vehicle or person in the confined spaces. This location is one of the more modern versions which features an area where children can play video games and a high table with several chairs. The staff is usually pretty friendly and they try their best to bring the food out to you instead of having to go pick it up at the counter. I have not experienced any order mishaps within the several times I have visited this location. I hope this trend continues. read more
