A wifi bar in a McDonalds? Never knew there was such a thing until I took a pitstop here. The wifi bar was available free for up to thirty minutes and had its own side place with cute comfy benches and well-padded stools under table tops with extra charging spaces. What a great idea to welcome a traveler, especially since the area had shoddy wifi access when on the road. Not to mention, the McDonald's still had its classic seating area and its bathrooms were very clean and maintained. It's nice stumbling upon an establishment that is managed well with friendly employees. It's especially great when the buildings around offer little comforts and actually feel a bit sketchy. If you're passing through, I'd recommend this place for a caffeine refill, maybe a moment to stretch your legs and check out your social media, or use the facilities. You'll enjoy it. read more

This McDonald's is interesting. The service inside was nice. The food was good. The order was taken with accuracy. This location seemed a bit on the sketchy side as supported by a somewhat aggressive (non-threatening but his presence was a bit intimidating or discomforting) panhandler outside and a clientele that seemed a bit shady. It's the type of location I'd probably opt for drive through over dining in. Maybe I went on an off day, but I've heard from others it can be a bit suspect. read more

Just had the worst experience here ordering food at this location Esmeralda the manager was extremely rude. I asked why they were only working off of one screen she stated that she was working off both but 6 customers that ordered after me received their order first. When I asked the employees for her name all responded the same way saying they didn't know. She also stated there was nothing she could do about the situation that she couldn't complete my order because she ran out of food. I ended up asking for a refund and left. Besides the fact that the service is horrible at this location 98% of the time you go tonight I decided to come to this location to grab a quick bite to eat when I pulled up to the window the first thing that I came to notice during a pandemic is that they have both a male employee and a female employee both touching the mouth parts of cups that they are filling up without gloves after I asked the female employee to please put gloves on and replace my drinks she gives me an attitude and ignores what I say so then I asked the employee standing behind her to please ask her coworker to put gloves on before touching my stuff at that point she had the decency to go ahead and put gloves on but the fact that there is a COVID-19 pandemic going on and they have two different employees standing at the window filling up peoples cups of drinks without gloves is bizarre they're touching the lives of the cups with their bare hands and if the lid doesn't go all the way like I noticed they are then touch the mouth ring of the cup it's nasty and unsafe read more

Ok so they are supposed to open in the Drive-Thru at 5 a.m.. so I'm leaving for work. Other day it's probably about 5:40 a.m.. I pull up in the drive through and nobody says anything. now I know they're supposed to open at 5 a.m. because when I have to go pick up early truckloads I'll get coffee there at 5:10 5:15 in the. Terrible customer service. Short Hispanic manager I'm not usually want to leave reviews on fast food establishment, but this one in particular deserves this terrible review. I placed an order through mobile app to pick up for curbside. There was an issue with an app that did not allow me to say that I have arrived to pick up the order. My card has already been charged. My orders already been placed so I went inside, despite not wanting to go into the actual restaurant and long story short. The manager refused to give me my order, even though it had been paid for, and I had proof that I had paid for it And he didn't want to compensate me by giving me the THREE items in my order which literally totaled to SIX DOLLARS instead of just giving me the order I left with nothing. This location is terrible and does not care about customer service in the slightest. His big head knows that he could've just given me my food to appease the customer. I ordered my food at 8:58 after waiting in the lobby for 8 min with being helped, when I showed signs of becomeing wrestles the staff finally stopped for a second to take my order, I didn't receive my order until 9:32 even though my number was up on the "now serving board for 10 min causing me to become more impatient. When the customer behind me brought the wait time to the managers attention, Maggie and Nataly both responded with sarcasm. With a room full of patron some of witch had just walked out because drive thru was backed up and the lobby wasn't moving. Their sarcastic remarks where beyond unprofessional. Rather then offer an apology or a quick thank you for being patient we appreciate your wait. They rolled their eyes looked at each other and offered a sarcastic "have a good day" as to dismiss the Paton whom had let them know that while they focused on moving the drive thru line they had let the in house time slip. I only go to McDonald's Donald's regularly but not the one on the Blvd because it is well know they have a high turn over and we customers have to deal with bad service while the new trainees catch on. Had a very good experience at this location! Was greeted with a good morning and even helped out with the menu . The girl at the drive thru which I believe was named Kassandra ? Was very sweet and patient with me as I have a hearing disability and tend to need things repeated to me more than once . Got my food quickly and hot . I have been coming here a lot on the way to work and this is a good location. Yes, they mess up on my order here and there. No, their workers are not that rude and bad. I placed a curbside pickup order at this location and half an hour later, I'm still waiting for my food. I talked to an employee and he had no clue what was going on, or who ordered food. Another employee was outside mopping floors saying they're understaffed. Like really? There were 4 other parties picking up orders that were having the same issue. I had to go inside and basically re-order even though lobby is closed for some odd reason. This is the third time this has happened with curbside pickup.
