We are beyond disappointment with the service at this location. We placed an order online and our son provided the check-in code, only to be told they didn't even have our order. When he asked for help to resolve the issue, the young Black female behind the counter was incredibly disrespectful. Instead of actually assisting him or checking the system, she gave him an attitude and told him, "That's your problem!" It is completely unacceptable to be met with that level of hostility when the restaurant's system is at fault. Spilled my drinks while bringing them out to the car, then apparently forgot I was out there. Waited another 10 minutes and no one came out with drinks. I go in to get the drinks and the guy who spilled them couldn't remember what drinks I had. Overall waiting 30+ minutes for 3 McGriddles, a biscuit and 4 drinks. Was in the drive thru for 12 minutes and my breakfast mobile order timed out by 2 minutes and they wouldn't let me still get my food. Messed up my new order of 2 cheeseburgers. Then went back today and they never gave me my card back. I missed it. A few hours later i go back and spend 20 minutes in the store waiting for someone to find my bank card. Just to be told the GM took it with him in his pocket and he's no longer at the store!! What the hell !? I had to go to where he was down the street because he couldn't come to me to bring me my BANK CARD. I realize these employees don't get paid very much for their service-but no one forced them to work there. I ordered the wrong soda in app so when I got to the speaker, I informed them that I ordered the wrong one and was told it would be corrected- then when I pulled up to the 2nd window I asked the employee-is this regular soda instead of diet and she shook her head yes- not even speaking one word the entire time before closing the window. She ran my order out to me for a curbside app pickup order. I said, I'm sorry there was no place on the app to ask for Mayo or ketchup packets. I would rate no stars if that was possible. It seems every time I order from this location they manage to have extremely poor customer service. Example, this morning I ordered 2 McMuffins off the mobile app and I arrived 1 minute after ordering. I only live 300ft away. Throughout my 25min wait they never once called my order, THEN when I went to the counter asking about it MULTIPLE TIMES they denied it was mine. Fast forward, after standing at the counter for 10min with everyone avoiding me (including managers), I took matters into my own hands and walked behind to GRAB MY ORDER that sat infront of me for 20+minutes. Literally worst customer service ever. and every time i go there there's literally something wrong with our order and when i asked to remake it i got alot of snide comments and remarks that i could clearly hear. i actually used to work here and had to quit cause it was so toxic. there has been multiple people complaining about a certain girl who takes orders in the drive thru because shes so disrespectful. One customer asked for extra fries well done and she mumbled to me that she wasn't going to. and she would interrupt people and be on her phone so you had to ask a couple times. when repeating the order back she gets upset cause SHE forgot something. and the managers know there has been complaints about her but will take her out of the window for 5 mins then put her back in. back to her phone and back to being difficult...and i used to work at an amazing McDonalds up in Wisconsin so don't just say it's McDonalds when its literally basic decency. If I could leave zero stars I would I waited in line for almost 40 minutes only to be told I skipped the line and I had to go back around and wait in line. I asked to speak to the supervisor and Hagen the shift leader's response was he's busy and for me to get out of line because we are not going to serve you. What I still don't understand is that he allowed the woman in front me to go thru with no problem and the car behind me. I hope that this gets back to corporate and the owner of this location because it's unacceptable. This is by far the best McDonald's in the Pensacola area. A few years ago, the older building was torn down and a new, modern building was constructed. A few perks are: --Free wifi --Relatively clean bathrooms (for a McDonald's) --The restaurant is adequately kept up --Very friendly employees (compared to other franchises) --Fast and efficient both in the restaurant and going through the drive-thru --Centrally located, not far from all the downtown excitement and Pensacola Beach Overall, even though McDonald's is not my favorite dining chain, this one is pretty decent read more

This is my favorite McDonald's in the area. The staff is always friendly. Today I received the wrong order though. Wrong sandwich. I was charged for the more expensive one but received an item that cost only $1. This also happened to me last week.
