We arrived at the order station at 7:20am. I ordered a breakfast meal and when asking for coffee was told they didn't have coffee but could order a latte or another prepared coffee beverage. I cannot have sugar so I declined. I continued to ask for orange juice, which they also told me they didn't have. I ended up with milk. I am not sure how a restaurant is out of coffee AND orange juice before 7:30 in the morning, 2 major breakfast staples. We received our meal quickly and got home to find a hair in one of the McGriddle eggs. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. We don't eat fast food a lot but felt like having McDonald's breakfast since it is usually one of our favorite breakfasts in terms of fast food. This isn't the first time I've driven through this particular location and was told they're out of something of which I went there particularly to order. Disappointed not once but multiple times. Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Yesenia the Lead night shift manager is one of the worst people I have ever experienced. I have seen her on the company phone just chatting it up, while her employees are running around trying to keep up with the extremely long line in the drive thru. McDonald's is the only fast food restaurant that takes 30-45 minutes just to cash out the drawers, in the mean time it is so easy for the cash to be pocketed. This morning I ordered breakfast with 2 iced coffee's and they gave me all my food and 1 coffee, then told me to go park and wait for the other coffee. And I went again to try the quarter pounder deluxe to get a quarter pounder with only American cheese (no sauce, no onions, no pickles).
