rytime I come to this McDonald's, "conveniently" they NEVER have Chicken Strips when you go through their drive thru. They only have chicken strips when you order inside or use the mobile app and pick up outside. Driving through the drive thru usually takes a very long time anyways. Service in drive thru sucks. Lady had us waiting for 5minutes while the second line kept ordering and took 4cars orders as we just sat there waiting for her to get back to our order. This is the most horrible Mc Donald's I've ever been to!! Went at 1AM this morning and received the most disgusting food ever. All of the food was old and hard as if they reheated the food in a microwave. The fries were so hard you couldn't bite into it! It was inedible! It took 47 mins in the drive-thru spent spent $73 on stale French fries (of course I bought more than fries) and ask the drive-thru person to make sure EVERYTHING was in there he insisted it was. I went to McDonald's on July 23 and ordered 3 sausage McMuffins only to discover I was given a bad egg in one. The egg was green/brown inside. I proceeded to eat my sausage McMuffin then began thinking it tasted different.. I finally looked at my egg and it was no good. I've been throwing up ever since... I'm never eating at this McDonald's again. That was so disrespectful and disgusting for the employees making my meal to even alow that to be in a costumers food. The best thing the folks at the corporate office can do is to revoke this location's franchise! Our experience: drive through packed so we went inside. We were the only ones in the dining room. Placed our order at 14:21. At 14:33 no food yet we inquired. At 14:37 still no food, we inquired again. At 14:43 (22 minutes since we placed order) no food, still. At 14:46 we asked for refund which was processed at 14:48. That is a 27 minute span, waiting, for nothing. And we were the only ones inside the place, other than delivery app drivers picking up and folks who went through drive thru coming in to complain their orders were wrong. I ordered 6 happy meals .All of them with apple juice ..and also got a chicken sandwich with a medium coke .. I asked for ketchup and ranch .. When I get to the first window .. they repeat my order . And it was fine . When I get to the second window . I only get ONE happy meal and the chicken sandwich.. I told the lady at the window I ordered 6 ... not one" she was really nice person I won't lie .. They tell me to go to the side and park there to wait for my other 5 happy meals, I repeated about the coke , the ketchup , and the 6 apple juices .. After 10 minutes a lady brings 4 more happy meals .. again MISSING ONE MORE " and all the apple juices that I ordered with the happy meals .. also my coke and no ketchup or ranch ... I told her about that .. like 12 minutes later . Another lady comes with the last missing happy meal .. but once again "" NO COKE !! NO APPLE JUICES .... I go to this location a lot despite how many times they have gotten my order wrong and forgotten items from my order. It's the closest so I go here or either to the one inside of Walmart. This day I didn't want to get off and walk in to Walmart so I just went through the drive thru here. Well let me tell you my large fries were more of a medium and they were cold. Worst McDonald's ever. The service is horrible. One is in the front cashier to received your order. Everyone is in the back, so you wait a long time or you have to shout out for someone to help you.
