This place does not care about customer service. They purposely do not give you a receipt, so you can't complain or do a survey. They will park you and make you wait even if you have just a couple items. The people who work here are very entitled and act like you are bothering them just by ordering your food. Okay so I just went through the drive-thru used my app to order. I told the person that was taking my order that I would like a Big Mac with no onion at a 10 piece. She then said what sauce do I want. I told her again I would like a Big Mac no onion for the second time she did not acknowledge my request. She said again any sauce. I finally said I would just like you to please acknowledge that I'm telling you I would like a Big Mac with no onion. At this point she then cut me off on the speaker and proceeded to take the order of the car in the next Lane over. She never returned to the speaker to finish my order. So I had to drive forward without knowing if my order had been placed correctly. At no point in time did she ever say okay yes big back no onion is your order correct on the screen nothing absolutely horrible customer service. Customer service training needs to be a priority for these restaurants because this younger generation cannot handle anybody having a conversation with them that makes them uncomfortable. Messed up order and cold, stale fries!! I guess looking at the reviews I should not be surprised at 1 star rating in spite of 200 reviews!!. Apparently many unhappy people.
