I just left McDonalds on Ramona expressway and, again, a frustrating experience. I had to wait in space #3 for them to bring me my drive-through order. I checked the bag , it was the wrong order all together. I had to go inside ( luckily, I changed out of my pj's to go at the last minute) gave them the order back and told them that was not my order. I waited inside for them to make my new order... up to 3 times the order wad wrong, which they kept attempting to fix by changing out the wrong order. Of course by now EVERYTHING , including the French fries, was beyond COLD!! The first time I returned my wrong order the guy behind me said " that's nothing new!!" While I kept waiting for my order two other guys came in to return incorrect orders. How does this place stay open? The manager just stands there by the fries machine.. why is she not supervising the order cooks? She stands there and pushes a French fry machine button on occasion or puts some fries in a bag. Greeters where nice, which is becoming a rare sight at mcdonalds. I used to work at mcdonalds and remember when we took pride in quality and customer service but that seems to be slipping away. Today here I went through drive thru and got a very friendly greeting. Awesome. However when I pulled down the road and opened my sandwich I was greeted by a poorly placed together sandwich. Very disappointing. The sause was all over the outside and hardly on the inside. It looked as if it had been thrown in the box. (No pride was taken). Sure you're making minimum wage yes, but if you cant take pride in the little things you cant begin to fathom the larger things in life. I was very upset to know that someone simply didnt care about quality in this restaurant that should be striving to keep customers coming back. I know how busy, hot, and tough, working at McDonalds is. I've been there. It was temporary. But never once did I not put pride into everything I did there. Been coming here for 3 months only because it is the only convenient place to eat in this hell hole called Perris,Ca.. The place is always dirty and even though they have more employees than customers, the service is still very, very slow and the have not gotten one order correct since I've been coming here. My dad and son love Mcdonalds so I'm forced to deal with it...don't get me wrong, i like McDonalds too, but this location stinks. They've recently remodeled and the place looks GREAT! Too bad the food has taken a nose dive. At my most recent visit, I had an order for five people and made sure to check the order before I left. All but one sandwich. Everything looked right but when I got home, instead of a Southern Style Chicken sandwich, I got a double fish filet. Yuck! I drove all the way back to get the right order. The girl behind the counter was apologetic and helpful and even gave me a free small order of fries but it still sucks that I had to drive all the way back. Their fries used to be the BEST. Always fresh, always well cooked and just the right amount of salt. Now it's hit or miss. Sometimes undercooked, sometimes overcooked, sometimes bland and sometimes too much salt. We visit this McDonald's quite frequently because we live just down the street but this isn't the first time they've goofed on our order and unless I'm in a pinch, I probably won't be back. read more

I would like to start by saying never have I ever been so disgusted eating from a fast food restaurant in my entire life. Not only was there human hair in my food but the employees are rude and inconsiderate to their customers. There was water and ice all over the floor and my child nearly slipped and fell . I let one of the employees know that there was a mess of water on the floor and she just said ok cool. And never went to clean it. Worse place EVER!!!! I did a GrubHub order for some happy meals for my students at the elementary school right down the street. My students are in the car with their parents waiting for their treat they earned and I get a 'order has been cancelled' message on my phone. I called GrubHub and they said their driver was there to pick it up, but it was cancelled. I NEVER cancelled the order. After trying to call McDonald's many times since no one picks up the phone they tell me GrubHub cancelled it. GrubHub didn't cancel it since there driver was there waiting. I go into the restaurant to talk to someone and she told me "Oh, our system cancelled it and I don't know why". This is about the 3rd story I heard from them btw. This is MCDONALDS!!! a huge company. This McDonald's ALWAAAAYS messes up my order. They either forget something or give me the wrong thing. Today they forgot to give me my dang cookies after having to wait 10 minutes to get my drive thru order. TERRIBLE SERVICE ordered through drive through on 1/6/19 about 10am. Had to repeat order 6X, got to window and employee says "what did you order?". As i began speaking, she shut window in my face, then after 30-40sec opened window and says, "OK, go ahead"Frustrated, i drove off, but still parked and went inside to order (i was really in need of coffee). Inside, same deal, had to repeat order 4X, which they still screwed up. My observation is, Mc Donalds just cant seem to find quality employees at this location. They have a careless attitude and are visibly stressed. This causes many mistakes, for which they dont even try to fix ,,,,,,and an apology, forget about it........ They opened this McDonalds in this area to catch all these people living in the surrounding neighborhoods. Horrible customer service!!! Asked for a grand mac meal w/coke (no ice) and I got it with ice. After I the payment, The manager came to the window and told me " can I give you a double quarter pounder because the grand mac has been discontinued" I agreed. She told me to park and they would bring it to my car. So I did. 25 minutes went by and I went inside to ask for a refund and the manager still argued with me about the whole incident. So I go to mcDonald's this morning at 5:45am before work , before doing a 12 hour shift at work I ordered a number 2 on the breakfast menu with a extra hash brown and a side of eggs with a parfait not only did I not receive neither one of my hashbrowns but my food was cold and my bread was hard. Now I'm stuck at work with no food and on top of that , they had the audacity when I called them to be rude with me and not even complement me with my cash back unless I bring them every bite of my food back witch is no problem since the bread is hard anyway . MCDONALDS IS DEAD. Yes, the McDonald's that I grew up with is definitely dead. I hadn't been to the Golden Arches in quite a while... and for good reason. I've been very disappointed in McDonald's during the few visits I've made in recent years, so I generally avoid the place. However, my wife and I were in a hurry and made a quick lunch stop. Ours was a simple order of Quarter Pounders and fries. The Quarter Pounder with Cheese used to be one of my favorite burgers. It used to be freshly grilled, warm, juicy and presented on a soft, satisfying sesame seed bun. Now that McDonald's no longer makes fresh burgers, the name Quarter Pounder is all that's left of the original sandwich. This is a hard, dry, mostly cold slab of (meat?) that has been sitting in a plastic tray for hours. The bun is equally dry, with a tiny squirt of mustard and ketchup to help you choke down the sad little mess. The fries are lukewarm and wilted, but half-decent if you douse them with a couple packages of salt. This is food that just sits in your stomach like a rock. We definitely regretted our choice of restaurant and laughed at how horrific McDonald's has become. It was like getting a burger from a vending machine. You're not sure how long the food has been sitting around, but you're starving, so you eat it anyway and immediately regret your decision. It's no wonder McDonald's is losing customers as a company. The menu is glutted with hundreds of crazy items that serve no purpose in a burger joint. I've written about that subject many times, so I won't pontificate further - except to say that unless McDonald's starts simplifying their menu and producing better quality food, the chain is going to become just a faded memory in the scrap heap of Americana. read more

Waited 10 minutes for a small coffee, it wasn't busy, and the pot was already made. Skipped the larger order after me ahead of me. I get the coffee and I notice they put sugar when I asked for Splenda, gave me attitude that they got the order wrong. I've been here earlier in the day when it was much busier and didn't have this problem so this is square on the workers that were in on this particular day.
