Who would have thought eating at a sneaker store was so good?! It's a small cafe with a good selection of food for a good price. I got the three berry salad which was a really nice size for $10.50. The veggies and fruits tasted good, with only a few that didn't taste so fresh. All the staff there were very nice and helpful. You also get a free cookie for leaving a Yelp review. I got a white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie that was quite tasty. The food was amazing! We got a burger with fries and a sandwich with fresh fruit. I honestly wouldn't expect it from this little cafe, but I decided to trust the other reviews and give it a chance. I was not disappointed in the deliciousness. It's a stand up order cafe, only some limited seating outside, and connected to the Sketcher's warehouse store. The inside was nice and clean and the menu easy to read. They have some grab-and-go options as well. I did have a customer service issue, but it was quickly resolved by the corporate office and location manager, which I appreciate and why I'm giving 5 stars. I asked for tap water cups, but was charged $3.75 per plastic cup for soda. When I realized this and asked why, I was told they have to charge for the cup even though we were only getting water and that water cups no longer existed here. Then a few minutes later, someone who didn't even order anything, walked in and received a free styrofoam water cup from someone else! A cup I was explicitly told no longer existed. After seeing that, I didn't feel comfortable having another conversation about it and making a big deal, so that's why I asked corporate for their assistance in clearing things up. While I'm still very confused about how the mix up happened, I'm glad to know I was truly heard by management and the incident was made right (received a refund on the drinks). It shows they cared about solving the issues, thus the five stars. read more

I frequent this cafe since my son likes sketchers shoes and grows quickly so we need a new pair often. During my recent visit I noticed a new menu item and had to try in addition to my usuals. Now that I think of it I think they rebranded the menu and prices increased which I understand in this economy. The service here is always great and the food is always fresh and they give you as much sauce as you ask for don't hesitate they are nice about it. I order the chicken penne cheese which is the new item I noticed but it wasn't that good it didn't have enough sauce or broccoli it had a lot of chicken but the chicken pieces were dry and hard tasted like the prepackaged chicken thrown in. I would stick to the veggie pasta. The bbq beef sandwich was a little tough this day too. The western burger was big and delicious. The first time I had the Sketchers Burger, and more recently I tried the club sandwich, which I absolutely loved. It's a great go-to option if you're unsure what to order: flavorful, well-balanced, and the fries are perfectly golden and crispy. Their house buttermilk ranch is also a favorite of mine--definitely worth dipping your fries in. The café itself is small and quaint with plenty of outdoor seating and umbrellas, often with music playing outside. You get a view of the parking lot and occasional sidewalk sales, but the space feels open and relaxed. Honestly, this spot feels like a hole-in-the-wall find in the best way. Yes, I am a little late to the party going to try the Sketchers Café long after they opened. I was pleasantly surprised and I am glad they are able to keep up the level of quality, service and outstanding food since day 1. That is a great sign for any restaurant and I sincerely hope they can keep a great thing going. I came here with my husband and Mom for lunch on the way to Idyllwild. The sales and lunch were great! I got my usual, the portobello mushroom burger, which is always excellent. My mom got the fish tacos which were so delicious! My husband tried them and said he would get those next time. My husband got the sketcher burger and it was good but he was disappointed. It didn't come on a bun. He needs to pay more attention to the description next time. We also tried the royal cookie with chocolate chips, coconut, and macadamia nuts. It was quite good. Surprisingly great food ! Honestly, I enjoyed my experience at the cafe much more than I did at the actual Skechers factory outlet store. They close pretty early and hours are limited, so keep that in mind. You can get sandwiches, burgers, soups, and other cafe deli foods. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The worker even brought our food out in a nice paper bag while we were waiting outside. Cafe is very clean, all the utensils are individually sealed. Would not have expected that at all. Very neat. We got the: 1) Skechers Burger: -This is a 6 oz burger patty, 2 strips of bacon, avocado, tomato, Swiss cheese, and house dressing on grilled sourdough. -Wish I wasn't so full so I could enjoy this, but I only took a couple bites and it was pretty dang good. -The bread was nice and buttered and all the ingredients were fresh. -Great sandwich all around. -This came with their fries which were SO GOOD. Imagine potato wedges but in curly fries form. It was great. I could not stop eating them. 2) Hot Dog: -Just a regular hot dog on a regular bun that you can get anywhere. -Alright for $3.
