Hats off to Jeff and the crew for catering barbecue brisket and pulled pork to our Painters training center for lunch. It was excellent! Brisket is a hard one to cook, but I must say this one was juicy and seasoned perfectly! The pork also was nice and moist and tasted great! The mac & cheese was done with white cheese and the noodles were cooked perfect not overdone just right! We also went for the green beans and they were excellent! Their fried pickle chip appetizer was tasty, but again, it was over $11 for a small basket when it really should be like $8.00. The service was fast, the waitress attentive to requests & refills and was polite. When we went mid afternoon the seating was plenty and spacious. We like Case & Bucks a lot but it gets very expensive very quickly for dinner with soft drinks & an appetizer, so we won't go back too frequently, probably a half dozen times a year or so when the wing craving really hits! read more

We came to Case and Bucks on 1/1/2025. We got there soon after they opened but they weren't ready for customers. No music was playing, staff was still mopping floors. We did get a server right away, she was friendly and ready. We placed our orders, Turkey club with Fries and a small side salad, BLT with crispy bacon and a soup (Tortilla soup). Turkey club was well piled high but the lettuce was brown and soggy and the tomatoes were cut up random pieces and old. I orderd a side salad that came in a very odd bowl. When i tried to mix the dressing in the bowl rolled and tossed the contents all over the table. The BLT was horrible! The bacon was burnt burnt! First bite and ALL the bacon turned to crumbs and tasted awful. The soup came out cold and the bowl was 1/4 filled. When the server returned we mentioned that the bacon was burnt, her response was "you asked for it crispy". Crispy bacon and burnt bacon are completely different. We got our check and I was charged 8.99 for a side salad that was probably 2 oz of lettuce and had more croutons than there was lettuce. My experience was not positive and though I know it might have been a staffing issue since it was New Years Day, But preparation is key to always having positive results. I've been here a few times before and had much better experiences but this one was not good. read more

As you can see from my prior review I gave C & B 5 stars. Unfortunately this has changed. I decided to try their breaded chicken wings. I checked online to order ahead. This option was unavailable. No problem. They promptly answered the phone, took the order and informed me 10-15 minutes to complete the order. Their menu on their website showed $14.99 for 10 wings. Upon my arrival, the order was ready. Imagine my surprise when the waitress asked for $18.73. When questioned about the discrepancy she stated it had been $17.49 for some time. I paid and tipped the waitress $5.00. So to sum up. The wings were delicious, hot and all around great. Assume the menu prices are guidelines and not definite. I know chicken prices have gone up alot and I don't have a problem with that, my issue is with the misleading price(s) on the menu. read more

We ordered here for the first time since the new owners took over. It was a disappointment. My husband's burger came without any lettuce or tomatoes. His fries were old and they forgot the onions he ordered. I ordered the fried fish sandwich, which used to be my favorite thing there. It used to come with a huge piece of fish on garlic bread. Now it's a tiny piece of fish with a slice of cheese on a regular hamburger bun. On a positive note, the buffalo chicken potato skins were good, but they forgot the sour cream I ordered on the side. We won't be back, which is a shame because they were a good local restaurant before. Our meal today was $61 which was insane considering the quality. read more

We fed over 10 people with the "feed the crew" package. I think it maybe cost $60. Delicious salad, pizza, and more. Servers were great about checking on us in our private room and getting us everything we needed. They answered our many questions and coped with our back and forth on what to order with real grace! We went tonight with a ground of 10 after a high school basketball game. I haven't been in years since they remodeled and have new owners. The decor is welcoming and fun. The menu is extensive. They pride themselves of over 50 appetizers and they aren't kidding- it's a separate menu. A few of us chose to order the choose 4 appetizers expecting a appetizer platter like you'd find and some of the big chains. However, we found something far greater...the choose 2, 3, or 4 appetizer deals give you full size apps. And boy did we have a variety...some we loved, some not so much, but we tried a bunch...boneless C&B boneless wings(hand breaded boneless wings with a flavorful Buffalo sauce not too hot but great flavor), pepper Jack cheese cubes (creamy pepper Jack cheese balls lights breaded and fried- delish) Buffalo chicken potato skins-(basically a potato skin with hot wing dip on top, a little disappointing bc I love them from Sybergs and these didn't compare), Buffalo chicken toasted ravs( fried well and crispy but not overly flavorful), fried cauliflower (perfect- lightly battered, crispy coated cauliflower), zucchini sticks (standard fried zucchini stick- good), fries(good thicker cut fries, tasty), popcorn shrimp(giant mound of perfectly crispy fried shrimp), tater tots (crispy, salty potato tots- perfect accompaniment to a sandwich), the corn nuggets were recommended by our FABULOUS waitress and they were a creamy ball of corn with a crunchy outside, Philly cheese steak egg rolls (steak, cheese, onions in an egg roll wrapper and fried- full of cheesesteak flavor but a bit high on the onion for my taste). southwest egg rolls, onion rings, mini corn dogs...I'm sure I'm forgetting some.
