I visited this McDonald's on July 3, and it was extremely busy. I'm not a fan of kiosk or online ordering, so that made the experience a little frustrating. At one point, the cashier even ran out of change because of how busy it was. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, which I appreciated, but the parking lot was packed. During the day, I noticed several people using the location as a place to rest or park, so I can only imagine how busy or unpredictable it gets at night. The service moved as quickly as possible considering the crowd. As for the food, it's McDonald's consistent no matter where you go, but also increasingly overpriced for what it is. In my opinion, the best McDonald's locations are overseas. If you're staying in the United States, Hawaii and Guam have some of the best McDonald's restaurants I've visited, with a much better overall menu and experience. Overall, this is a clean, well-run location that handles heavy customer traffic well, just be prepared for long lines and a crowded parking lot during peak hours. read more

The food is good, sometimes and the owners should really get on their workers. The service is ok and the workers are nice BUT the food and coffee isn't the freshest or best tasting in comparison to other McDonald's. We have received cold food and the coffee is just terrible. We always order ice caramel coffee and we receive ice coffee that tastes like cold black coffee with a splash of caramel. You can not taste the caramel and it's just terrible. I have been at this McDonald's several times. It's off of Hwy 138 exit northbound. Last night, I decided to pick up some chicken nuggets and fries for my daughters. It was late so I went through drive-thru. Got the bundle with 40 chicken nuggets and 2 large fries for $20 plus 3 waters. It used to be $16.99... oh well, gotta go with inflation. Wait was quite long actually. Cars weren't moving for at least 5+ mins. Finally I got up to 2nd window to pay and get food. Staff was super nice and friendly. The gentleman asked if I wanted a drink carrier for my waters. Thank you Sir! I usually say no, but decided to say yes this time around. The lady who took my order didn't ask what sauce I wanted and assumed BBQ sauce. I informed the gentleman to give me Honey Mustard sauce and not BBQ sauce. He said sure. Unfortunately, there was no sauce in the bag... not one... zilch LOL. This has never happened to me ever where I didn't get one sauce LOL. Luckily, we had extra sweet & sour and ranch sauces in the frig from past McDonald's orders. The long wait and missing sauces result in 3 stars. Stopped here on my way back home to Northern California and the wait during breakfast was absolutely ridiculous. The wait time was so slow that an officer who was waiting in his patrol car actually had to get out and come inside just to get his food -- that says it all. This was on 03/02/2026 around 8:23 AM. I understand mornings can get busy, but this level of slowness is unacceptable for a fast food breakfast stop. I ordered 3 items and it took 25 minutes plus to get the food. It only makes sense that if your out of an item just let the customer know, so they can choose to wait for it or make a different selection. My family stopped by this location on October 18, 2025 at around noon while on our way to a wedding. Despite this location being extremely busy, an employee named Adrian provided exceptional service. McDonald's. Everybody loves McDonalds! So how does this one pull out an average of 2 star ratings? Their service. I don't know how you justify having people wait in a line of cars at the drive through for 10 minutes, then when they get to the window you make them park for another 15 minutes. Then to top it off, our order was missing stuff! To sum it up, this place is slow. As a teen, I worked at a McDonald's. There's no excuse. If our store ran this slow the whole team would have been canned. Guess effort goes down as wages go up. Maybe they should go back to $5.75/hr. Pro tip - if they ask you to park, it'll only be a minute. Just tell them if it's only a minute you don't mind waiting. Unless you really do have an unreasonably large order, they'll literally get you your order faster than if they have to run it out to your car. read more

Huge wait time the first time I visited with noone in the dining room. 2nd time tried drive through and sat there for 5 minutes while it was open with noone answering the 2nd drive through line (they have 2 but apparently only one person taking orders for both). I've been to this location a few times usually as a rest stop. Grab a quick bite and use the restroom. This time I got an iced macchiato to help me stay awake. It was good for the price. Somehow, it has become expected that customers must place their orders on a kiosk. I don't want to. I want human interaction, I want to order differently than the kiosk allows. Why make me wait because customers not wanting to utilize the kiosks must wait until an associate decides to work at the cash register. Waiting customers are not a priority. But this place is at another level. The all kiosk setup is fine but taking 30 minutes to get your "fast food" leaves a lot to be desired.
