For starters I haven't been to McDonald's in Europe. I heard so much about their coffee so I wanted to try it. To say this one franchise is completely disorganized is an understatement. I was waiting for over 10 minutes along with about 10 other people who were complaining that they were waiting too long for their food. When I commented, I only wanted coffee. The woman made me pay and then I was still waiting. I took a picture of the disorganization, and the manager became very upset. He got very aggressive came up to me was standing literally an inch away from me shoved his phone in my face and said how would I like it if I took a picture of him. He then went back, chatting with a bunch of coworkers instead of getting the customers food. And then he refunded me, said he refused to serve me. Today as of March 2nd,2024 I ordered and my food not only was wrong but it took 20 mins of me standing there for someone to even take my payment and the 3 main employees in the front were rude and nasty. I wish I could give 0 stars. This location is open 24 hours, but they do not accept any drive thru orders past 10pm... They only accept uber eats, doordash and grubhub. Horrendous Service I was waiting outside around opening time for for a dine in only to have the employees say that they arent open. Needless to say, I was very frustrated and got back to the car to do the drive through. There were no cars at all and it took at least a minute of me yelling into the speaker box to see if anyone was there. Next step is paying - you would think that this step would be the quickest, but I had the same issue. Once, I visited this location with a friend and explained this frequent occurrence to him, to which he responded "I think 'black' means that you want cream, just not sugar." I parked my car, walked to the side opposite, and with a fury that could have shred the steel chassis of my 2001 Nissan Altima easily as though it were his liberal arts degree, I pulled open the passenger-side door. I dragged my friend to the asphalt, his body falling limply and coiling swiftly like a stunned shellfish at the mercy of the hot blacktop, and I beat him to death in front of women and their children, beside the glut of cars on Oregon avenue, packed bumper-to-bumper and door-to-door, idling patiently at the behest of the impatient motorists. It's the food service equivalent of "for all intensive purposes", "dually noted", or "should of" (answer key: "intents and purposes", "duly", "should've"). Words, individually, have actual meaning. They aren't just a collection of sounds that you can rewind and play back. Words are more than just muscle memory; more than the shape of one's mouth. Compared to ......98% of all other McDonald they deserve a higher rating. Not perfect because the staff are different when morning comes vs night crew. Morning crew....... breakfast? You are better off eating inside. There's always a problem with something. (Depends on the individual that you have to deal with). Night time gets a bit crazy, the Uber crew comes to join them. The people here are decent people for a McDonalds. McDonalds used to say "We love to see you smile". Well I think the girl who took my order kinda half smiled when I approached the counter to order my pancakes and black coffee. You can't go wrong with Mickey Ds black coffee. Not much makes me happy anymore but I can always depend on the blackness of that coffee. The pancakes are another story. SOLID. That's how I describe the pancakes.
