Ok, where do I even start? This is probably most disorganized McDonald's that I have ever been to. I ordered 2 happy meals and was told to wait in the parking lot for my food. During this time, I see a car, that was about six cars back from me in line, receive two happy meals. And after about 5-10 minutes of waiting I decided to go in to see what was taking so long. I spoke to the manager and they gave me an excuse that they were waiting for the fries. As it turned out, they messed up and gave my happy meals to the other car, the one I previously mentioned. The manager only stood there and gave me attitude instead of trying to fix the problems of me and others customers that also pulled over to wait for their food. By far the worst McDonald's in the valley. Horrible drive thru set up. Customer service is non existent, I was cussed out by the drive thru girl Heaven. When I went in to complain to the manager they were laughing and joking about how she talked to me. The manager Lisbeth was among the workers laughing about it. I usually love to go to McDonalds, it's pretty good tasting good, it's convenient, and has once been a cool and fun hang out spot for my friends and I. But I can't stand this McDonald's. I've never truly experienced bad customer service at a McDonald's until I started getting food from this one, and it is a shame. And it's never from the Day crew, it's always the night crew. Specifically the drive they workers. They rush you and give you the worst attitudes over the intercom and face to face. This location is in a scary neighborhood. But, the inside was renovated with McD's new interior design. So it looks nice and well kept up thus far. The cashier I got tried to charge me for using my Living Social deal. He said it was just $1 off, when in fact the LS deal was prepaid for already. We visited this morning and it was horrible, we ordered two orders of McMuffins, and we had to sure aside to wait. We returned later for eight Waters, they sat us aside again. But when the kid came to bring the waters, he practically spilled the water on me and rushed off, I said excuse me, but he flipped me off as he walked inside! Ugh!!! Went to THE mc Donald on 44th st the men's bathroom was disgusting urinal overflowing and nobody cleaning it up. Staff had no one in here to repair. Since the move we thought we would try. New place same old POOR customer service POOR management and definitely NOT fast! I ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal in the drive thru and was asked to pull forward, not a big deal, but then they served 18 people who ordered after me, and then when they finally, over 20 minutes later, brought me my food, it was the wrong order. I used to enjoy eating breakfast at this McDonald's and socializing with other frequent customers. Some of us got to know each other so well that we became friends. However, recently the restaurant started playing loud music during the breakfast period, making it difficult to maintain a conversation or to concentrate on reading the morning newspaper. At times the music is blasting so loud that it is difficult to place an order and I suspect it could cause hearing damage. It seems that this McDonald's is trying to annoy its breakfast customers to the point where they stop patronizing it. I've already switched to another restaurant for breakfast, and I assume that other regular customers have done the same. One long-standing problem is cleanliness in the men's room. It is never thoroughly cleaned, but most mornings it is clean enough to be acceptable. Occasionally is so filthy as to constitute a health hazard with fecal material on the walls, floor and toilet seat and with used toilet paper littering the floor. I don't want to know what type of substance is in the puddles of liquid that are also sometimes present. read more

The manager at the back window tonight made no eye contact and talked to someone while I was at the window for 3 minutes while having the window open! I don't eat here too often anymore , but when I do , it's always busy. It takes a minute for someone to help you , not always but most of the time. The last time I went , my meal was ready after about 3 customers that came in AFTER me , got their food. I got 3 little things and it took forever. So a guy gave me a free apple pie but funny thing is , they have a date && time for when they have to be sold right... And the one he gave me was supposed to be thrown away/sold 30 minutes earlier so really I didn't get anything out of that free pie I mean , A for effort , but maybe next time my little meal will be out in a timely manner. Went to this location this morning because we found some extra cash in the car before work, never will I ever stop at this location AGAIN.. Or for Mcdonalds for that matter. My partner and I walked into the establishment & each ordered a meal to eat inside. We went to go get our refreshments, as we were waiting 3 of the employees were staring at us then would look back at each other and laugh. As our food was called my partner went to go get it. I watched the 3 younger Hispanic guys watch my partner reach for the trey and yet again looked back at each other and started to laugh. Basically expressing to each other something was done to our food. ME personally care about my own health and am NOT about to eat someone elses spit OR worse. I immediately went to the cash rep whom was the manager and demanded my money back. The food was still on the trey as well as the drinks we got (which by the way we had not even taken a sip). We told her the situation and she just gave attitude but for a fast food rest what do you expect... The gentleman were upset for their little "plan" didn't go through like they were wanting. How disgusting, unprofessional, and unethical..... As we were walking out 3 other consumers were walking in. I stopped them and told them i just got my money back & why then told them to go to the dunkn donuts down the street. They turned right around and drove away just as we did. I know that saying McDonald's is bad is low hanging fruit. However, this level of laziness and complete disrespect for the customer is jnsane. I've never had a good experience at this location and my recent visit shows how little the employees care. I drive up, figure out what I want then no response for a few minutes, (5 minutes to be exact) I politely said hello a few times and someone finally came and asked for my order. I go to pay for my meal and they don't accept any of my coupons. But that's not even the worst part. I pick up my food, then they ask me to pull up and wait. I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A FUCKING SANDWICH AND COFFEE AS THEY SERVED OTHER CUSTOMERS. They got my drink size wrong. (I ordered a medium not a small.) I'm not petty so I let that slide and went home, I opened my bag to find they managed to fuck up my order again. They gave me a biscuit with a sausage patty when I ordered a sausage McMuffin.
