Standard for a Cane's! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The usual Cane's chicken is pretty hard to be inconsistent with because of their standards. Came out hot and crispy. Bonus Tip: Ask for the fries extra crispy for better experience.

Seriously good tenders, amazing sauce and buttery bread! I LOVE this place and when traveling if there is a Raising Canes I find it! I think it's an excellent value! I always get a couple extra sauces to truly dip eat bite into these tendies! The other thing I enjoy is the tenders are consistent from location to location!

I found a feather in my drink! I'm disgusted!! It's crazy that the employees don't look at the cups or at least check if there's anything in them never had a problem until now I don't think I'll ever be back thank yaaa!!! I'm very disgusted

I came here for dinner tonight and got a 3 piece meal. This location is usually blocking traffic because he's so busy. Around 8pm, it's not bad at all. The chicken tenders were piping hot and super greasy tonight. I ended up blotting the tenders and got several napkins saturated with grease. I don't remember them being so greasy. The fries were basic crinkle cut fries and they were well seasoned. The bread was too soggy with butter this time around which was disappointing. Maybe on another night things would be better.

On the good side, the chicken strips at Caine's are delicious fresh and crispy. The Texas toast was tasty too! On the bad side, the fries were awful. They were so soft and mushy that it felt like they'd hardly been cooked at all, and they didn't have any flavor at all. None of us in our party could even eat half of our side of fries. If they improved the fries, I'd come back here often for the chicken.

They noticed that I had accidentally overpaid and came to me to issue a refund, without me even realizing it! They still made my exact same meal with no issues at all. That level of honesty and care is rare. To make the experience even more special, it was my son's birthday. The manager noticed he had a Super Mario plushie and went out of their way to bring him crayons and coloring paper featuring the same character. It completely made my son's day Great food, kind and attentive staff, and genuine care for their customers. Fly Bye doesn't just serve incredible pizza and wings, they deliver the best customer service ever. I have never had such great experience in a restaurant to the point I can't wait to go home and write this review!!! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

Wow, it did not disappoint--this place is legit delicious! I went with the Swiss & Shroom MeltBurger (mushroom burger) and customized it by swapping the Swiss for pepper jack cheese, adding ranch, and drizzling on that spicy buffalo sauce. Holy cow, it was a home run! The burger literally melted in my mouth, super juicy and packed with flavor--one of the juiciest burgers I've ever had. The angus-wagyu blend shines through, and the toppings took it to another level. The ordering process was super simple and modern--I loved the big touchscreen kiosks that made customizing easy and quick. No hassle at all. They have some unique soda flavors I've never tried before, which was a fun surprise and paired perfectly with the meal. Bonus points: the bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained, which always matters to me. This jumps straight to my #2 burger spot overall (Shake Shack is still king in my book, but The Melt is giving it a serious run for its money with that melty, juicy goodness). I'll definitely be back soon--highly recommend checking this place out if you're in Tempe. You won't regret it! 5 stars all the way.

I typically ask no comeback sauce because the slaw is wet enough and doesn't get in the way of the Nashville spice flavor. Unfortunately I found the sandwich a bit dry. I do think their fries are amazing though. Extremely crispy and well seasoned without overdoing it. I would come back to try the rest of their food and even give the sandwich a second chance.

We stopped by before a Suns game and it worked out well since you are only a 5 minute walk away from the game. I have seen this location before but never actually stopped in to try it out. The menu obviously revolves around chicken and the options are tenders, popcorn, or sandwiches. The tenders come in a basket with fries and pickles (lots of fries!). We didn't get sandwiches but looking around you could see they are massive and likely no fries needed. They had a good range of hot flavors all the way from mild and southern up to "what the cluck" with Carolina reaper peppers. We went with mild (good for the kids and my father) and medium (definitely enough heat for us). The food was really good and the selection of stubborn sodas was a nice surprised to change things up from Coke and Pepsi. Overall, fair prices for downtown and very good flavors with the chicken. I would definitely stop by again before a game!
