Every table was not clean. Garbage on the floor. Had to go 2x up front to have table clean. When cleaned, the table was so soaked had to use about 10 napkins to dry. They ran out of trays ant 2:00pm. read more

This one has been going down hill for years now. Just ordered a bunch of food. Isn't cheap any longer 15.00 to barely feed one person. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to no matter what time you go through the drive-through line whether they're busy or nobody's behind you, they send you over to the side and make you wait on your food. Some of the staff is not trained well. Orders need to be repeated many times. Ice machine is broken in back, so staff fill ice in front of patrons causing a ruckus.The Fry machine beeped for one hour straight. A to go order of a drink for son was wrong on arrival at home. The management needs to be more in tune with patrons. Training and compassion should be number one. read more

A typical McDonalds, sadly. I come to this one regularly and sadly although the service is fine (which is why they get two stars instead of one) the quality of food could be much better. I will say the food is always hot but for McDonald's in general they seem to be going down on quality. They are such a big chain maybe they don't care anymore. This visit I got the fish sandwich all of the tarter sauce and pickles were beside the sandwich in the box! Every time I go through the drive through they say "please pull up to the reserved drive thru" spots because they are waiting on some portion of your meal. They actually put you there so the sensor is not seeing your car and it looks like they completed your order in a timely fashion. I have waited there up to 10 minutes for something that is "being made" to have someone come out and give me cold food and often wrong. Apparently no oversight here. And now they put in an additional lane. I am sure it looks like they are quickly filling orders at corporate headquarters but it is a lie read more

I ordered through the mobile app and my coworker went to pick up our orders. They wouldn't give her my order because I wasn't in the car with her or she didn't have my phone. Even though I texted her my order number. Super frustrating that I now had to pay for 2 orders when I only received 1 order. Went through the drive thru last night and got a McChicken. I brought my food home, settled down and got some stuff done around the house, then went to go eat. Took the sandwich out of the bag and it felt light, so i opened it up. There was no patty inside. All they gave me was a bun, with mayo, lettuce, cheese, bacon, and pickles like i ordered. Came back the next day to get it replaced, and I was met with a rude manager who was upset about the fact that I didn't call the store after they had already closed. She went on to say that her "ace closer" was closing last night, but that she would believe me "this time". Not only did they leave the chicken off of my sandwich last night, but I went back to get it fixed and was met with nothing but ill mannered and rude service by the manager. My usual McDonald's that I go to. Drive-thru is usually pretty quick. When I do go inside it is very clean and I am always greeted. The workers are very courteous. Love their fries. They are always hot and have just the right amount of salt. I am a fan of their vanilla shake with whipped cream. Can't wait for the Shamrock shake. My go to meal is the $3 menu McDouble. Absolutely NO consideration for its customers. If corporate ever visited this establishment they would require the golden arced to be painted brown. Example 1: They have removed the trash can from the drive thru lane, meaning you need to completely circle the building after leaving the drive thru to access a trash receptacle, just to discard your previous days McDonalds coffee cup! Example 2: after circling the building the only trash can available to a drive thru customer is strategically placed so far from the curb that you need to first park and then get out of your car to throw away your coffee cup. If you ask why it's not positioned at the curb you are told people were throwing trash in it. Example 3: If you purchase something in the drive thru and ask the employee to take your previous days McDonalds coffee cup they say No, they are not allowed. (I do get it, but that's why other McDonald's have trash cans in the drive thru path) Example 4: If you ask why they don't have a trash can you are told that they use to but people were putting too much trash in it, and occasionally people thru non-McDonald's trash away. They say it was too much trouble to maintain. McDonalds management take notice. You pay employees ten dollars an hour. You can make it part of someone's job to empty the trash. Everyone else does it. Gas stations do it. Duncan Donuts does it. Your problems are not unique but your solution is inconsiderate. What am I supposed to do with my half full coffee cup from the previous day? Spill it in my car because there's no place to put a second cup, or buy from Duncan Donuts? The choice is yours. I hope other YELPERS will help use this site to bring about sensible change. I'm ignoring the quality of the food entirely for this, because hey - this is McDonald's, and they are not in the food business. This is a customer service issue, damn it. So. Dear McDonald's: if you're offering two-for-one apple pies, and you run out, it's better to tell the customer that rather than handing their pie-free meal over and charging them anyway. Also, when the customer notices the absence of said pies and returns to collect them, "uh, we have *one* left, but it'll take twelve minutes. Do you want to wait?" isn't a particularly pragmatic response in a drive-thru situation. Oh, and there's really no need to say to my wife "oh, YOU'RE THE APPLE PIE LADY". It's embarrassing enough to eat at McDonald's in the first place, but that's how a person can develop a complex. TWELVE MINUTES?! Just gimme the damn pie, I don't care if it's frozen. I went the for ice cream. The consistency of the food was nice. I like the taste. But I have one complaint. The size. I don't know if this is something about this specific McDonald's or something but the cup is too small. I want to eat. That's why I'm here. To eat. Dear McDonald's, we want bigger cups. How am I supposed to enjoy myself when I've finished eating in under two minutes. Workers of the world, we must unite and demand bigger cups. This would be 5 stars if they had cones, but they didn't! When I eat ice cream anywhere else the experience lasts at least 6 minutes, but this was over in 2 minutes!!! Oh the disappointment! THIS WAS WORSE THAN THE LAST OF US 2 GAMEPLAY! OR WATCHING IRONMAN GET KILLED IN ENDGAME! Otherwise it's a nice location. Also, they have good Big Macs here. They use extra pickles and the sauce is right on point. The burgers themselves are very good quality (though probably fake, but whatever). The lettuce tastes fresh, and the cheese is artificial goodness. So get Big Macs here. But don't get ice cream cause you'll get a wimpy cup or something. Also, the Quarter Pounders are actually very amazing here, almost surpassing the quality of the Big Mac (most locations aren't like this). The discount menu is nice too. I work in a mental hospital. During the past month I have seen coworkers and patients get sick and sometimes die daily. Yesterday I went to visit my favorite patient who is dying of Covid on the quarantined ward. It was too late. He was unaware of his surroundings. I couldn't get through to him. Today I went to get my free breakfast as advertised at this McDonald's and was insulted and told I had to be a doctor or nurse. I am a therapist. I will never go there again. read more

This McDonald's evening shift disappoints almost all the time. Glad they put in kiosks to speed up things. That time saved is lost behind the counter.
