The worst Drive thru ever..we waited 40 minutes just to get 2 big mac combos...i asked for the manager and when he came out he looked like he was bothered to hear about how long i had to wait. The frappe mochas are super watered down. Even when I asked for extra ice it was basically liquid. No ice whatsoever!!!

This has to be the worst McDonalds in Orange County! We go to McDonalds frequently because of our kids; this one is awful. We have been here three times and come back thinking that it'll be better. No more. The service here is super slow. The play place feels dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and vandalized. There is no self service soda machine. The parking lot is small and compact. I don't have high expectations for McDonalds employees but this place is not good. The food is consistent with other McDonalds, so that is good. read more

I didn't catch her name but the blonde manager who speaks Spanish is pretty awesome and all about customer service, very helpful, very nice and very attentive to the customer and goes out of her way to make sure the customer is happy and well taken care of. Went here today, and normally they're okay (space is a bit cramped, but it's not usually bad), but today they tried claiming that honey mustard was discontinued, and I heard another employee (blonde woman in 30s-40s) chastising another one loudly enough for all the customers to hear (at his register), that he did something he could be fired for (which I'm pretty sure is against the law to do in front of customers), then when he apologised, she replied "No, I'm sorry for you." Last night my friends and I went to this McDonald's just to get a few McFlurries. We went inside and waited 20 and no service, and there were only 2 people ahead of us. The guys working were moving unbelievably slow. One guy took one persons order and then went back to the kitchen and just stood there watching his coworkers. We then went to the drive thru and the guy said that the ice cream machine turns off at 3, and it was only 3:03. He said that it turns off automatically and there is nothing he can do about it. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food place. I would much rather go to Sonic, they are much friendlier, faster, and they are willing to go the extra mile to help customers, even if that means dropping what they are doing. The service at this McDonald's is complete bullshit. The workers were taking their sweet time when there were a bunch of people waiting to have their orders taken. Seriously? All we wanted was ice cream and we couldn't even get any because the machine was turned off. It should be on all night since its a 24 hour store. I'm gonna stick to getting ice cream at my work because we're 10 times faster there and we have friendly workers. If I could describe my visit to this particular McDonald's the only word that comes to mind is , Terrible , by far the worse location I have ever visited and I'm not one to complain but this was just bad and unacceptable. I go through the drive thru and wait by the mic for 2 minuets for her to great me , nothing. I ask if I could get what I wanted and she told me to WAIT. I mean I don't mind , I get what they go through I work in fast food as well but , there's a difference between a please wait and a wait. The late evening shift workers here need serious and constant supervision. They are undisciplined: a lot of them will make solid eye contact but leave customers waiting at the register for a LONG time. Many items are left unstocked and the dining area is dirty, but the workers have time to stand in circles for long periods to gossip. And, they don't mind cursing at each other LOUDLY as they share stories. They hand out free food to their friends but get customer orders wrong. It's absolutely mind boggling. I've seen this behavior in small mom-and-pop shops when the owners aren't around, but it was odd to see it at a McDonald's. I can only assume that the volume of customers/sales leaves the owners of this location thinking that they don't need to supervise these workers. If this is the way the workers do their jobs up front, I cringe when I imagine what might be happening to the food in the back. I hope that staff is better and that I don't actually have to worry about how sanitary the food is. read more

For all of you writing less than 3 star reviews for extremely cheap, fast food that is very consistent: you need to re-evaluate your appreciation for life. McDonald's offers great deals, and keeps renovating their restaurants. if there was a half-star this would get my overall rating. The young man taking my order greeted me with, "What can I get you?", in a tone of less-than-thrilled and annoyed that I even drove up. I ordered a regular, black coffee. It was McDonald's so I didn't expect much but a little bit of (fake) enthusiasm would have been better. When I got to the window to pay, there he was texting on his cell phone with barely making eye contact. He didn't even say 'thank you', nothing. I usually say something but thought since it was right after the holidays that maybe he was having a bad day. I realize everyone has a bad day every now and then but he should have not been working a window with customers. At least the window where I actually picked up my coffee, had a very pleasant young man. The pleasant young man gets my one star! This is not the first time I experienced some kind of inadequate customer service at this location but when I am in this part of town, I go. I will not make that mistake again. Their management staff should have the employees take lessons from Chik Fil-A...they have some of the best, overly happy, staff working there no matter which location you visit. read more

My name is Peter, son of the owners of Carwash of America, which is next door to the Mcdonalds. This past Sunday a van that was parking in the Mcdonalds parking lot backed into our cement wall. There is now a 4 ft by 4 ft hole in our wall. We have been complaining to you for years now, that your parking lot needs tire stops. Vans and trucks have been poking holes into our wall for years now. This isn't even the first time a van has made a portion of our wall collapse. All it would have taken was maybe 6 parking stops and the trucks and vans would stop before they poke a hole in our wall. The managers keep saying they put up signs that say watch out for the wall, well its not working. And I'm not mad at the managers, I know they're limited in what they can do. We've been trying to contact the owner for years to no avail. We complain on the corporate website and nothing happens. read more

This Ms Donald's is the only one close to me and unfortunately it sucks. They are lazy! I go there almost every other day to get sundaes and every time they put as little ice cream as they can because their machine is slow but now they say it's because they can only fill it to the lid which is fine but they swirl it to where there is hardly any. The last time I went there was a new manager Carlos who said that he would fill them up this time but next time I'm going to have to pay. So I went today and of course he was there and he wouldn't budge so I got his name and am going to call corporate only because I go there all the time and there should b no issue, especially when they are scamming all customers since they haven't changed the taxes they charge. In January it changed from 8% to 7.75% I know you may think that's nothing but when added up with the amount of customers it's a lot! So look at your receipts people and keep your receipts for records or take a picture so you too can get back what was taken from you, Because I will!!!! read more

Absolutely the WORST experience ever! Went there after work (9pm). Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins. Some car was at the window waiting for their food. Finally get to the window and they tell me that I have to park. WTF? I asked why I have to park but the other guy sat there for 10 mins. The guy replied, "IDK, Im new." fine. I went to park. Waited there in the designated spot for another 15 mins. They never came out. So I moved closer to the door. Waited another 10 mins and still nothing. So I went inside. I stood at the register for another 10 mins. All the while I was watching them try to figure out why the ice cream machine wasn't working, my food sat in a bag on the counter. Finally the young boy says that he could take my order. I explained that was my food on the counter. He said there was a problem with the ice cream machine but everything was fine now. He went to had me the bag of food that had sat there ALL of this time. I said that I wasn't taking it. I have a cold shake now, but I also have cold food. The manager "replaced" the fries with fresh ones. No, what she did was put warm ones on top but the ice cold ones were still at the bottom. I will never go to this location again.
