Literally one minute away from CSUF, so I always make my way to McDonalds first, then drive to campus and walk to class. This McDonalds is as efficient as it gets. There is a line at times, but it moves very quickly. There's a lady outside that takes your order, she gives you your total and you pay at the first window. I just ordered 20pcs McNuggets (10/21/2011 @ 9:01P) for my kids, as we just finished attending an event nearby and they have not eaten their dinner yet. We stopped by this particular branch cuz it's otw home (we live in Chino). The kids ate some McNuggets in the car, and when we got home, that's when I realized that the McNuggets were undercooked! The middle part of the meat is still raw, pinkish and gooey... YUCKKKKK... And to think that my kids were eating raw chicken meat, this is totally unacceptable! First of all, it's a fast food and I'm not sure why people expect much out of them. I live near by for 18 years, never made wrong order. The driver through was pain but what do you expect? I'm not one to really write reviews and I don't expect too much from McDonald's, but this is hands down the WORST establishment I've been to by FAR. I spent 34 minutes in the drive thru and when I got my food it tasted like it was reheated from earlier in the morning. When I received my fries they were brown and soggy and my smoothie with literally the consistency of water. The staff didn't even apologize about the wait times and were rude. I have to say, I have been skeptical about the "table service" idea, and truthfully it is unnecessary, BUT I was in this McDonald's yesterday and I have to commend the ladies working there on going the extra mile. From the cashier to the table server, to the manager, they were polite, friendly, VERY attentive, and made sure that I had everything I needed. They even gave great customer service when a mistake was made with a gentleman's order. He was going to buy a whole 'nother burger because he thought he had ordered it wrong but they figured out what had happened and made him the correct burger (didn't charge him again) and were SUPER friendly to the guy about it, really went the extra mile. Customer Service at this McDonald is severely below average. If you are looking for a late night fix this place is not it. They are only taking cash and they haven't put up any signs or any info letting you know it's cash only. I've been stuck in drive through for 16 min now. I come to thus McDonald's all the time. The service is great and the employees are always professional. I love the breakfast menu and the egg mcmuffin is my personal favorite. Everyone is super friendly and helpful when it comes to ordering. They always recommend great deals and I like to order online so I can come to the store to pick up my order right away. There are always amazing deals online, so make sure you use the mobile coupons or else you are seriously missing out! I went through the drive thru and they were so slow! Took at least 20 minutes! With 5 cars in front of me. Took a while for them to get my payment. The girl handing the food was pleasant. I ordered two Happy Meals with girl toys. After I drove off my girls said they received big toys. I have to park and go inside (defeats purpose of drive thru). When I went to exchange, it was utter chaos behind the counter. There were about 5 employees looking at something wrong on the computer. I stood at the side counter for about 3 minutes until someone finally came up. When I asked to exchange, she looked a bit irritated. I also ordered McFlurries. Did they change them up recently? Because it was pretty much vanilla ice cream with a little Oreo sprinkled on top. I remember the Oreo being blended throughout the shake before. My fries tasted stale and were over salted. There was a tone of salt on the bag! Will not be going back to this McDonalds. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. They left half of our order sitting on a counter for 15 minutes. They forgot parts of our order, and left us waiting on what should have taken maybe 10 minutes for half an hour, and we didn't even receive half the order. 30 minutes for a few cheeseburgers, and we requested a refund. The regional supervisor, Christine (Red hair, incredibly arrogant and not willing to listen to a customer) repeatedly stated how she was working as fast as possible, when there were half a dozen workers roaming the kitchen, visible from the dining area. The "supervisor", if you can even call her that, had absolutely no idea on how to deal with a customer complaint, besides completely talking over the customer and stating over and over how this is the best that her workers can do. Normally i do not expect much for a fast food establishment; mediocre food and quick service is to be expected, but this is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited, and no doubt the worst service I have ever received.
