I'm not sure how they manage to mess up my order every time I come here but they do. They're either targeting me personally or they manage to mess up 80% of their orders. I usually order from this McDonald's for almost two years and barely had any problems. I even made some friends talking with some of the workers and became a loyal customer.. I stopped eating at McDonald's just because I wanted to start eating healthier, but after a hard day at work, I really just wanted to go back and enjoy my favorite meal at McDonald's once again. But was very disappointed with what I have received tonight at 04/14/23.. 9:34pm. as I was the only one in line at the time waiting in my car to order, there was silence for a while.. Then other car next to me goes, got to order! and got to leave! As I stayed waiting there still without a word.. Finally the guy talked to me like he didn't give a fuck and asked what I wanted, I was disappointed but continued to keep my cool and ordered like I usually do. Then going to the next window was fine until it was time to get my food. They told me to go to the next window to wait, even though I wasn't used to that because my order was so simple.. but that was fine. As long as everything was fresh I was OK to wait.. so nicely I did.. but then I got to see other cars go, they ordered, heard them all laughing and talking as I was waiting for 10 minutes still there and wondering why it was taking so long for something so small :/ .. so I decided to get out of my car and go inside and ask nicely what was going on.. ? As I explained to a coworker that I was waiting; no one had no idea what I was talking about.. they told me that maybe they already sent out the food? ‍ but I told him that is impossible because I never saw anyone go outside... I was there waiting for 10 minutes and saw nothing. The guy apologize to me, and he made my food right away, but everyone else there, including the manager, who I didn't get her name.. didn't seem to care at all not even apologizing.. I thought at least the manager would be professional for the mistake and at least apologize. I'm usually the most patient and considerate person when it comes to fast food joints... but this, this was unacceptable. I ordered for myself and two others. Get up to the window and they said we are still working on your order can you please pull up to spot #1 so I said of course, we waited for our food maybe 3-5 minutes no big deal it was busy I get it! Well... i received our food and my order was wrong so of course I went back in the drive thru and told them that my order was wrong... they proceeded to tell me that we will fix that for you but can you please pull forward to spot #1 AGAIN. Okay... at this point I'm getting a little aggravated but not showing it because I know it is not their faults as they were not the ones making my food.... Fast forward 15 minutes still NO FOOD. While the rest of my order sits there and is well past cold by that point I was getting pretty pissed. They literally forgot about my order and never brought it out. I get out of my car and go to the dine in door (locked) okay now I'm beyond pissed I look at my receipt and my order was taken at 8:35 PM-- it is now 9:03pm and I still don't have my order! Someone finally comes to the door and asks what was wrong. I explained to him that I had been waiting for my burger and that I was forgotten about while the rest of my order has sat for 20 minutes and is now cold. I request again to fix my order and to please just re-do my order because I paid for it and it is now cold to no fault of mine! He said sorry we will fix what was wrong but will not give you a fresh order. Needless to say I was utterly disappointed as I had always had a good experience there even though they get my Quarter Pounder wrong 80% of the time. My husband and I have used their take out and drive through at least 20 times now. I did not want to write a review right away, because this is a newer McDonald's, and I wanted to give them some time to settle in before I made a hasty decision. At this point, I have to say I can not give them a good review at all. about 3/4 of the times we have been there, The food was either made incorrectly, or cold. (or both) At first I would like to address the french fries. I have grown up on McDonald's french fries (I'm 55 years old) and I must say, I have always loved their golden brown texture and just the right amount of salt. However at this McDonald's, the fries are always cold, over done and way way way too salty.. I actually have to brush the salt off every fry to eat it. I added a picture of what the fries looked like today. As you can see, they are over done, very greasy and if you look close, you can see a lot of salt. As for the sandwiches... Not as bad as the fries, but sometimes I am very disappointed in spending close to 5 dollars for a sandwich that is cold and not made correctly. Today I ordered a bacon clubhouse, grilled. They gave me a cold fried chicken patty, rather than a hot grilled piece of chicken on the sandwich. It was also very sloppy in the carton. As soon as I noticed it was fried, I put it back into the carton and called McDonald;s and explained to the Manager that I have been eating there since they opened, so I wanted them to have a chance to settle in.. but I can no longer eat bad food. I explained that I received cold, over done, over salty fries, and a cold fried chicken bacon clubhouse sandwich. He told me to bring it back in and he'd replace. My husband finished eating his food and went back to exchange it, while I sat at home, hungry. (also a waste of time and gas) When he returned home, the bacon clubhouse sandwich was cold and it only had meat on half the bun. Normally, there is a good size piece of chicken on the sandwich, and it is shaped odd, but large enough. This time, it was a very small piece of chicken, like someone had cut a normal piece in half. It was also very sloppy, like the last one. As for the new order of fries.. Well, as you can see in the photo I uploaded.. I got the same fries.. Cold, over done, and way too salty. I would appreciate if anyone else that has a bad experience at this McDonald's, please leave an accurate review as well, so they are forced to deliver the same quality of food that all other McDonald's regularly do. I'd like to add that the owner of this McDonald's also owns other McDonald's.. The food at the other places are almost always perfectly made and hot. This one McDonald's seem to be the only one with such poorly made food. The workers are pleasant.. but the quality of the food is not good.. read more

Sorry to give a low review but this location is very slow. Compared to the Yorkville McDonald's I gave them many chances because I didn't want to base my review on one visit. I can't go to this location if I'm pressed for time because they consistently take too long to deliver my order at the drive through. I never order anything special. One thing McDonald's has over the competition, in my humble opinion, is speed. This location needs to train their crew to be faster. The employees are very nice and my order has always been correct but when I hit the drive-thru I need to get back on the road quickly. One star for being too slow. read more

When first opened they were awful. Super slow and disorganized. In fast few months I see new faces and they,trying hard to deliver faster and correct. I usually go thru drive thru at that location and it's ok. They have been slow and fast at times. Worst times are in the AM when you are in hurry. I had to pull forward to their pick up window few times cause they didn't make food fast enough. When I go inside they always forget to give me cup or a toy when getting happy meal. I usually order a McFlurry and at this location, the ice cream machine has been broken so many times I've lost count. I don't understand why they can't keep the machine working. I visited this location on 9/1 around 9 pm. I went inside to order my food and there were two people in line in front of me. It took about 5 minutes for the first person to get served and then the staff member disappeared. Then another 10 minute wait before the second persons order was taken. The location had plenty of staff including the first employee standing and watching a screen while food was prepared and one employee who was waiting to mop but comment that there were too many people to complete this task. When an employee finally came to tasks orders her first comment was to her friends still visiting. This was the worst service I have experienced at a McDonald's and surely will drive an extra few minutes to another location then visit this one any time soon. read more
