The food is consistent with how McDonald's should taste and the staff members are friendly and try to keep the place clean. The major flaw with this location is that there is always a drugged out homeless person loitering inside. Last time we visited this McDonalds, a very odorous homeless man cleared out half of the dining area because of his stench. He even preceded to use drugs at his table and was pacing around back and forth to the bathroom. We had to leave right away because of his unpredictable behavior. The management needs to do more to keep the environment safe for paying customers. read more

Drive-thru review is 2 thumbs up from this girl! Sometimes you have to stop off at Mickey Ds on the way home and get some late night snacks. I stopped by on my way from work on a Saturday night at midnight. I was ready for a wait with it being so late and a weekend but the boyfriend wanted some food so I'm doing this. The drive thru is great, one of the few double order station drive thrus I've seen. It's really cool. Anywell- I pull up behind the one car in front of me at the order menu and they pull forward. Nice. I paused, didn't even have to stop. I was greeted politely and within thirty seconds I was told to pull to the first window. Ok, this never happens at McDonalds. The girl at the first window was great. I paid and got a smile and a thank you. Waited maybe a minute for the car in front of me to get their order and my bag was being handed to me as I pulled up. They tell you to park in the waiting spot and bring the food out, imagine doing that to all in the drive thru? They disregard people eating inside & the tables are filthy. Although they have two service lanes, it takes them forever to prepare your order "especially after mid-night".. On Aug-27 around 1:30 am I have ordered three cheese burgers and fries, and when I arrived home I found out that they gave me the three sandwiches with only cheese in them "with no beef" and the fries were rock solid and salty. This is the closest McDonalds to my house, and i have been going here for years. The new store is very clean, and the usually get my order right, but the service has become soooo slow. It took over 10 minutes to get my order in the drive-thru, and that was only the time it took after i placed my order, not the entire time I waited in line. On my last trip, when i got to the window I had to wait 2 minutes before someone asked me what I had because they forgot and already cleared the screen of my order. I understand you want to keep time down, but don't forgo customer service and create a a crappy experience for a falsified low drive-thru time. read more

The service was good when they first opened but has steadily declined since. My father and I went at 11:00 about a couple of weeks ago. I ordered at the kiosk the grilled chicken sandwich for both my father and I with cheese fries and a couple of drinks. First when the meal arrived the chicken was fried not grilled. The employee forgot the cheese fries and drinks. When I asked to speak to a manager it turned out the guy delivering the meal was the manager. He wouldn't acknowledge us let alone apologize. Even after telling the employees they forgot the cheese fries, it still never arrived. Finally seeing the manager near the counter. We asked him to take care of our order and he refused to speak to us until he complained he's too busy and can't do anything about it. This McDonald's has a 24 hour dining room, however a couple that just ordered a little later was told they had only few minutes to finish their food despite it usually being a 24 hour dining room. We called the McDonald's customer service line which directed to the franchise owners office and left a message after the recording. Two weeks later they haven't returned our call. What's the point of having a customer service department if no one follows up on it. I refuse to go this McDonald's location anymore. read more

These people here are rude disrespectful unprofessional in every way the female manager they had could care less about the customer and that same attitude are being displayed through the staff at the register. I asked if they were only selling breakfast because that was the only menu on the screen she said no they are serving lunch. Though a long, drive-thru line during the midnight, it was surprising how fast food got served comparing to other McDonald's I've visited in the past around the same time too. Visited this location July 26 at 9:15pm. Ordered a chicken nugget meal & a quarter pounder meal, they made us pull up to wait for the quarter pounder ( which was fine) but waited so long that all the other food was cold ( the fries weren't hot to begin with ) then we had to go inside to tell them and the manager gave us a horrible excuse for not being able to give us hot nuggets, really??? Then he refired our fries so they were hot , hard and greasy. He was so extremely rude and clearly clueless. I worked at Mcdonalds for 2 years, this isn't how we ran the location I worked out, he should be embarrassed how he handled it. We left with a fresh quarter pounder , hard fries and cold nuggets, when we got home, we realized he took all our sauce out of the bag, I called and the nasty girl who answered, hung up on me in the middle of my call. We weren't disconnected, she clearly hung up. I work at World of Beer and my sister works at Tijuana Flats ( both in he same plaza as McDonald's) We will make sure none of our co workers go to this location again. Just left McDonald's. We wanted to get something quick and thought we would try the 24 hour breakfast menu against our better judgement. Unfortunately, we were correct. The cashier was pleasant but did not take our order correctly. A sausage egg McMuffin meal was rung up as a sausage egg McMuffin meal minus the sausage. It was pointed out to the cashier, yet the order came without the sausage anyway. I ordered a sausage burrito meal but it was rung up as the burrito only and a coffee. The person gathering the order brought our decaf and regular coffee and advised us that she did not remember which one was decaf but we should be able to figure it out. My sausage burritos were barely warm. After all of the trouble, we asked for a bag so we could take the food home to warm it up. Following a five minute drive home the temperature of the burritos was 96 degrees. I did find that they threw in an apple pie for free when I got home. No need to add 24 hour breakfast if you are not going to do it correctly. read more

Stupid me. I figured maybe I would try this location again, as it's so close to my home. Once again, the status quo here: burgers made wrong, and "large" fries with less than half of the volume filled. Ordered a Quarter Pounder, NO CHEESE, NO ONIONS and EXTRA PICKLES. Received a Quarter Pounder, EXTRA CHEESE, EXTRA ONIONS AND NO PICKLES. I guess it's the way of the retards who work there to say "fuck you" to anyone using the drive through. And of course, on top of that, the "large fries" were half filled and cold and soggy. Really crappy location. I would usually go in, since I know that whenever one orders takeout from this location, the order will NEVER be correct, and I can correct it before I leave. Yes, it usually takes about a half hour to get the order that way, if they correct it the first time; no guarantee. However, I sent my wife tonight. She had to go back through the drive through after checking her chicken sandwich as it was thrown into the box deconstructed. Just a pile of stuff. Corporate needs to get a handle on the people that they hire and fire this crew. Like many people in the USA, I worked at McDonald's when I was in high school, forty years ago. This McDonald's has the worst management.Steph who is manager there is extremely rude to the customers.She makes faces and murmurs under her breathe right in front of you.We have gone to this McDonald's on several occasions and got terrible service,everytime it was because of her.Other times when she was not there our service was very friendly and correct and without attitude.Our orders are frequently wrong when she makes them and if you tell her all you get is attitude.It is very sad because there are several workers that are kind and care about getting the order right while she stands behind them complaining about filling your order the way you requested. She does not listen to the customer at all!! As most others have mentioned, this McDonalds has a tendency to have a slow drive thru and screw up orders. On satuday morning 4/12 I pulled up and saw 15 cars in the drive-thru so I went inside. I asked for a special order...english muffin with a folded egg and sausage patty. Not brain surgery. Took a few minutes but I figured it would be fresh. Drove away and while at the light on Peters and Univ Dr I went to take a bite! Ooops...no folded egg but plenty of onions on the sausage patty. Decided to go back. Inside and outside were packed so I walked up to the drive-thru window. Handed the sandwich to the girl and asked her what was wrong? She figured it out and soon had a folded egg put in the sandwich but the english muffin still had remnants of the onions left on it. GROSS. I demanded my money back. The manager came to the window (meanwhile 5 or 6 cars had driven by me almost hitting me...I dont recommend walking to the drive-thru) asking what was wrong? REALLY. Jack used to be the manager at this store. Quality control has gone down the tubes at this place even though they are in a brand new building. read more

This review is not for the food, we all know McDonald's and what they have to offer. I often utilize the courtesy of some businesses to use their wifi when I'm out and about. McDonald's is a champion for offering free wifi for their guests, a perk I have not yet found at a Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy's, or any other common establishment found every 100ft on a main thoroughfare throughout the country. Compared to Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, I have found that McDonald's wifi is the strongest and easiest to use and tap into. So why a review about this particular McDonalds? I was able to use the wifi from my car in the parking lot! This saved me from having to trek inside and sit amongst strangers to be connected to a brief email check. I noticed when I was there that this particular location gets heavy customer traffic. Drive thru line reaches around the building. But guess what? People weren't waiting long at all to get their fast food goodies. "Very efficient!" i thought to myself. The environs around this restaurant were well landscaped and clean. Whoever manages this location is doing exceptional customer service. When I am out on the road, and need to tap into the stream, this is the place I go every time.
