I don't like giving out one-star ratings, but I think it's warranted here. I ordered a double quarter-pounder deluxe meal with a mocha frappé. And I waited 13 minutes before someone walked over to another customer and said, "We don't have the mocha frappé stuff right now. I can get you a Carmel or a chocolate shake." Then I tried to say I got one too, but she ignored me and then walked away. Then, like 5 minutes later, she walked back and said, "What's your order number?" I said my number, then she said, " We don't have the mocha stuff." I then said, "Can I replace it with a chocolate shake?" She said yes. But then she gave it to me, and we waited 10 more minutes before we even got our food. I finished my drink before the food even came. And one of the workers said "they forgot" even though the order number is on a paper right in front of their face. And it's not just today, stuff like this happens, it's all the time. To sum it up, we waited 30 minutes for one meal. I don't recommend the McDonalds near Kingston is much better. read more

Just like in your old regular McDonald's, it was cleaned. The bathrooms were nice. The staff was friendly. The staff was really friendly and provide us with an extra cup of coffee for my dad who really needed it. It was really truly very nice of them to do that. read more

I came here for a late night meal because there was nothing else open in the area. They don't have any plant-based meat offerings so there's not much to choose from for vegetarians. I like shoestring fries and as a kid, I enjoyed McDonald's fries but their quality has really declined over the years. The fries are only decent when they are piping hot and fresh. After that, they taste like cardboard. I tried their cinnamon bun and apple fritter as well. The cinnamon bun was good. It was served warm and gooey and had vanilla frosting on top. The apple fritter was pretty good too, but would have been better warm. It's a nice upgrade from the old school apple "pies" that McDonald's used to have. Given their limited options, McDonald's remains my last choice as far as fast food goes. read more

Well, we all know what you get when you go to McDonald's. Food ok, something about it you do like although not the product. It's ok. This Plymouth MA site, had the best service. Probably the manager was at the front counter & taking orders. He was so personable! He greeted my 3 yr old grandson with a flair of knowing what to say, what to do. My grandson cut in front of everyone. It was amazing. When we got our food, he actually went to every table to see if everything was alright, was your food hot, ect. He was incredable. I have been going to this Macdonald's for quite some time now and I stick to my guns when I order my food. I only use the electronic kiosk to place my order so I don't have to deal with the staff. This seems to be the way to go since my order is never late. The food is what you should expect. Fast, unhealthy and processed. If you go to any fast-food establishment and think your dining experience is going to be Michelin rated you are eating too many gummies. I'm writing this review because when I need to fill my urge for fillet O fish this is the Mickey D's I choose. Here's why. During the lunch rush the manager walks around thanking people for choosing his restaurant. I have never seen this in any fast-food establishment in my life. This is not something this guy does for attention. I think it's very genuine since he makes it personal when he comes over to greet the customer. Also he seems to know how to read the customer too. I'm on the phone he says nothing. Good! I hate it when you go to any restaurant and you're having a conversation and the person mopping the floor decides. Hey! I think I'll go work under that table right now. This guy is doing something that all south shore fast-food isn't. Demonstrating good customer service. I say this. Avoid this restaurant if it all possible. The service is horrendous. I was the only one in line in the drive-through and waited nearly 5 minutes for a cup of coffee. The guy waiting on me had his hands all over his greasy hair while taking the next order as I sat there. Those same hands took my money, which is dirty and then proceeded to make a cup of coffee and screw the lid down with those same unwashed hands. Worse ever. First they gave me Filet o Fish with toasted rather than steamed buns. That is not how to make it and is much worse. Second I gave them another chance and they took 20 minutes to make the order even though they had lots of staff. Let through after an hour of driving because I needed food to refuel and at 11 at night the staff was very nice and cordial except when I was given my food it was a bit of a wait but not long given the time at night but when I asked for more than 2 ketchup packets for my medium fries the employee quote- This is all the ketchup I have for the rest of the night- unquote. She then lifted the container for me to see. I was confused and annoyed. As someone who's worked at McDonalds it's rare you ever run out of ketchup. I'm never eating here again. I was eating some chicken nuggets from here, and I was just eating around the rim so I wasn't eating the actual chicken part yet. I go to take a bite out of it and I see this weird, dark grayish-brown substance in it. It was huge, and didn't look anything like the actual chicken itself. Hello. So we have been to this location a few times and pretty much ready to give up!! Last time we came was at 10pm (they were suppose to be open for another 2 hours at drive thru hours) once we arrived to drive thru order pick up the woman told us they cannot take our order and are closing early because they "had no crew" not sure exactly what that means or what happened but she told we cannot order! So we left disappointed. Next time and last time we went was a week ago also at night time around 9pm during weekday. Once we arrived there was a ridiculously long line of cars. Once we were up and ordered after a good 15 minutes of waiting... We waited another 15-20 minutes to get our food! I am not joking.. The whole thing literally took 40 minutes, to grab two bic mac meals. So much for fast food service lol. I actually witnessed 3 cars pull out and just leave because they got annoyed with long wait and just could not do it anymore! I cant blame them, I almost left myself... 40 minutes is way too long go get 2 meals at micky ds..and on top of that woman who was taking orders never asked if we wanted any sauce or said hello or thank u or anything. Awful service!! Not even sorry for the wait ;-( at this point meals should of been free! Then we called the number on the window which says this is the owner of the location call if you have any issues, which we did... Well guess what, they never called us back! They do not care! Great customer service!! So I'm not sure whats going on at this location, if they need more staff or better management but obviously this location is not functioning as it should be!! If zero stars were an option I would. Always out of chicken tenders, I've counted 6 times that I've gone they were out. Milkshakes or icecream is always down and I mean always. And if you ask for whipped cream a manager will argue with you that you didn't ask and you have to be charged. Really buddy? Whipped cream? Control yourself please. Dont go to Mcdonalds in Plymouth, Ma anytime after 12 midnight , you'll be waiting in line sitting in your car for 15-30 minutes (i should mention that you are the only car in line, or there are maybe 2-3 cars in front of you that are not pleased as well), this happens very often (not very fast food). Like any other Mcdonalds they skimp on fries and the food is what you'd come to expect, people will eat here anyway no matter what review is given, ive been eating at this one my entire life, seems their managers are getting very young around 18 and dont care if you have any complaints, eat here if you want as they mess up orders alot here because of the careless management style. I should note however there is one black dude manager on overnights that will get the job done and he goes above and beyond, id say his name but ive never seen any employee with a nametag on.
