This McDonald's is so frustrating! I try to go there every Friday morning and get an egg mcmuffin and a caramel frappe. I would say 95% of the time the frappe machine is not working. The last two weeks I've been through the drive through 3-4 times and the machine is still down! They may as well take the frappes off the menu! I emailed their corporate office and McDonalds offered me a free meal. I don't want a free meal! Just fix your stupid machine or get a new one!! read more

They told me I began my order after a brief pause. After ordering I was then told by someone else that in addition to the items previously stated there were additional items from two weeks ago added to the list. At what point is the customer right? I hate this McDonald's. It is the worst around. They are always out of things. Diet Coke. Who runs out of Diet Coke? At least once a week I go in for a Diet Coke and at least 50% of the time they are out. 90% of the time the ice cream, shake, and frappe machines are down. In the last month I have tried on 5 different occasions to get an ice cream or shake. I gave up and went to Arby's. 3 times for a frappe. I gave up. This has been going on forever. I usually go out of my way to another McDonald's but I have been trying to stay close to home due to the pandemic. Not worth it. It's frustrating. No one cares at this store. sometimes my orders get done wrong which I usually don't mind since usually it's a bunch of highschoolers working their first job there and they're usually so nice, but I never expected to get yelled at by who I assume is a manager based on how he was dressed, simply for asking for more than one sauce packet. kid at the pay window working the headset was great and super sweet, but the guy who handed me my food was the one I asked for sauce packets from, every time before I'd be given like 2 packs I'd sauce and that was fine but he got really angry with me. I also think whoever was in the kitchen messed with my food because while they took the onions off my burger like I asked, It was absolutely overloaded with pickle like extra pickle falling off my burger. this is my local mcdonalds but I doubt I'll ever be going to this one again after this, I can now see why everyone in town says it's the worst location with its poor service. read more

I have lived in Port St. John for almost 20 years and this McDonald's is closest to me. It used to be good but now, it isn't. I was going there every Friday morning to get Egg McMuffins for me and my coworkers and I always treat myself to a caramel frappe. They do make the best frappes! 98% of the time the frappe machine is not working. It hasn't been functioning for the past 2 months and I don't think they have any intentions on fixing it either! Don't drive through this MickyD you MUST stop in. This is a store of the future! They have the newest touch screen order system and make your own burger options. Also the soft drink station is the latest multi option machines. I could choose from 7 flavors of Diet Coke. The facilities are clean and fresh with up to date new decor. Staff are dedicated to cleaning the dining area. I really enjoyed discovering this new twist on an old standby. read more

I have loved the Mcdonald's Vinnilla Milkshake since I was a kid. But every time I go to this Mcdonald's they are cleaning the machine and I can't get one with my meal. You'd think they would clean the machine other than at lunchtime. So I started going to the Titusville Mcdonalds on US ! and yes I get a milkshake every time. in fact, I had one just a few minutes ago with a burger and fries. I'm done with this Mcdolnds in Cocoa. Plus they have a tendency to mess up my order. I do not care for pickles but even when I tell them "No pickles" I end up with them on my sandwich. The first 3 times I accepted their apologies. I just came back from McDonald's, as usual they don't have anything I order, asked for chicken strips and they said they didn't have any then I asked for a strawberry shake and they didn't have any. I don't know who manages this place but they need to do a better job. It wouldn't be so bad, but I have been there several times and they are always out of something. That must be why they weren't doing any business today, because usually the drive thru is really busy, so do to poor management they are losing business big time , don't feel sorry for them, not very good food anyway, my opinion. Fastest service and accurate orders. Drive thru can have 20 cars in line and the wait will only be 5 minutes, best I have seen.

Horrible Service almost always forgets some food out of drive thru orders. The managing staff is a joke. Staff are rude and will tell you things are in your bag when their not. I don't understand how hard it is to mess up a simple order. If you can't do your job at McDonald's, you're going nowhere anytime soon. My order is ALWAYS wrong, I am not exaggerating. They mess at least one item ordered up each time I go.
