I am very disappointed with my recent ice cream cone order. I got my ice cream cone, excited, and when I went to enjoy what I thought was a delicious sweet treat on a hot summer day, but instead there was hair in my cone. Ordered my food, which included 3 burgers, a large fry, and a large sweet tea. Waited 48 minutes to receive my food and I didn't even receive my sweet tea. Upon getting in my car, and taking my first bite...the burgers were cold, and when I say cold I mean the buns were warmer than the meat. The fries had little to no salt on them. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in almost 2 years and I've got to say it will be longer until I ever eat it again. Terrible food, terrible wait time, and missing items. An easy snack to go, and this one is decent with it's service. They generally have good time to be out and done within a few minutes and the food is usually hot and fresh. Sometimes they mess up orders so you have to go back a bit. Its McDonald's nothing amazing to say or complain about! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I stopped off with my family while heading home from vacation. We waited forever to get our food. When it finally came they were missing all the kids drinks and sauces. While sitting we noticed a ton of flies around us. We ended up moving into the kids play area to eat and try to escape the flies. I opened my burger to a box filled with grease. I could literally squeeze the grease out! My husband went to return my meal because I was too grossed out at this point to eat. The manager (Stephanie) only refunded the burger and when I asked her to refund the meal she became extremely rude. So do yourself a favor and don't come here risking food poisoning! read more

Probably one of the slowest and most inaccurate McD's in the world! Get the order correct maybe 1/5 times. Apparently they have closed down because they don't have enough staff. Don't attempt to go and don't order online in advance because they won't bring out the food you've paid for. Manager verbally assaulted customers last night when they were trying to get the attention of the employees to figure out why no one was taking orders in the drive thru. Claims they aren't allowed to post signs saying they closed early and can't turn of lights or ordering screens so people don't wait forever and can't use the speakers to let waiting cars know they closed. read more

Definitely the most disgusting McDonalds I've been to. By the soda area was wrappers,lids,ketchup, and straws all over the area. It was a mess. I went into the bathroom and only one stall had toilet paper and there was only one small garbage can. Not even the little garbage cans on the walls of the ladies stalls were there. The bathroom smelt horrible! When we got our food it was bad as well. I had ordered a 4 piece glazed tenders and I had only gotten three. I also didnt get utensils to eat with. My mom ordered a swiss burger and it was the most greasey thing weve ever seen. It didnt even look appetizing. Horrible McDonalds. Horrible service. A worker named Sherri was incredibly disrespectful and rude for no reason. She started swearing at us when we asked for more sauce. When I turned around, she flipped me off. Another drive-thru disaster. Once back home you find you're shorted butter, syrup and utensils and if an ordering mishap wasn't enough from one window to the next...the breakfast sandwiches were still screwed up! How does a sausage egg and cheese muffin get confirmed as a bacon egg and cheese biscuit end up as a steak egg and cheese bagel? The purpose of the drive-thru is to save time. Why do drive-thru orders always need to be micro-managed???? And why is it they never give you a receipt? Why would I dare expect more from a chain? Fueling up before skiing. Old man was excited to try the new steak breakfast sandwich. The more he ate, the more he liked it. I had a sausage breakfast burrito and was underwhelmed. Portage McDonald's served my 3 yr old daughter SIX week old expired milk which she got sick from. It took over a week to receive an apology. The letter that came in the mail said; "I am very sorry that your experience was unpleasant" with a couple happy meal and value meal coupons. "Unpleasant"...this store made my baby daughter sick!! When I went in to the restaurant to notify the manager Jose, he immediately told me he was aware of the situation because another mother came in and said her son was "violently vomiting". My family and I decided to grab some ice cream for Mother's Day, and we wanted it to be quick so we just stopped at McDonald's. I hate McDonald's, there are very few things about the chain that I enjoy. I ordered one of them, a Reese's McFlurry, and I have to say I was blown away. It was the best McFlurry I've ever had. Every single bit was a perfect mix of candy and ice cream, even at the bottom. Idk who made that McFlurry but they deserve a raise. read more
