Made an online order and waited in the parking lot for it to be ready and 10 minutes later, after not receiving a notification of it being done, we pulled to the drive through. No one was making sandwiches when we pulled up to the window and when I told them I was there to pickup an online order they started making my order. Finally got my order after waiting for them to be made, counted the sandwiches and left. I got home and 75% of the sandwiches were not correct and missing things. we ordered lunch for our company online the day before the event with a delivery time of 11:45 am. Our party pack was still not there at 12:15! we attempted to call several times with no answer at the store! when confronted we were told by management there would be no charge due to the lateness of the delivery which showed up at 12:30. However, the employee who ordered was still billed the entire amount! Not exactly Freaky Fast delivery or good customer service. will not order there again! very disappointed!! read more

STAY AWAY! Ordered online 10 minutes before we showed up. Showed up and went in the drive through. Did not move for 5 minutes so we bailed and parked and went in. When we went in they informed us that our sandwiches were not yet ready, so we waited. 20 minutes after we ordered our food it was finally ready. We took our food and left. But wait! It gets better! We were missing add ons to our sandwiches! Had to go back and get more to which the lady asked very rudely "what do you want?" I told her I did not receive what I ordered and asked for what I ordered. To which, I received a sassy comment back asking if I could just take what I wanted on the side since "they would just throw the sandwich away". Took it on the side and left. Never had a bad sandwich! Today I was let down... My "usual" is a #11 Country Club, No tomato, add pickle & onion. In my drive-thru bag I recv'd my sammich w/no tomato (ok) & got the pickles (ok) but no onion & no cheese (supposed to be on it) plus the bread under the mayo was scraped off mustard (wha..??) This place is a joke. They have a lady running the cash register who doesn't speak English. How are you going to get an order right if you don't understand your clientele. I asked for a sandwich with ham provolone and mayonnaise. It came with tomatoes lettuce cucumbers. If I wanted that stuff I would have asked for it. This restaurant took forever and jimmy johns is supposed to be fast it was the exact opposite. This location needs more staff.

We stopped in on our way home from northern wisconsin and felt compelled to write a quick review. What an amazing place! Staff was so much fun! They actually had a pulse! Most fast food places the employees look more like they are staring at the clock so they can bolt out the door! These employees were all happy and joking and having fun with the patrons! We went in for a quick meal tired from our long drive and ended up leaving stuffed with great food and a great fast food experience!!! Thank you all for such a great "road trip" break!! read more

This was my very first Jimmy John's. This has to be the cleanest, quickest, tastiest chain sandwich joint around. The employees have always been friendly, efficient and I've always walked out of there with a full stomach and 100% satisfaction. I wish more Jimmy John's operated like this one. read more

Both of our subs were mostly bread. I could not find the avocado on my sub and went to the front counter to ask if they had forgotten to add it. The manager came to the front counter and was rude and was not willing to do anything about the bad sub. We will not eat at this location again. read more

First time I EVER ordered jimmy johns, (Portage) I went in. (2 weeks ago) Chose the Italian nite club...was offered the hot red peppers and loved it! Staff was really nice and I asked about party subs and platters..I own my own business and order from subway occasionally. The next 2 times through the drive thru (within 2 weeks)got the same sandwich and ASKED for red peppers..got home...not on there...peppers made the sandwich for me...disappointed! So I called Jimmy's (after2x) just to let them be aware, now I am not one to complain or get angry about things like this...but the chick on the phone was totally rude and said that sandwich doesn't come with red peppers and I agreed and said that it was why I asked for them ( twice in a row). I was being nice about it and just trying to bring it to their attention...I was treated like I was asking for something unreasonable..very rude..gonna stick with subway :( read more
