As a person working in a fast food restaurant we always want our customers to go satisfied with their order. I tend to stop by at this location often and never had a problem. That being said the last two times I have been through there drive thru they always mess up my order I usually order with no pickles because I am allergic and for whatever reason they always contain pickles. I would appreciate if there cooks can pay a little more attention to there orders and have in mind customers order certain things for reasons. Thank you

    Dry and hard French Fries

Food was ok. McChicken was a little dry but the McDouble was good. The fries tho? Dry as a mf. Like straight up disrespectful. Who ever made them for me needs to see me in the parking lot

Not great, not terrible, just ok. With the new remodel this McDonald's is hoping to polish their image. But...you can't polish a turd. That being said, I eat here occasionally and would enjoy coming back. I would appreciate better service, yes. And a shorter wait time. Especially when people that ordered after me are getting their order first. This is a busy location. They have at least 8 people working here. Only one is at the front register. And this person is not very attentive or customer service oriented in my experience. They now have a system of ordering whereby you can order on an app, a touch screen inside the restaurant, at the drive through or at the counter, and there are couriers picking up food for those who must not, or cannot leave the house. So they use a large printed number system on your receipt ticket. There is also a screen showing which order number is being served currently and which numbers are being prepared. Helpful, yes, but only if the numbers are actually used effectively does the customer benefit. Every other number I saw on that screen was called out as the order was presented. When my number was on the now serving side, I did not hear a number called, nor did anyone acknowledge that there was an order ready to go. I waited...I waited....I waited.... no number called, no "your order is ready," no eye contact. Finally, when no one came to the counter to call the number, and the register worker was free, I approached to ask about my order. "Oh, it's here," she said (bag sitting on counter, unattended), "I said Big Mac and fries." I'm thinking: Um, really? Because that is not my number, and I'm certain you did not say a word about it, because I did not see or hear anything from you. McDonald's seriously, if you are going to use a number system, be consistent. It's confusing enough with your billboard video menu, don't make things harder than they need to be for the customer, you know, the peo whose business you count on.

    Lots of eggs!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Lily the manager needs to be demoted and retrained on hospitality and better customer service skills. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito. I specifically asked if there were eggs and onion in it. I was told "no, but you can buy egg on the side." Once I had a chance to take a bite, I bit into mainly egg. Lots of eggs. Looks like an egg burrito. I am allergic to eggs. I called, and asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds. Wtf? She could take my name and number and pass it along to corporate. No. It's not my fault your employee didn't know what he was talking about. You have my money, and I have no food.

It's a one stop party shop like no other. You can get Fries on the inside. And Fentanyl on the outside.

We're not sure what it was, it could have been the morning bun so I asked a barista. The pastries have some allergen information in the placards but when I get an allergic reaction, I want to make sure and ask. They looked through the ingredients list/binder and they couldn't find the ingredients for the morning bun. Luckily, my husband and my allergies are pretty mild, but this seems pretty dangerous. If you have any kind of allergy, I don't think this is the place for you.

They have a cloud coffee menu and a typical Vietnamese coffee menu, but I was looking forward to their coffee flight! I had seen it on Instagram, and decided that was what we were trying. For $12, you get to choose three of the coffee drinks you wanted. They come in their proper espresso shot sizes, and they are strong! We decided to try their pandan, latte, and black sesame. As stated, these drinks are strong and their flavors or cloud tops aren't overpowering. The cups they come in are super cute and have a Vespa on it! We also ordered their mango sticky rice Croffle and a banana cream Croffle. It's very cheap and worth the price! For $7, you get a super hot Croffle with delicious toppings. My fiancé loved their mango sticky rice - very authentic. I loved their bananas especially since it was caramelized The service was quick, too, being that they only had one worker! I would definitely still come back to try the ube and banana cloud coffees.

Everything started great as the shop was easy to find, parking was easy even though we arrived around noon on a Saturday. It wasn't overly busy and we were able to place an order and find seating right away. We ordered two meal and coffee combos: the banana coffee and pork shop rice, and the coconut whip cream coffee with the Legend pho. We also shared a beignette donut, which had a milky custard filling inside of the pillowy breading. The coffee came first and we loved our drinks. The banana coffee has a rich yummy banana cream, and the coffee underneath wasn't sweet, so there was a good contrast. The banana coffee came with extra bit of black coffee so you can adjust it to your liking. I also liked my coconut whipped cream coffee. The whipped cream has a stuble coconut favor with toasty coconut flakes on top, the Vietnamese style milk coffee was a bit sweet but that's expected. Then the food came, and they looked GOOD. The pork chop rice was presented beaufifully and tasted great. I liked my pho and I loved that it arrived sizzling hot. The broth was deep in color and neutral in taste, again, very nice to eat. The dining area was comfortable, spacious and relaxing and the staff were friendly and attentive. So why did I deduct a star from my review? Well... do you know they have a loyality program? The person behind the counter did not mention it so I only found out about it from a pamphlet on our table after we ordered all of our food and drinks. In the loyality program, you get 1 free drink after you purchase 9, and you get $5 off when you spend $50 or more. Sadly, I wasn't aware of its existence when I paid and the staff member running the register told me that they could not enroll me in the program after I paid, or provide me with any credits for the drinks that I purchased on their digital punch card. I think they should have told me about the loyalty program before I paid at the register, or should have allowed me to at least collect the points afterwards even if I could not get a discount on the total that I spent. Because of this issue, I left Legend feeling annoyed that I missed out on getting a discount that I would have been entitled to if they told me about their loyalty program, but also missed out on collecting two digital "stamps," or "stars," towards getting a free coffee through no fault of my own. Overall, it was a great experience until it wasn't so great. I probably won't be returning to this locaton and hopfully I will have a better experience at the Beaverton location when they open. This time at least I will know about the loyalty program ahead of time if nobody mentions it.

Decided to drive over anyway after reading their business profile on Yelp. It's about 15 minutes from my place. Add-ons: 70¢ each for cinnamon and oat milk, bringing the total to $6.35, relatively cheaper than most shops. It tasted fine: not too sweet, which I appreciated. I'd just go for extra shots next time, since I prefer a bolder coffee flavor. Also got a Marionberry Cream Cheese Danish ($3.75) from a local bakery: flaky, light, not overly sweet, and reasonably priced.
