Please fire the cashier and promote the guy with curly hair cleaning. He's the only one we saw going out of his way to do his job and kept busy. The cashier got every single order wrong ! Not only our orders but every single guest that came in. My sister went up to the counter to ask for ketchup and got a huge attitude from a lady in long braids. If you don't like your job, don't work there! Simple. Your attitude is contagious and it doesn't make it better for your costumers nor your coworkers. Please promote the guy cleaning. The service here is so poor. Their ordering system is confusing. It's not a quick stop. The employees have no idea what they are doing. I ordered the Buttermilk Crispy Tenders and they were very small compared to other locations. They gave me fries with no type of seasoning, not only that I had asked for sweet tea and gave me regular tea. I then asked kindly that it was not sweet tea and they said they would give me a new one and brought out the same exact one. I do not recommend this place even if you are starving. Manager is so rude, sarcastic, unprofessional. I had two orders at 2am there was literally one car in front of me she says one order per car and made me drive through twice. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Just left this McDonald's 5 mins ago after waiting in a line for 15 mins to get our food. (only 3 cars in line, and they weren't using the pickup window. Which makes no sense.) the lady who took our order short changed us by 83 cents. Manager at the next window told us to pull around the side of the building instead of using the third window and told us our ranch was in the bag. When he finally brought out the food we asked if there was ranch, and he told us he didn't put it together, he just brought it out. Then why would you tell me it's in the bag?? Went there this morning the cashier had no name tag was extremely rude to all customers does not know how to talk or act properly. She made me feel I was burdening her while I was ordering. A lady asked her a question about a price and the cashier told her well you're not in California anymore you're in vegas with a sarcastic tone. Our car over heated the way to Utah so we grabbed lunch while it cooled down. The floor was dirty, the tables weren't rinsed off, there was no ketchup in the dispenser and no ice in the soda machine. After ordering on the kiosk two orders showed up, however it took another 10 minutes to get the third order and that was without the cups so we waited another 10 to get our drinks. My sister decided she needed a cup of ice. She went up to the counter and asked for ice and the manager yelled at her and told her to use a kiosk. My sister told her there was no ice in the machine and again was yelled at. Honestly, the lady sounded like she worked in an open air market in a third world country. If you like filthy eating conditions, yucky food and rude, loud, screaming employees this is your place! Otherwise... R U N! read more
