I had to return my entire order that was wrong after the girl at the window "assured" me she had everything. I think your positive reviews are written by employees. I have been going to McDonalds for 55 years. My favorite fast food. I have been to McDonalds from Maine to Washington and yours is the worse I have been to. I live down the road and go a lot but no more. I'm done. You have the slowest drive thru in the history of drive throughs. Your employees are dirtbags and filthy nail biting, then handle your food pos. Dirty, smelly inside. Came inside because as always, your drive through has 2 lines. Used your employee replacing pos machine to order and STILL 22 minutes later I am waiting for my food. Food that is all stuffed in bag. Every time I go through drive through there are mistakes. The final straw was the last visit. No napkins, no salt like we asked for. No straws, and when I went to look in bag at window for accuracy they said it was all in there. Get home, missing chicken sandwich, You just really suck and I'm out. This McDonald's is the WORST! Customer service is terrible! Drive Thru is crowded and extremely slow! The drive thru orders are rarely right! The service was so bad I asked to speak to a manager. First, she just peeped around the corner. She did not even come up to the window. Second, when she came to the window, she stared at me - with this blank pathetic look.. Finally, she said I can replace the item. I said no thank you. \ Note: that is always the solution which does not resolve the problem. Worst MacDonalds around. But it's the closest to home, so we end up grabbing something maybe once a month. If anything, I'll say they are consistent. Consistently screwing up. It is a rare occasion that they get the order right, maybe 25% of the time; and that's a consistent record going back a number of years! Most recent experience: had us pull forward at the drive-thru to wait for the order, kid came out with bag of food and no drinks. Took us a second to realize that we didn't have drinks, by which time the kid was gone. Had to drive around, go inside, get the attention of a worker. Worker says, "these are yours?" pointing to a couple of drinks. She hands them over with no concern or apology for her customer. First off, this doesn't not concern the 2 older ladies who were very apologetic to me ( 1. Red hair, glasses, and amazing nails I comment on almost every time I see her. 2. The older mixed lady who took care of my order personally, whom recognized me as soon as I walked in). However to the young girl who is maybe a year older than myself, I did not appreciate the way you chucked my food back into my bag when you realized you had to take out 2 sandwiches I didn't order. If you don't like your job then leave, don't get pissy. After having a bad day and then dealing with an upset toddler during a late night grocery run I decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. The drive thru line was long and not moving(last time it took 30 minutes) so I decided to get my toddler out and run in really fast. It was 10:57 there was no sign on the door saying the lobby closed and the door was unlocked so I walked in and went to order on the touch screen. Right as I was about to the woman behind the counter told me the lobby was closing. I said uh okay can I order really fast(like I said I'm inside already holding my toddler and there were two others waiting for food) she says no I have to close the lobby now. She had an attitude and was very rude. I understand having to close but it wouldn't have hurt her to let me order really fast or to just be polite about it. read more

I only gave one star because I'm nice. Went in ordered two 6 piece tenders and 2 cheeseburgers. Drove home and only had 1 cheese burger and 5 tenders, so we went back, I explained and wanted to add 20 nuggets( which i offered to pay for) they gave them for free, the manager was polite when helping me. We left with our correct amount of food and I went home the nuggets were burnt and ALL of our chicken tenders were raw. Pink in the middle. I called them to let them know that they served us raw tenders and asked for a manager. The last lady who awnsered was ridiculously rude and when I asked if she was a manager (because only managers are supposed to be taking calls) she said shr wasn't and when I asked for the manager she then told me she was and when i asked for her store manager she didn't give me the name or number. I fed my family raw chicken tenders because of this McDonald's location and I am livid. I have worked in a McDonald's and let me tell you I have never seen some shit like I saw here. Y'all need to step up your game and clean up, you're gonna have a lawsuit one of these days when someone gets sick off the food you serve. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would this restaurant is horrible there always slow always have a huge line inside and out and they don't even have all day breakfast all they serve all day are hotcakes and burritos. I didn't wait 15 minutes in line just to be told I couldn't get a Mc griddle at 2 PM, then for the lady over the speaker to be rude to me saying I couldn't speak to a manager when a manager has a headset on at all times and all it takes is the manager to press that button and change over to the conversation. She then proceeded to ignore me and so I pulled forward to the window when I pulled forward they told me I still couldn't get what I wanted after waiting another 10 minutes to get to the window. It takes two minutes mind you to make a Mc griddle heat it up and put it together. I've also worked at this exact McDonald's location and it was never a problem before I went through the drive-through a week ago getting to make griddles wasn't a problem then. Essentially their false labeling the fact that they serve breakfast all day. I don't think anyone should ever go to this McDonald's again because they're also very unsanitary when I worked there. i'd rather get my breakfast from Jack-in-the-Box now. read more

So aside from constantly changing staff, this place is the average McDonald's. When it's busy things get messed up. They always fix it. 1 star for that. Good start (: I've also been denied service because they want to close for the night (for whatever reason) and only will serve Uber eats. Business is business I get it. The customer service at that point is very unprofessional and short tempered. Also, I get it but as a 24/7 McDonald's people get upset and customer service is knowing how to deal with that. Stopped by tonight around 8:30pm, just for a Mcflurry. When I pulled up to order the man was very friendly and efficient. After I ordered seems like an eternity passed before I moved a tiny bit. Finally reached the first window to pay and once again he was friendly and efficient. We didn't move for awhile so we sat there and he chit chated with me told me about the McDonald's app. Finally a few minutes later reached the second window and I saw what the hold up was. Someone thought helping the girl at the window was below here, the young lady at the window was very kind and very apologetic about the wait she then asked princess to make my Mcflurry this girl literally walked away smiling leaving the young lady at the window to run over there and make it real fast for me. No clue who princess was, they said her name I just didn't catch it. Whoever she was does not deserve a job, all the other employees I encountered tonight were wonderful if it wasn't for little miss attitude I would of given this place more stars.
