Okay, I normally do not write reviews but I was super annoyed today went to the drive through. Waited in line for a good 15 minutes (which is typical at this location) But we were traveling back home and my kids were hungry. When I pulled up to the speaker nobody said anything...I gave them a good 5 minutes until I was like hello?!? Then the girl took my change and said I gave her the wrong about so she gave me $2.96 back, really you couldn't just tell me you needed four more pennies? Then we got our food and it was cold. My six year old told her younger sister to hurry up and eat her happy meal because it wasn't hot!! Worst $20 I ever spent. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. I waited in the drive through line for fifteen mins, I get up to order and say they are only taking cash. I asked her why they can't put a sign out before I got in line and waited. Her reply was they aren't allowed, I find that hard to believe. Food was sloppy and cold. The hash browns were stuck to the paper. The mc muffins were under cooked and cold. The bag was dripping with juices from egg that was just thrown in the bag. All and all I'm disappointed to the fullest. I work 12 hour days and often breakfast is the only meal I get. This experience left me nauseated and skeptical to even go back to another McDonald's. For some reason they struggle with acknowledging customers at their counter, was there last week and once again stood at the counter with no other customers around and no one said a word to me. I finally wrote to the company - I know it is locally owned but this is crazy. read more

This has got to be the slowest drive-thru I've ever been to. It took 12 minutes from the time that I got into line at the drive-thru until I got my order taken. It took another 10 minutes to get my order. If you are in a hurry do not use this McDonald's drive-thru as it is very very slow. Not happy with my local McDonald's. The last time I went into the restaurant to order it took 45 minutes to get my water. Don't know why I chose to come back to this McDonald's would not suggest this facility. read more

Best Childrens play play-place out of ANY McDonald's I've ever seen! Place always seems busy,but today was the first time I've actually had the time to sit down and relax. I was amazed by how busy they were and how well it seemed like everyone was pulling together and pulling their own weight to get things done. I think I will start to look at things much differently the next time I am behind a number of cars waiting to order, pay, and getting my food. I can't speak for every other fast food restaurant (because I've seen some LAZY employees elsewhere, but I'll absolutely have a better respect for how much this place had some really hard workers (at least during the time I was there today). WORST MCDONALD'S EVER EVER EVER EVER!! No joke I have never been in the drive thru line where it took any less than 25 min to get through. Record time in that line is an hour and 25 minutes (yes, I timed it). Then when the food comes it is less than impressive, barely warm and often the wrong order! I live right by this McDonald's so I try to go back there at different times on different days but unfortunately it's the SAME RESULT, same shitty service and shitty food. So when I am craving my McDonald's breakfast biscuit, although I'm less than a 2 min drive away from this McDonald's I make the drive to the next closest one about 15 min away to indulge myself! I go here often and they constantly get orders wrong. The person who takes your money is usually cheerful but when you get home and fries are missing or they gave you the burnt bottom of the basket fries it gets old. Yesterday I ordered a signature bacon maple burger. When I got to the pay window the girl nicely informed me they no longer have bacon maple burgers but now have sarachi burgers. They found some dressing at the back of the fridge though so would make it for me. Um, your menu doesn't have sarachi burger it has maple bacon burger so probably update that if you don't want people ordering it lol. read more

I figured I would give them a chance to redeem themselves from my last review. They did improve their drive thru line, but not the service. First, they forgot part of my order, realized after I had got home. So, I drove back to get the rest... Again. Once I got home, my wife found hair in her food. This McDonald's is the biggest joke. I asked for a fucking ice cream cone. What they tried handing me was a cone with almost no ice cream in it. I politely asked for my money back. I personally don't like this location. Either it is very slow or they are forgetting something every time I come to this location. Today, not only did they leave off the ice cream cone for my son, but they also left the toy out of the Happy Meal. Absolute worst Mc Donalds in the state. 2 yrs ago this was a good place. I don't know what has happened with it. I can go to any other one and get good service. Wait is always 20 plus minutes even if they only have 4 cars in line. I ordered lunch at 10:26and they refused to serve me lunch, this is after waiting 20 min to get to the Order station. As I'm sitting there in line the girl switches the sign to lunch menu and the guy tells me no not till 10:30 really 4 min. He was so rude. I always seem to get a bun that's as hard as a rock, cold fries and rude service. I use to go to this one at least 5 times a week, now I go to Wendy's or any place but here. Worst place to go if your a Uber eats or door dash driver, manager and employees just ignore us as soon as we walk in the door . Other McDonald's don't do that. I fine this ever disrespectful and we are working for customer not for McDonald's so we should be treated like customer. This McDonald's is THE WORST in the city! They never get my order right. I have gone here enough times in the past year and a half that I can say the poor service is not "just my luck" They always mess something up. I went there this morning, a 24 hour drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes and NO ONE even acknowledged i was there. As I drove off I could see a person looking at the screen that shows the car at the drive thru. One time a similar situation happened and they helped the person at the #2 station who pulled up after me before acknowledging me. I hope someone who matters sees this review and takes care of the situation because this restaurant is making a bad name for the corporation. read more

This is the worst McDonald's. Seriously. Go to another one and it will probably be faster anyway. I'm giving two stars instead of one because sometimes they have quality items but the wait is always 5x longer than any other one even if they manage to do it correctly that time and more often than not they throw together an attempt at the items but don't even get close. My last trip delivered cheeseburgers with no onions and three tiny pink stains of ketchup water and a blob of mustard on cold patties and stale bun. I couldn't even eat it and I'll eat almost anything when I'm that hungry. This one is by my house but I work in Bothell and that one delivers consistent quality items and speedy service and there is always more cars in that one. If another McDonald's can produce quality, this one has no excuse. read more

Usually try and stay away from fast food but stopped here one night for a late dinner after a long day. Waited what seemed about 12-15 minutes for our food in a very empty restaurant and then it came out cold. Burgers...Cold, Nuggets...Cold, Fries... I've been here many times, as it's right down the street from me, they mess up quite often, the staff isn't all that nice, there is one girl that works mornings/lunch tiny girl, brown hair, usually works the first window, she's super nice, but the staff isn't all that nice, I do give them credit for replacing an order that they messed up on, with no problem, they've replaced mine each time I've brought it back in, but when I go through the drive through, I'm doing it because I have young children and rather not drag them all in, so it's very irritating to go back in, they need to double check with having double drive-thurs. read more
