I see a trend with McDonald's I'm hoping it's not being done on purpose. At least with the local McDonald's in this area it seems when you order a large soda drink most of the time the drink cup is never filled up to the top. Generally there's about a inch below the top that is not filled with the drink that you're paying for. A couple times I asked if they could fill up the drink to the top of the lid, And it wasn't received very well. So my question to McDonald's is ... if the drink cups are being filled by a machine maybe they need to be adjusted, or if it's done by an Employee could there be a need for additional training, assuming McDonald's expectation would be that the cup should be filled up? As far as fast food goes, McDonald's in not a place I'd normally go. But I saw all these ads for this new Chicken Biscuit breakfast sandwich and the McGriddle Chicken breakfast sandwich priced at 2 for $3.00. Heck, at $1.50 a piece, I'll give it a try. The pictures in the ads always look way better then the actual product, but let's see. I arrived at this location around 7am and there a decent amount of people in there. I go inside to order. I ask, if they have the 2 for $3.00 deal. YEP. OK then gimme one of each, one biscuit and one McGriddle. The order comes out fast and service is no prob. I try the Biscuit chicken sandwich first. Unwrapping it I do like that the chicken fried patty extends out from the biscuit. Same goes for burgers, patty smaller than the bun is just no good! I bite in and Hmmm.... the chicken is sort of dry, kinda like frozen and deep fried. But the biscuit is too dry to be used like this with just a piece of chicken in between. The biscuit is a bit crumbly. I'd pass on this one next time, even for $1.50! Next is the McGriddle Chicken Breakfast Sandwich. This is basically two McGriddle pancakes acting as the outside of a sandwich with just the same deep fried chicken in between. No sauce, no nothing, just the chicken. It's good the chicken appears to be all white meat and a little spicy with the fried breading. The pancakes are infused with maple flavored syrup. How they do that, I have no idea! Again, I'm happy the chicken piece extends out past the pancake. The pancakes are about 3 1/2 inches across, about the size of a smaller McDonald's burger. First bite, WOW, this is way better than that biscuit thingy I just tried! The sweetness on the infused syrup goes well with the crunchy spicy coating of the chicken, as the softness of the pancake contrasts well with the crispy coating of the chicken, sort of the way chicken, waffles and syrup go together. I really like this new breakfast sandwich, from McDonald's no less! The sandwich works surprisingly well, even without any sauces or condiments inside! Sweet, crunchy and spicy, this sandwich is a winner. Give it a try, just skip the biscuit thingy sandwich. Get 2 of these McGriddle breakfast sandwiches and you'll be McHappy! read more

Went through drive through and tried to order breakfast and was told ALL McDonald's didn't have breakfast after a certain time. This information is false and incorrect since all The locations I've been to offers breakfast all day. We got there around 10:30 am which is super unusual not to have breakfast. Also I ordered 10 piece nuggets and decided to get the 20 piece since they had the new spicy nuggets. The lady taking our order charged us double and said if I wanted it to be $5 I would have to order 20 piece spicy and 20 piece regular. So she basically charged me $10 for 20 piece nuggets which is not what's advertised on their menu. The final straw was when we were going to pay and the cashier said " oh you're the one with the big order ". She then says that our card wasn't working which was bs since our card was working fine everywhere else we went. Felt like they didn't want to help us since this location gets busy . I was reasonably satisfied with this McDonalds and appreciated the remodel, however, a few days ago I had their deluxe chicken sandwich and there was something wrong. The chicken looked like rubber and was the consistency of rubber, it was like some sort of imitation chicken, and it was horrible. I ate a little because there wasn't a horrible taste, but obviously it was something weird so I threw away most of it. It really creeped me out because I had chicken sandwiches there before and they were very good. I may try again to see if this was a onetime event, or they were using some sort of unnatural chicken product. Complaint about a recent interaction with a manager Dylan I believe his name is. He told me he couldn't give out employees names so I'm going off memory. This morning we ordered three items for breakfast. The order was wrong at the pay window. After multiple attempts they finally got it correct. When we went to the food pickup window. Dylan tossed the bag to my husband. I checked& it was wrong. I let him know & he snapped give me the entire bag back. So we did, he then said give me the receipt or I won't fix it, so I did. He then tossed the bag back to us, I checked again & it was still wrong. I told Dylan I'm allergic to egg so please don't just take the egg off. At this point we have been there waiting for three items a while. He then said pull up & we will bring it when we get around to it. My husband said no we have to go, please remake it. Dylan then got escalated, saying he refusing service to us. My daughter at this point is crying in the backseat of my car. My husband said please just remake it we paid & need to go. He pulled out his phone and yelled I'm calling the police , at this point my child is terrified & crying. We just left without the food we paid for. I tried calling to speak to someone & get someone's name to talk to Dylan refused told me to google it. I have never felt so incredibly disappointed with service in my life & now my child thinks McDonald's is sending the police to arrest her dad because McDonald's messed the order up multiple times. At this point I don't care about the money & I definitely won't be going back. I want someone to know that Dylan the manager there is not a nice person at all. I have waited for my order for about 20 minutes and they did not meet the same expectations from when I was there last. I would not recommend McDonalds on Cypress. We have all been to bad fast food places. It is what it is. However, this McDonald's has proven to be professional, well managed and staffed very well. I'm writing this because I currently don't have a lot of money for food. I utilized the McDonald's deals app to save some money. While in a very busy drive-thru Liz walked me through using the app. She was very patient and very respectful. Perhaps she could sense my desperation, but I like to think she was just being nice and helpful. Give this lady some more money! read more

This is hands down the fastest and most accurate Mcdonald's I have ever been to. I am always in and out of the drive-thru within a minute at most, even with a long line. But the part that made me feel like this review was neccesary is the fact that they have never got one of my orders wrong. In the world of fast food, that is unheard of. Recently remodeled like most Mcdonald's restaurants have been. Flat screen tv's, couches, and a decor that gives the atmosphere of a coffee shop. Ahem....Starbucks knock-off. Nicely updated though. I always anticipate sweet salt, warm, buttery bread as I drive to the McDonald's parking lot. I get out of my grey 1986 Volvo and lock the door as I make direct eye contact with a messy looking man. I open the door to what seems to be heaven. "Welcome to McDonalds" the young spunk man says behind the counter. He takes my order of a DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER!!!! YUM! with fries and a fanta. A few minutes later and my meal will soon enter my mouth. He calls me up and I receive my meal. I take it to a corner table as they say it is the best place to eat your meal. Yes, I am strategic. I take the first bite of what I like to call "pickle town". Its the bite where you see the pickle teasing you outside the burger bun. Can I just say nothing compares to this moment. So good, I don't know what they put in their beef but it makes me come back time and time again. Fries- on point. I love them salty and floppy. I hate hard fries. Absolutely horrible. Absolutely. I have no high expectations for McDonald's whatsoever, it being, well, McDonald's. But what happened to me the other day was unacceptable. Here's what happened: I stopped in here after work to get a simple Big Mac and fries. The service was okay, nothing exceptional and nothing horrible. But that positive fact falls away in the face of what happened after my meal. I sat down, which was probably my first mistake. NEVER eat in at McDonald's. The little boy in the table next to me began hurling his ketchup-coated chicken nuggets at me, countinuing the barrage as his parents LAUGHED along! The child was the ugly sort as well, a fat little beast in a wife beater with his pants hanging down to reveal soiled pampers too small. He also had a horrid buzz cut, like his parents were preparing to ship him off to a military school. I moved my meal across the room, where I could finish in peace. Before I left, I decided to stop in the ladies room before continuing with my day. I walked in, and went into the stall next to the handicapped one. There was a woman in there, but soon I realized she was accompanied by another person! And they weren't just using the toilet together, they seemed to be wrestling and making loud grunting noises, with the occasional French fry dropping to the ground. It is McDonald's, so it's consistent, no complaints there. Super fast service! The reason for the review is about the coffee. On several occasions, I've ordered a vanilla latte for my husband, or I , and it does not taste good at all. Like a coffee latte, no flavor whatsoever. Terrible experience. I drive all the way across town after placing a mobile order. I arrive at the curbside spot and get an error message telling me I have to go the counter inside... even though I'm in my pajamas. After I go inside I'm told the one item I ordered, (4 piece chicken strips) they're out of it. "We don't sell that many so we don't stock a lot and some other lady bought the last of them" is the response I was given by the manager. Went through the drive-through ordered a bunch of drinks and a chicken nugget meal for my daughter. Got all the way home to only find a few chicken sandwiches in the bag. I called the manager and told her and she said to come on back and get the nuggets, I told her my wife was just down the street could she swing by and she proceeded to tell me that she needed the other food back.
