I waited for a moment for the fries and soda, thinking they were coming, but they never did. I had to go back to the window and let the employee know that I was missing my fries and soda. Once again, his response was very short and unfriendly. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but good customer service and simply being courteous to customers makes a big difference. The additional staff came in and we didn't know how to pay. They never picked up the payment tray as is customary everywhere. We wanted to take to go food but didn't get it added to the check (maybe she didn't think we were serious ?) She was nice. It was just a bit clunky service. Try the food. Just know to seat yourself and maybe ask how to pay as soon as check arrives. Then teach me!
