I rarely eat at fast food places, but when you have a child that asks for it, you have to cave in every now and then. Check your bag before pulling away from the drive thru!! Every time I've gone here, they've forgotten something. One time they gave me a bag of food with NOTHING that I ordered, but I had the correct receipt. When I called the manager, he was very rude and didn't believe me. I've lived in 3 different states and never experienced such bad service as at this location. Standing in line, woman at the cash register was on her phone not focused on the customers in front of her. Did not get their order correct. Its not my thing to rate a chain fast food restaurant more than three stars! They were closed for renovation for about 4 months or so.... In my visit today day did a fantastic job everything looks brand new and I have to say this is the most advance among all fast food restaurant they have added two drive thru lane, the employees seems more trained and so far friendlier than past. I would give this McDonald 0 stars. I went their and 12 am and their were a lot of cars. When it was my turn to order I waited for 5 mins for a person to take my order. Then I waited another 10 mins to wait for the cars to leave and go up to the first window. When I went up to the first window I ask how long would I have to wait for my order and the lady ignore us and continue to take someone else order and I asked another time and still ignore me. This McDonald has very bad customer service and need some new staff. The Last time I went to order McDonald my burger look like they have been microwave and were cold. I order a filet o fish and the bun on the top was smushed and I order 2 Hash browns which look like they been fried in 3 week old oil. read more

(06/24/2013) Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Needed food after a long day at a nearby location with nothing but coffee and water for sustenance. McD's still pretty cheap, but the quality shows it. All fried things have that weird lingering mouthfeel and bread products are strangely metallic (probably too much preservative). The McWrap Crispy Chicken and Ranch had a few vegetables (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and overly tangy Ranch dressing. Bonus for this location is the 24-hour drive-thru. read more

If it's too much to do 24 hours for you guys then just don't do it! This is the 3rd time we get food from here and it's during the evening, all three times they make us park when they only have like two or three cars in line, and they take FOREVER to give us our complete order, on top of that fact, they still always forget something! I understand sometimes it can be busy or you HAVE to wait on certain things. I myself worked at a McDonald's for FOUR YEARS during high school and this would never acceptable!! I was hungry in the middle of the night and instead of going to my usual spot, Greek village, I got lazy and try this McDonalds. What a horror story! If I could give it to zero Stars I would. Went in the lobby in order a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. The quarter pounder was burnt, thin and cold. I opened it and left it on the counter near the registers. I didn't even want my money back. If it cost me $5 to learn to never eat there again, it was well worth it. Visited 9-7-19 around 2:30 a.m. I will never support more than minimum wage for workers like that. Why you can go to work if you're not going to even make the food right. It's your job. Bought an artisan chicken from McD's in Reisterstown the other day and when I got it home it so old and dry I tried to peel the bacon off the chicken because I wasn't sure what it was. Old wilted lettuce and mushy tomato, stale bun, ick! Tried to eat it anyway and just couldn't stomach it. Had to go out a few hours later and decided to take it back. They gave me grief for it being 3 hours later and bites being taken out of it, like I have time to drive back and forth to Mickey D's during rush hour. Now I remember why I don't eat there anymore. Ordered my food through their screwed up 2 lane drive thru. After waiting there for 10 min I finally got to the window to pick my food up. The kid at the window had a major chip on his shoulder. He passed me my food at which point I thanked him. He just stared at me with a mean look. REALLY! And you want $15 an hour! Try working on your customer service bud. This location is horrible. They always tell you the frappe machine is down. Never make special orders correctly. Charge you for special orders and don't give you want you not only asked for but paid for. People stop here on their way to work. They want you to wait or come back for fixes. Who has time for that? This is a seriously troubled McDonald's. I used to come to them for lunch a few times per week when I worked in the area, and now I go about once a week when I visit the area for other reasons. Why? No other McDonald's in the area, at least to my knowledge. I gave them an extra star above one because the food that they make is actually pretty good for McDonald's food; It is hot and not squashed, and the fries are nice and salty but not overpowering. They could stand to put a little more than one tiny dab of mustard on burgers, though, and maybe clean their prep stations occasionally. That said.... 1.) The employees cannot listen worth a damn. This is a common problem at nearly any McDonald's, but this place is the worst. The last time I went, they messed up my burger twice. How hard is it to just put the two condiments I ask for on there and nothing else? I had to ask for ketchup three times; once at the order screen, again at the second window, and again at the third window when they came back with the second correction of my order. It wasn't even all that busy, seven cars in line in total, and there was only me and another car when I pulled up. This was not a one-off issue. 2.) They run out of Coke all the time. I wouldn't mind if it happened once or twice, but no, this is a very, very frequent occurrence for them. The last three times I have gone there, they have not had Coke, and they used to be out roughly once a week when I went there more often. Seriously, Coke syrup is cheap and soda is a big profit maker, why not just order more? Do they only have the bare minimum number of bulk syrup tanks? I have never been to another McDonald's, EVER, that has run out of Coke. 3.) Poor customer service. When they messed up my order and asked me to pull up to the next window, they did not promptly bring me my food like every other McDonald's I have ever been to. Instead, they served the entire rest of the line before sending someone out with my burger (and no ketchup packets). I waited for fifteen minutes (no exaggeration), which doesn't seem like a big deal, but it made me late to my destination. They actually had a customer assure me that they had not forgotten about me on his way out of the dining area. When I told the guy who brought me my burger that I had asked for ketchup packets twice and they still did not bring me any, he said "I don't know anything about that." Wrong answer, sir. The correct response is something like "sorry, let me go get those for you." I never ask for freebies, but other McDonald's have offered free fries or apple pies when they give service that is shockingly subpar even for McDonald's. Not here. 4.) They frequently try to find ways to overcharge me, like ringing up a "Double Cheeseburger - No Cheese" instead of "Double Hamburger." Sometimes they correct the mistake when I show them other receipts from their location that show the correct price of the burger, sometimes not. They have even claimed the price has changed, and I have accepted that, only to be charged the normal price upon my next visit. All in all, i'd say unless you are pressed for McDonald's, save yourself the hassle and go to the Burger King across the street. read more
