Very disappointed with this Chipotle location. Consistently, they forget items in my order, and this time they forgot the salad dressing. It's frustrating when you pay extra for a meal and can't even get everything that's supposed to come with it. On top of that, the chicken was rubbery and tasted overcooked. I just want to start by saying that I always have a chill experience at this Chipotle location. I've been coming here for quite a while--at least one to two times a week--and I've noticed that many of the same employees have been around for six months to a year, maybe even longer. Everyone is focused and professional, and while they're not overly chatty, they're consistently friendly enough and, most importantly, they get me in and out quickly--which I really appreciate. The manager is always a pleasure to deal with. Any minor issues I've had in the past were handled promptly and respectfully. I also want to note that the store is always clean, and there's always someone ready to help. I usually come early in the week or during lunch hours--not during peak times--because this location is surrounded by a high school and a bunch of businesses, so they tend to get busy. But during the times I visit, the service has always been reliable and smooth. Also, I come in faithfully for the chips and salad dressing--always the best! I visit other Chipotle locations from time to time, but this Reisterstown spot is by far the most consistent. Today, while waiting for them to open, I noticed they had a surprisingly low rating (1.5 stars). I felt compelled to leave a review because my experience has been nothing but positive. Went to this location because it's always been a delight and i'm met with amazing customer service. However when I asked if they had chimichurri sauce the lady making my food gave me the worst attitude ever and said they haven't served it in 3 months then proceeded to slam my guac on the counter and walk away. I love Chipotle's food, and it's crazy because I used to work there in high school. I don't remember the service being this trash. The portions are inconsistent and also why am I paying almost $15 for half a bowl? Asking for more feels like a crime. Worse, the workers can't handle simple orders. I ordered two bowls, saying, "First with white rice, second with brown rice." Instead, they started the first with brown rice, got confused, and flustered when I corrected them. It's awkward, rushed, and ends with sloppy results. On top of that, the annoyed looks make it feel like I'm the problem for wanting my food right. I've been coming to this location for some time now and this location could easily become a 4 with more consistent service. I would give this location a 3.5. At first this location would always run out of something when they first opened. Now they rarely ever run out of anything. This is my favorite chipotle in the area. Pros: The food is usually fresh. Online orders are normally ready on time. Online orders are accurate depending on the staff. Guac is fresh and delicious depending on staff. Cons: The chips can be too salty. Guacamole is bland. Brown rice is hard sometimes. Online orders occasionally are inaccurate. Sometimes there's a long wait. My only issue really is the inconsistency and salty chips. The staff is cool and they're doing the best they can working during the pandemic. Sometimes they're short staffed but I've never had an issue with customer service. Thanks guys! read more

I was hoping this new location would be an improvement over the Owings Mills location... Nope! Just as much of a sh!t show, with even more rude staff. Don't do it. This has to be one of the worst chipotles. If you go in there around 8 they will be out of everything. You'll be begging for meat scraps. They hire a bunch of students from the high school across the street and those kids don't care about nothing but their check and they are right to, quit and focus on school. There a ton of actual Mexican food places around this area. Support local businesses and save yourself sometime. Even if you order online you're gonna be sitting in there for 10 minutes like you a fool waiting for a online order. If you do come 20 minutes late maybe your order will be ready. I'm a Chipotle fan so there is never a city I'm visiting that I don't make it a point to not visit. It's easy food always what I'm looking for and tasty until last night. Ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl. Nope that's not what I received it wasn't steak and had a smell of pork or something like that. Now I don't eat pork at all so imagine me getting home and realize they put the wrong stuff in my bowl. Total failure! Of course it was late around 9:50 ish so by the time I realized the issue they were closed. Now what's the reason of ordering online if you're not going to look at my order or maybe they just made a huge mistake. Either way this location services has been deteriorating for awhile. My kid wanted Chipotle, this location is tbt closest to us. It was a little after 8pm and they close at 10pm. They were either out of the item or very low. So I asked how long for the veggies and steak the worker who was nice informed me that it, what was there was all they had. I'm guessing the gut was the cook he was breaking down the kitchen at 8 something, but they close at 10pm. Kitchen spotless. Stoves moved from the wall and all. But my teenager was so pressed for Chipotle decided to roll with what they had. That was one of the saddest burrito bowls I've ever seen. I got the kids chicken quesadilla however they were out of kids wraps. So they made it with and adult wrap with a kids size portion which was okay with me. But then tried to charge me the adult price because they were out of the kid wraps. Not gonna happen, they adjusted the price. Then we proceeded to leave and people were coming in complaining about their orders. Even the customers inside was complaining. They when leaving the dining area was trashed, just stuff everywhere. For this location to be kinda of new this is by far the worst Chipotle. I've tried to give them a chance but tonight takes the cake. I have tried to order from this location 2 different times in the past month, and there always seems to be a problem. First time around, there was a huge line, and they stopped service and claimed that there was a "server issue". Today, I went into the store, only to be promptly told that they were closed for the day. This was at 4PM mind you. I used to like this location, but the current staff is terrible. Your staff is a big part of if people want to come back or not. The guy preparing the bowls didn't acknowledge me until his coworker said that there is a customer when he clearly saw me walk in the door. He turned right around and started a conversation. I wish I could give this location a 0 rating because they truly deserve it. I visited this place on 10-9-22 and was served by Brandon , who is the manager. I bought a bowl with chicken and he literally put what appeared to be very small specs of chicken with a few chunks and the portion size was absolutely horrible for the price. I mentioned this to him and he really could care less about my concern. While simply shrugging me off, while up charging me for double meat that I needed in order for it to be a real portion size. I honestly think that Brandon gives you a bullshit portion, knowing that once you see it, you will definitely have a problem with it and he can charge you more for double meat . The one person serving the whole line was constantly walking over to the place where they make the online orders. Slow and not efficient at all. The one star is for the employees who had to deal with the manager on duty today(5/29 @4pm)that was screaming at them and sending people home mid shift in front of multiple customers waiting for their food. It got to the point where another customer intervened and told the employees that they shouldn't be spoken to that way. She should be absolutely ashamed. As we were going in to the restaurant, we saw 3 sets of customers leave angrily without any food but we did not get the memo. What a constant disappointment! I try to give new establishments chances but I am over it for this location! I love chipotle and when I found out this one was coming to my neighborhood I was so happy! I have been here about 5 times and each time something is wrong. I have called my order in only to get there and get in line because it was not ready nor was anyone doing online orders. One time they had nothing but rice and meat! Another time, I went in and the meat was so hard i threw the whole bowl away. This time I went in and the rice was undercooked and so hard that I gave it to my dog and he didn't even want it. Absolutely horrible experience. Location was out of stock on many ingredients. I ordered 2 burrito bowls fully loaded, 3 drinks, and 2 bags of chips. This Chipotle sent me 2 Burrito bowls with a scant amount of chicken with cheese sprinkled on top. And that was it! No drinks, no chips, no lettuce, no salsa, no guacamole, no sour cream -- NOTHING!! Numerous employees just stand around and do nothing while the line gets longer.
