Worst service ever. Half an hour to get my order at fast food? They just ignored me when I asked until I made a scene, which is unlike me.

This place has a few staff who are very rude. I understand that working here is hard, they have to go through a lot with the crazy customers. Come into work with a certain mode but does not mean you have to treat all the customers with attitude. I feel just as a suggestion to smile and make customers feel welcomed and just be prepared to deal with customers who they feel they need to be firm with. I went through the drive through and ordered 3 burgers 20 piece nuggets and 2 large fries. When I got to 2nd window the lady passes me the bag and says thank you. I had 3 toddlers with me and it was hot day so they were behaving irritable. So I was trying to get home so that can eat. When I get home there's only the 3 burgers and the fries. I had to drive back over there left the fries at home and brought the bag and receipt. I go inside and the lady working the drive through remembered me and approached me to see what happen I told her I only got the burgers and 1 of the large fries but left the fries at home. So I am not sure if it was I didn't bring the fries back with me but it seemed to be an issue and she had a manager have to help. They look it over and the manager working completes my order and when she gave me the bag. She had attitude and tells me next time to check the bag and make sure the order is correct. Wow! I am a quiet shy person and when she said that it blew me away. I grab the bag and loudly said that's your job to make sure you put what I ordered. It really had me hella angry. I didn't go there acting a fool about it. I just wanted to get the rest of the things I paid for. After that I feel like f that place. read more

The service was #spectacular!!!!! Especially for being a white guy with high expectations, I was #floored!!!! The lovely hispanic manager was always there when I needed her to protect me from the onslaught of bum activity located right outside the restorant. Although, after several unsuccessful attempts at leaving the restaurant in fear of my 10 piece chicken nuggets happy meal getting jacked from the homeless, I realized the bum gang only wanted some spare change. But I wasn't about to give them scavenging seagulls a dime unless they was ready to work for it!!! However, as I got closer to the back door and the homeless got closer to me, I panicked and quickly reached into my pocket for some spare change--knowing there was no way I was going to get outa this place alive with all 10 of my beautiful white meat chicken nuggets still in tact. So what happened next??? #suspense I didn't have any spare change in my pocket!!! Of all the days to not have a few nickels laying around in my cordaroys!!!! I now had no choice but to avoid all eye contact and look down at my feet and my nuggets as I raced past the seven dirty transients. Then I tried to find my car in the rat infested, bum lurking parking lot...but to my dismay...my car was no where to be found. #WTF So after waiting, hostage, inside the McDonalds, without my glock 40cal on my hip, for the police man to arrive and take the report for my now stolen car, I was luckily in the best, most magical place on earth: MCDONALDS!!! Disneyland can suck it!!! ...So I did what any reasonable person would have done---I ordered a butt load of chicken nuggets while I waited for the po po to arrive. #...burp Luckily survice was spectacular!!! The barbecue sauce was nice and warm from a broken air conditioner--I think the expiration date on one of them sauces was dated back to the civil war days...1887 or something...The good news was while I was waiting anxiously, I sold like 20 of them old antique bbq sauces on craigslist for like 65 bucks EACH to the same old hag who claimed to be some antique collector in her emails... #WORTH IT!!! So after one time, 5-0, the po po, RPD, the boys in blue...whatever you want to call em arrived, I felt free at last knowing my car was being searched for day and night by the best group of crime fighters in the biz. THE RICHMOND POLICE!!! #swag Oh ya so like ten minutes later or something, I gets a call from da police dispatch and their like hey we found yo car, but--it appeared as though some homeless folk had been making love all over my seats: she laughed hysterically as she explained to me that those menacing thieves had a soup kitchen all up in my brand newish 2004 Mercedes 8 banger!!! #WTF! I was too happy that my car had been found--even though I got there and there were no tires, no battery, no catalytic converter, and my dam radio was hijacked...oh ya, and my car had a dirty, misty, muggy, ripe, creamy, rat infested aroma in it now. #gross I can't wait to get back to that McDonalds and finish the day with a cone! #vanilla! #Richmond 4 Life!!! read more

Honestly why I'm the world would you have some one who speaks no English giving out food at the window like she gave me the wrong items twice was confused when I said it was not mine.... just starred then the lady told her to grab it in Spanish I guess I have no idea.... This McDonald's has the worse customer service. There is a young Hispanic female in the late afternoon around 6ish. She gives you the sodas not even full cup. The fries bag is barely full. Awful! Their machine was not working and they could not get any of the mobile app discounts to work. Even though the manager saw my discount on my phone and it was their fault that the machine was not working she would not honor any discount. In addition the order was done completely incorrect. I asked for one big Mac with special instructions and she did it on all four. Also, The fries were not cooked all the way and were soggy. The manager was not helpful and I am very upset. $30 later and my order completely wrong I had to return back to McDonald's to argue. This is after I tried calling the phone number on the receipt for 10 minutes and nobody answered the phone. I-would NOT recommend this McDonald's to anybody!!! read more

Look. We all know where we are. A few of us grew up here. Some of us even spent decades on the front lines protecting this place and others like it in this city. That said, this is the worst McDonald's franchise in the world. Old dried out food. Fries that taste like fish. Cooked in oil well past is 2 prime. I've even been inside and watched them stuff so many fries in the basket that they came out in a rectangle that has to be chopped up into servings. But the drive thru is just awful. There's a homeless man that sleeps in the open area between the drive-thru windows where you pay and pick-up the food. It's very frightening to see him there not knowing if he's going to rob or attack you! Recently, to make matters worse, he now has a bike that on one occasion I had to drive around to get to the pick-up window because it had fallen over in the drive way. Food is always fresh, but I'm seriously considering not going there anymore for my safety! McDonald's PLEASE put up some type of barrier between the two windows to prevent the person from being and sleeping there would make people feel a lot safer going through the drive-thru. This establishment is the keystone to the Richmond community. Any time a guest arrives and expresses interest in Scottish cuisine, I am happy to share this rich experience. This establishment is like the Cheeseboard of the city of Richmond. On a weekday around noon you can watch dozens of friendly locals playing radios as they smoke and passionately discuss current issues like who can suck their cock. The smell of marijuana, sound of blaring car alarms and sight of scurrying rats and cockroaches cannot prevent this locale from attracting a large crowd. The drive through line is a long meandering path of shining dubs. I am left with the impression that the employees are treated fairly, mostly because the cashier we ordered from was wearing a twelve karat diamond ear ring. In the parking lot you can also shop for party supplies, services and used jewelry. The merchants are fair in pricing and happy to accept food stamps or cigarettes. There is also an area to sleep located at the front of the parking lot. On my way out, I tried to use the restroom but two of the locals were using it to take their relationship to the next level. I was in your location at 2301 McDonald ave in Richmond Ca today with my 2 yo grand daughter who repeats everything she hears. There were 9 kids hanging out in the dining room with no sodas, no food, no money spent. They were cursing, talking threateningly, making out in the middle of one booth, making comments about other paying patrons. I went to the manager and she wouldn't even make eye contact with me, wouldn't even listen to my concerns and gave me the wrong store number to call to file an incident report. This is supposed to be a family restaurant, I do not expect my 2 year old grand daughter to hear F U C K repeatedly as we are trying to dine. Completely unacceptable . Your manager could NOT have cared less. When I called customer service the CSR i spoke to kept interrupting me and had to be schooled in how a conversation works. After coming from the Library,I walked in at 7pm. At 7:06pm a young Hispanic lady about 19 or 20 years old served me on Station KS# 3 and was Guest 7. As we were in the transaction, I stated very kindly I was hungry and like their good cooking. She said in a HARSH Hostile high pitched street like tone of voice " I bet you are!" I was then VERY SHOCKED and taken back by surprise on how these teenagers or young women could talk down like that to a customer. In all my 34 years in working in the retail public sector, I was never so SHOCKED in my life on how these youngsters laugh and talk to a customer in a RUDE way and get away with it. I din't lash back or show any kind of emotion but remained calm and I stated that i never walk was treated nicely pkus I stated very kindly that I wanted to speak to the manager. She then stated," They can't comprehend very well in English. I will relay your comments to them. You can call the the Toll Free Number that's on the wall and tell them!" in a RUDE Hostile Street tone voice.I then observed and overheard that the shift supervisors did speak English and appeared to be talking in Spanish with the gal at Station KS#-3 about me and saying Very Rude things about me as I was in the dining room having my dinner.I felt Uncomfortable, belittled and thrown to wolves. I have travelled abroad for years and this is the worst experience ever. First of all the person taking your order sounds so rude and tired. (Do not expect to be treated like a human being if you are White). EVERY TIME I went there something was wrong. EVERY TIME ! This McDonald has the slowest drive Thur EVER!!! the people who manage it are slow, get your order wrong most of the time, have trouble understanding you and are rude at times. All that aside, you have to deal with the barrage of homeless coming at you for change and waiting for you at the end of the line.
