I come to this Wendy's often, however I feel cheated with the 5 dollar biggie bag. I have been to other Wendy's restaurants and had a sandwich, fries, nuggets and a drink for 5 dollars. I'm so disappointed in this location... My daughter wanted a burger and fries. We stopped in to this location as it's really the spot I know around here with her request. I could tell they are short staffed as the drive in order board was full, flashing red and the gentleman at the front was moving frantically everywhere. I was patient with our wait time to order, receiving our meal fairly quickly. There was a displaced gentleman at the table next to us. I noticed him noticing our food as we passed by with the meal. With no wait time to order, I placed an order to give to the gentleman. I told the cashier the meal was for the man at the table. Twenty-five minutes later, receipt of time from when I paid, the man still was sitting without food. I went to the register, with five others waiting this time. I was never acknowledged nor was the delayed order. I asked why the extreme wait time while others were being served. Fifteen minutes later he collected my receipt and began to make the order. This location is not in our immediate vicinity or a place we frequent so I am not much concerned. I am concerned about the lack of immediacy we received that the displaced man did not. Money is money, service is service, a person is a person and overall we each deserve respect when it is in the absence of disrespect. I hope this location does better by providing staff with greater support for the amount of traffic they receive. read more

After reading about the drive-thru nightmares, my dad and I decided to order inside To Go. The outside drive thru line was long and there were several families ahead of us inside. The guy at the register seemed to be trying his best to crank through orders. We ordered a Sour Cream & Chive Potato ($2.99), Bacon Cheese Potato ($4.19), 2 small fries ($2.69), 2 small Frosties ($2.49), 10 piece Nugget ($5.19), 2 Dave Single Burgers ($6.49). Everything was correct on our order: no onions on one burger, sauces and sour cream/butter were in the bag. I hadn't had Wendy's a while and was pleasantly surprised it was pretty good. And today, 24 July 24, it is closed for renovations. So, if you're a fan of mobile orders at this drive-thru, no it's not your phone, the drive-thru is really closed as is everything else. Construction worker I spoke with said drive thru might be open next week and dining area possibly a week after that. Total renovation. So after that the ambiance could be stellar at least in the realm of Wendy's possibilities. What I like about Wendy's cold drink options made with cane sugar and no HFCS. And this place has good management and staff and I hope HQ invests in better speaker/mic system for the drive-thru. I see people complaining here about communication issues. A system upgrade would make a huge difference. Meanwhile, yell a friendly yell as if you're trying to place an order with someone across SP Ave somewhere. I just recently found out about their breakfast menu and since I hate American cheese on anything( basically oil and fat with an unnatural color) I wanted to get their sausage, egg and Swiss croissant again. I also like their French toast sticks, so I opted for that combo and the sandwich on its own. When I got my food, the coffee that came out was in this extra small bs of a cup. It's too short and the lid wants to pop off due to the lid on my cup holder. Luckily I didn't try to eat and drink while driving because that tiny ass cup spilled a bit on my fingers as I left the drive thru. Whomever decided that quality meant being stingy in coffee which is miles better for your health than the normal lunch and dinner drinks( soda, lemonade, etc) and giving giant ass cups for that, needs their head examined and basically fired. Given the fact that everyone's prices have gone up due to minimum wage requirements and inflation, corporate needs to reverse this crap and give us a decent size coffee for the combo and give only mediums, unless asked for for, the other drinks( excessive sugar= diabetes). But again, we don't need that extra sugary drink but we'd like to enjoy our breakfast with enough coffee to compliment the meal. Also, what is this yucky butter crap in my croissant?? Less is better. No need to lather and drench my bread and give me a heart attack through your food options. I would rather you give me a packet and I can spread the amount I want opposed to disassembling the sandwich and wasting napkins on wiping the excess off my bread and fingers. Otherwise I'll just go home and make my own, but I'd like to have options on some days. On a side note, biscuits and gravy I found only in deep ass Stockton. I pulled through the drive-thru yesterday to pick up the mobile orders placed for me and my family. I attempted several times to tell the lady through the intercom that I was there for four orders, and stated very clearly the full names on each order. Despite this, there appeared to be a language barrier as she kept repeating my name over and over again. Eventually she seemed to get it, so I pulled up to the window. There, despite once again providing the FULL names (first AND last) of each order we were picking up, she insisted that I show her the order confirmations of each order through my phone. This led to some awkward delays as I had to quickly phoned up everyone to get them to send me their order confirmations. I've never been asked to show order confirmations when picking up at a fast food drive thru before. And given the fact that I was able to provide the full names of every one of the orders that I was picking up, one would think that would be sufficient confirmation that I was indeed the authorized individual picking up those orders. At least the orders came out correctly, and we were not missing any food. read more

I try not to review when I am angry. Yet in this instance I have to. I don't understand what is wrong with the staff and service. Some of the most horrendous service I have expirenced. I get it sometimes when you order some sauce and they forget, or they mess up an item, but come the hell on EVERY TIME. How little do you care that you can't even read the order correctly? the occasional mistake I understand but this is unfathomable. My family and I love Wendy's, but this location has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Then to make matters worse, you accept orders till 12:30 on DoorDash, which means you are open late. So why is it I call back to back five times and you ignore the calls? it's because you know exactly why you are getting a call that late because I am sure your mediocre performance has bothered more than just me. I've given this location a couple of chances now, for different meals, breakfast lunch and dinner. I can confidently say I will never give this location my business again. My order has been incorrect every single time I've tried to get a meal here. They also NEVER GIVE SAUCE? When ordering through doordash-- if you place an order that contains nuggets/fries it automatically asks which sauce you'd like. Yet every single time I go through my families bags, we're apparently expected to choke down dry nuggets and fries with no sauce. Ordered a chicken BLT for dinner tonight and was given a dry chicken patty and dry bun both individually wrapped separately from each other and nothing else... absolutely infuriating. I visited this Wendy's this morning and the manager Marisela disrespected and embarrassed me with her distasteful customer service. My order was incorrect and the cashier said it was my fault so the manager refused to correct my order she slammed the window in my face and rolled her eyes at me as she walked away. She wouldn't give me the corporate number and refused to service me. Marisela needs to be retrained if she's a manager she should be demoted. She acted as if I wanted free food I was willing to pay more if need be. She told me I had to spend more money because she would have to throw the food away bottom line the food still got thrown away I received a refund and she refused to give me what I wanted to pay for. I ordered a frostie and found a long black strand of hair in it. I contacted a worker and they did nothing to help, service was awful. It's such a shame because I had to pay good money for the meal. The cashier, Isidra didn't know how to work the register and couldn't find the buttons for certain items. She needs extra training. Painfully slow and inept service. I ordered and prepaid 20 minutes before getting there on my app. I came into the restaurant and asked for my order. They had not started it yet and did not start it until they took the orders of all the other customers that were waiting to place an in person order. I asked the lady and she is so slow and did not seem to care about prepaid orders. She took her slow time chatting in Spanish and place the order for the guy that was behind me ordering in person before even taking a look at my order to see if they have it done. They did not have it done because my order did not print on her printer yet oand she forgot to put in paper to the printer. she tells me a few more minutes of waiting ....which turned into 10 minutes. Haven't been here in a while so wanted to check it out again. The atmosphere here is pretty quiet on Sunday around lunchtime. It's very clean and has a homey feeling. Sad that they don't have spicy chicken nuggets anymore. :( A little disappointed in the food today but it's pretty generic fast food fare- cheeseburger, crispy chicken sandwich, fries, etc...
