Furthermore when my wife brought this issue up to one of the baristas she gave some excuse (I didn't hear what she said) about this is how they are. This is a sunk cost for me and an object lesson for others. I can't help but think how many of the other 5 star reviews were in a similar situation and updated their review as they were offered free coffee.

They all take care of me, interact with the customers, display the DB community type vibe that I'm used to! And I credit that to the store manager, Tommy. He is always right in there with all the employees, I see him at every spot. He remembers you, and treats you like a friend. And he has staff around him that do the same.
