The coffee also came out warm at best. They were not crispy and were slightly soggy. The food is a little pricy but the portions are large. Country Skillets is decorated like a Hobby Lobby. It is super cute and pretty intimate. It is definitely loud and a tad crowded. Our server was nice and brought out food out very quickly despite it being busy. She got us on the books quickly, and when we arrived for our reservation, everything went so smoothly. Lydia was AMAZING! She made sure all 25 of us were taken care of, stayed attentive throughout our entire visit, and was extremely courteous, friendly, and on top of everything. Managing a group that large is no small task, but she handled it effortlessly. We never felt rushed or forgotten about, and there were absolutely no issues. The food was delicious as well! Everything was cooked to our liking, came out in a timely manner, and was fresh and hot despite how large our party was. Getting 25 people served efficiently while still maintaining the quality of the food and service is impressive, and the entire team did a fantastic job.
