I get my meal to enjoy when I get home after work only to pick up the bag and discover the burger has leaked grease onto the upholstery in my vehicle. The patties are tossed on unevenly and the lower bun is oozing as if it was dunked in oil. So much oil it leaked through the box and bag. They didn't ask me if I wanted bbq sauce.. or any sauce. Now I have to eat my chicken nuggets DRY. Why didn't I go back? The line was too long. I didn't want to wait another 20-25 minutes just for some bbq sauce that they should have already given me. Why didn't I go inside? I just finished running some errands, so my feet were killing me! Went through the drive through, the guy took a long time to talk. By that point we had already drove forward because of how long he was taking. We made it to first window, the guy looked at us very angrily and we gave him our order. We paid and he's basically yelling at us about our change. He ends up dropping half the change on the floor and tells us to move one. One of the most terrible experiences here. read more

So I drove back down there with my sick kid and they made me wait forever and didn't even apologize for messing up. They have shorted me food in my order a number of times and when you call them on it they try to gaslight you by swearing up and down that they did give you the food that was never in the to go bag because "they remember doing it." Don't appreciate being accused of stealing by a wage slave whether she's a manager or not. What I should have done was given her the whole order back, here, foods on me young lady. If you're shorting people food, I'm guessing that you're sneaking off to the break room to eat what you "remember putting in the bag." Less than acceptable. Staff is hardly friendly, not that I expect Chick-fil-a service everywhere. Multiple times I've ordered at the speaker only to have to completely repeat my order at the window when they forgot to put it in the computer. Most recently they gave my wife and I normal Coca Cola when we ordered Diet Coke and I had reminded them at the window. After taking a sip while driving away, we circled back around the area and came back to get the proper drinks. The window staff could not have cared less that they gave us the wrong drinks. My wife was holding our water cups and I was attempting to hand my drinks back to the person at the window and they refused to take them. My wife's hands full and both cup holders being required for our proper drinks, I would have thought the person would have the decency to throw away our cups to swap us out. I understand policy about taking food back inside, but I explained I could not fit all 4 drinks into 2 cup holders. There is no trash nearby and the person at the window just kept saying no. They clearly saw my predicament but prioritized policy over being a real person and understanding the issue. We had to drive away with the Coca Cola as I'm not one to litter or throw cups outside. I got my son a 20 piece chicken nugget, they were luke warm and rubbery. Irritated as hell, I went back through the drive-through to take the disgusting food back. After going through the drive-through they totally messed up my order. I ordered to make doubles with slivered onions. No dehydrated onions please. As I was driving away from the menu board I didn't see what I wanted but I had already started moving so when I got to the money window. I questioned the kid again about making the order correct he says he changed it but when I got through the line picked up my food and got home only to find I had three times the dehydrated onions and not one real onion. I tried calling the phone number for the store in Lesley for a half an hour to complain to the manager but that phone rings to nowhere. This was probably the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever visited. It's on a busy intersection so a bit difficult to get to but that's understandable. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. The toilet I used had a broken toilet seat and overflowing female products disposal can so smelled bad as well My husband said the men's restroom was also very dirty with a plugged up sink. They had me wait out front for 30 minutes for 4 McDoubles and two large fries. I couldn't get my food in line when I was in the drive through because it wasn't ready apparently. When I went inside the bag had been sitting there for lord knows how long. I asked if I could get new food as it was ice cold by that point. I got side eyes, attitude and it just kinda seems funny that I'm the bad guy considering I was the one waiting outside for 30 minutes like it's my fault. Went thru the drive thru on 04/28/2019 at around 7:15 pm. Ordered some food for my daughter and I. I got my daughter a 4 piece chicken nugget, with fries, and a water. Got my self some chicken nuggets a coke and a fry. Paid for my food, went to the next window to pick it up. Blonde(?) girl, fair skin, handed me my daughters happy meal, then gave me a water bottle. I'm not sure if they do this other places but whenever I get a happy meal for my kid I get water and the usually give it to me in a kid cup with straw, which is ideal since she can drink from it better. But whatever, cool I'll take a water bottle. I then asked the girl "oh I didn't know they give water bottles out with happy meals, I usually get it in a cup". She rudely says "I don't know i didn't take your order, it a $1 for a water bottle" , I said "Ok well is it the same price as a water cup", she said "I don't know" So I asked her , "well can you ask your manager". She turns to the side, puts her hand on her hip and is telling the Manager in such a distasteful attitude, I believe his name was Christian. "Christian can you talk to this lady who wants to know the price difference between the water that came in her order". I was not even mad or even irritated at the fact I had to pay an extra dollar I just wanted to know if It was the same price as a water cup lol. The manger comes out and explains to me, like she simply could have, about the price with a water bottle and a water cup. Good great, that's all I wanted to ask. The food was fine, but being treated poorly when asking an employee about a freaking price on water was beyond me. I expect to be treated with respect when I go to a restaurant and when asked for simple information to get it without attitude and hands on hips.
