Had McDonald's for breakfast because the breakfast is definitely their best menu items. I typically would go to the Stamford one, but I felt like taking a little trip. It was very simple. I appreciate no drive-thru so that the restaurant has a more chill pace to it. The decor is nice. I was kinda shocked it was so nice for a McDonald's haha, but I heard it was recently renovated within the past couple years or so. It even had charging stations! The service was good and simple. I did a mobile order so I didn't interact much with anyone - which was fine by me in this case. The food was great. Bacon egg n cheese McMuffins are great, and their big breakfast was solid too. Hash browns were crispy!! I definitely recommend their iced coffee. Half the reason I go to McDonald's. Their French vanilla or regular are great. Hazelnut is good to - it tastes like a Nutella iced coffee! Overall, great McDonald's, definitely would return. read more

The worst McDonald's in Fairfield County. They always get the order wrong so don't bother having it delivered. If you go into the store with your order and receipt to tell them the order is incorrect the manager could care less. Horrible customer service. Service was great he came over to our table today very polite and accommodating the place is always very clean but what's with the wooden spoon fork n knife we couldn't enjoy our pancakes and eggs when everything else was in plastic it's very confusing. Make sure you check your order, I ordered breakfast here for my family of four, got home and realized half the order was wrong. When I returned and explained, they corrected the wrong items but only gave me half the order back. I called and they hung up on me. Not worth it for $30 to keep going back. My local McDonald's- I go there all the time wish I could rate it better. Honestly the least consistent and most infuriating McDonald's I've ever been to. Even when ordering from food service apps- orders completely wrong- everything's hit or miss, shame on these big conglomerates like the TRAFZ corporation. It's okay. Let me start this off by saying I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's. I only eat breakfast there from time to time. This location is easy to find and get to. It's right off the i95. This location doesn't have a drive-thru, but they do have a parking lot and across the street there is another one. It's a shared on though. They have a chipotle, Jersey Mike's, Starbucks, etc. Typically they are quick, but a lot of times when I've gone at varies times there can be long waits. Also, they got my orders wrong a couple times. There is one guy there that is very good, and when he's working I know my order is right. I forget his name, but is awesome and deserves a raise. If you like McDonald's, there is nothing special here at this location. So stop in if your hunger. read more

Is it weird to say this is my favorite McDonald's? Well this is my favorite McDonald's!!! I always stop here when I'm driving back to CT. Most of the time I order a chocolate chip frappe. A lot of locations only carry mocha & caramel frappes but this one has the delish third option. It looks like it came right from a tv commercial. Pure perfection!!! All of the food I've had has always been hot and fresh. They deff take pride in what they do! The employees seem happy and provide great service. Once there was a girl with a bad attitude, but she was let go quickly. No there isn't a drive thru, but don't complain and get ur lazy butt out of the car and go inside. This place stays pretty clean. I'm getting used to the self order kiosks but I'm not really a fan so I still order and pay at the counter. This McDonald's is always a good experience! This is truly a short review on the quality of the establishment as a quick stop to use the facilities. But that being said, this McDonald was very clean, well managed and technically had wireless (although not very video compatible). Didn't try the food, but I'm sure it's not too many standard deviations beyond the norm. read more

The service is awesome here. The free refills are great. The dollar ice cream is awesome too! The place is always clean and they're pretty awesome about spills too. The parking lot is a little small though. Sometimes, on a good day, you'll need to park over by CVS! Ahh.. and the entrance to the parking lot (be careful!) it's not off of the post road. You have to make a right into the plaza (like you're going to CVS) and then from there, you'll need to make a left into the parking lot. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in years and this will be the absolute last time I did. This McDonald's has self ordering kiosks and a hostess that points them out to you Instead of manning a cash register and simply taking your order. It took us 4 times as long to place our order. Then you take a plastic number marker ,find a table and a woman delivers your food. Last time I ate at McDonald's the big breakfast came with pancakes. However this time when the woman delivered the tray to our table the big breakfast did not contain pancakes so I had to walk up to the counter and ask where the pancakes were I was informed the big breakfast does not any longer come with pancakes you have to order them shepherd'll I which forced me they re order I an order of pancakes and wait again. Finally when my order was ready a second time the woman brought the tray to the table and I realized it did not contain the drinks I ordered so I had to walk backup to the front of the store again and ask where my drinks were The woman then came to inspect my table to make sure I didn't steal drinks with the nastiest attitude once she realized it was her mistake she gave me the cups and I went to get drinks, That you fill yourself, Went to sit down finally to eat only to realize she didn't give us syrup for the pancakes and I had to walk to the front of the store again for my 4th trip before I was finally able to eat this whole problem is caused by this $15 an hour that the morons believe they're worth even though they don't even have the intelligence to put plastic cups on the tray with a drink order or syrup with pancake McDonalds sucks and so does its INCOMPETENT workers who have very arrogant nasty attitudes. read more

Never really eat at McDonald's in general because you can't really expect good customer service from such a low quality food chain. After midnight on a Saturday night I wouldn't have expected to get amazing customer service at a McDonald's. There was a steady stream of customers but my food was fast and the fries were fresh and hot. Grant was very personable and efficient. He was smiling and seemed to have a great attitude. What really surprised me was as we were leaving he said, "have a good night". When you've been on the road with hours more to go, that was nice. The service here was really bad. I ordered 1 large coffee with milk, thats it. The lady took my money and then started to make the coffee. She put sugar and cream in it. Hellooooo... I try to write more about my positive experiences through Yelp, but candidly, this morning I need to document some well justified awful service I have been receiving from this particular location for over a year now. I work in Riverside and stop almost every morning to grab coffee. A third of the staff there are pleasant the other two thirds are outright miserable. I can appreciate their jobs not being the most pleasant or highest paying especially right off of exit 5 on 95. This morning, I'm waiting for a large coffee and all the carafes are near empty. While I wait for them to fill and eventually get my large coffee, other cashiers are using the still filling carafes to bang out small coffees by ducking the cups under the brew machine. I mention this and ask to forget my large coffee and give me a small because I need leave. My cashier completely ignores me. The manager steps in. I know, the coffee is a dollar but maybe the the extra dollar and change is worth just going to Starbucks. This location like many are owned by the Trefz famliy, maybe they need to do more mystery shopping. read more

It took me almost a good half hour to get my food when all I ordered was a small french fry. Opening the door creeped me out as everything in the restaurant seemed to be dirty. When I finally got my food they forgot my drink and I was left parched for the rest of the day. I don't plan on returning here anytime soon.
