It is a Burger King. First time, ordered the 3 for $8 at the register. Woman screwed up the order when she read it back and claimed to have corrected it. She did not and I had to argue with the man, but he was just reading the order. Woman overheard it and just watched. Second time, I thought I outsmarted their laziness by using the kiosk. There was an option for zesty sauce for onion rings. I chose it. I never received it. It is a Burger King. The service is on par with fast food staff. This is definitely one of the better Burger King outlets for a drive through pick up (at least better than the one in New Rochelle). The staff at the window have been nice to me all the times I have visited, and the food came out just right (haven't had soggy fries or missing/wrong items). I went on 6/25 and place an order, I never had a situation with my credit card. I normally don't post about places like this but over all the experience was fine, the problem I had was when someone came back with cookies and said they were not right and the girl put them back in the display case, she the women came back again and said it was still not right and the lady agin put cookies back and took out the right one. I went to this location and the manager Chabelo was so helpful to me. He is very knowledgeable and was answering all my questions promptly. I had several questions regarding the ingredients in cheddar bites and mozzarella sticks. He was so generous to bring the boxes out for me so I could make sure that I am not allergic to any ingredients mentioned on the boxes. I have never seen such courtesy at a fast food place. This location is very...wrong, they still make classic burger king food and all but they often 1/3 chance they will screw up your order. I wouldn't go as often as I do but since they have a drive through it is just easier for me to go there but if you want a good burger place go to Smashburger down the street, it has no drive through but it is better quality food and much healthier than burger king. read more

The absolute worst Burger King establishment ever visited. As a veteran bus driver that's traveled over the country, never have I come across such unprofessional, rude staff. One common practice of reputable fast food chains is to offer bus drivers complimentary meals when they opt to bring their 55 or more passengers there to eat. Smart business since they're benefiting from 55 paying customers. Well, I elected to bring my group there recently and made sure to ask the management if they indeed honored that practice. I was told very distinctly, "YES. Of course!" Well after half of my group had ordered, I placed my order and was told to pay. To my astonishment, I said you just told me you did honor that agreement! The manager went on to say, we said no such thing!! Again, in my amazement, I said if you had just said no, and not lied, I would've taken my group to McDonald's, where I have to say, has never been an issue. This extremely rude manager said, "Well go ahead!" McDonald's is far away from here!" I couldn't believe my ears. Let this serve as a warning Warning to all patrons and bus drivers. its burger king and i will not ask for much or be harsh, because it is what it is, fast food grub . this has been my once in a blue moon spot on central ave in scarsdale for over 30 years plus. its kinda hidden in a semi wooded area, that has a big burger king sign that makes it easier to find. you enter the nice size parking lot that leads to a traditional free standing burger king structure. you have two options the semi busy drive thru that seems to have more business that the walk in and sit option, i prefer to walk in order at counter and find my nook in the corner just like the good old days or nights. the lines are never long and tonight was no different. the place is clean and the staff with the manager hovering over the worpp are quick and friendly for the most part. now my problem with burger king for the past 10 years or so is that the burgers are flame broiled at a mass produced warehouse then frozen then shipped to local franchises hard as a rock then nuked in the microwave and that really stinks. my pick tonight is a couple of grilled chicken sandwiches and some onion rings, its ok overall. the chicken has a semi juicy taste and the rings are so so. this place has some good memories for me, better then the food itself, so it might be a while when i pay another visit. p.s if you try the chicken fries just remember to order a large drink, fries are kinda on the salty side. read more
