Placed an order on the app. Went to pick it up. One of the worst experiences ever. Waited 30 minutes or more. All my ice cream and shakes melted. Food was missing and not all my order complete. The restaurant was under-staffed. I made numerous calls. Finnaly answered by a manager and told the entire order would be replaced. Went in to get replacement and refused. My order was not complete, not even enjoyable/eatable. it was melted cold and missing items. But they still charged us. The restaurant was also very messy and trash on numerous tables and drinks spilled on the floor. Customers are yelling because of lack of service, length of wait times and just the total dis organization of the restaurant. it was a complete confusion and no sense of any organization or direction. I was denied entry to the toilet, together with another elderly person, despite the presence of an online order, two urinals and a toilet in the room. After the elderly gentleman left, I went into the toilet alone. Right in the middle of my stay, the door was opened by one of the employees and two more people were released without an order. When I asked the employee why they let two more people in in my presence according to their rules, the employee said that I had to place an order. I told him that I had placed the order online and when I asked why there were two strangers in the room, the answer was to contact the manager at the checkout. At the checkout, I also encountered rudeness, when I asked for the book of complaints and suggestions and the manager for a dialogue, I received an answer from the cashier that he had a queue of orders and when he served all the customers in the queue in the amount of 3 people at the checkout, he would call the manager. The manager told me that they did not have such a book and suggested that I leave a review online, having previously torn her name off the check.
