Oh my gosh! The bathrooms are so disgusting. Tampons on the floor filthy! We had cash to pay and the manager told the girl with the headset to tell us to use the kiosk. In this restaurant, I encountered the discrimination and humiliation of my rights in accordance with their rules located in this establishment (despite the presence of a law on access to the toilet Authorized by Assembly Bill 1632 (Statutes of 2022) and codified in the California Health and Safety Code, Division 104, Part 15, Chapter 2, Article 6, Section 118700). When asking to enter the toilet, I received a condition indicated on the sign that I must purchase something in this establishment and entry to the toilet only one person. I was denied entry to the toilet, together with another elderly person, despite the presence of an online order, two urinals and a toilet in the room. After the elderly gentleman left, I went into the toilet alone. Right in the middle of my stay, the door was opened by one of the employees and two more people were released without an order. When I asked the employee why they let two more people in in my presence according to their rules, the employee said that I had to place an order. I told him that I had placed the order online and when I asked why there were two strangers in the room, the answer was to contact the manager at the checkout. At the checkout, I also encountered rudeness, when I asked for the book of complaints and suggestions and the manager for a dialogue, I received an answer from the cashier that he had a queue of orders and when he served all the customers in the queue in the amount of 3 people at the checkout, he would call the manager. I went to this location yesterday morning, primarily to use the restroom. I ordered some food and coffee rather than just using the bathroom. After ordering, the employee remotely unlocked the bathroom. I work in the waste industry, so dirty bathrooms don't really bother me too much. However, this was really disgusting. The toilet wasn't working and was starting to overflow. On the seat of the toilet was dried diarrhea that had to be there for days to become that dry. If the employees do such a poor job cleaning the bathrooms, they use them too, what are they doing to the food? I can only imagine, so I dumped my food in the trash can and departed. read more
