One time, after acting like it is too much trouble, they gave me a receipt alright but NOT for my order! Also, I do not like cheese. Why with one car ahead of me would it take 50 min to get thru the line. For 50 of those minutes sat in same spot for 30 min. They give you the bags sealed so you have no way of double checking the items ordered are in there. I always ask "This is everything right?" Well the parking sucks. If you're not handicapped. I had to park in front of dominoes. Then because of Covid the doors are locked so you have to walk around the front so it this point I'm totally wish I had a handicap placard. I love my local McDonald's! We Come here often since I live so close, and always had great service. This time around, we were craving smoothies and wanted to treat our golden retriever for a ride through the McDonald's drive thru. We ordered 2 smoothies and 1 little bag of apple slices for our Golden since he came with us. When we picked up our order at the window, one of the female employee gave so much love to our dog and gave us extra apple slices, complimentary! Usually we've always encountered people that don't like dogs, but saw she was a dog lover and just made our night . Worst service ever. I usually come by to get something quick for lunch. I pull up to pay and the lady doesn't even extend her arm to give my receipt. Then I ask the guy giving me my food for three bbq sauces mumbles something as says ok. He gives me my food and I stop to check the bag just because it seemed like no one cared about their job. And to my surprise I had no sauce. I then walk up to the door and the store is closed so only drive threw available.
